Monster Under the Bed

Sally went into her bedroom, holding a wrapped package. She gently laid it down on the floor next to her bed. She walked over to the light switch, flipped it off, and dashed to her bad (as she did every night). Sally got comfortable in the middle of the bed.

“Merry Christmas, Und, and goodnight,” Sally whispered.

The package slid under the bed. Inside was a small teddy bear.

“Thank you, Sally. Merry Christmas and goodnight.” Und whispered back.
