The courses at U.A. were actually similar to those from Akira's junior high days, with the addition of a basic Hero course.

As for the basics of being a Hero, it roughly entailed conducting various simulation trainings, simulating certain disasters to save people, and so on.

There were regular courses in the morning, and basic Hero courses in the afternoon.

However, since it was the first day at U.A., Aizawa Shouta decided to cancel the basic Hero class this afternoon.

Taking advantage of the time after the physical fitness test, Aizawa Shouta asked everyone to introduce themselves.

·····

In the blink of an eye, it was time for school to finish at U.A. in the afternoon.

Bakugo stood with his schoolbag hanging over one shoulder, his hands in his pockets, leaning against the wall outside U.A., quietly waiting for Akira to appear.

"Damn it, I'm going to kill you," Bakugo muttered under his breath.

However, Akira didn't even remember what he had said during the test.

Even if he did, Akira wasn't going to bother with a one-on-one confrontation. He wasn't that bored.

Besides, Akira had already left U.A. and was nearly home by that time.

As for Bakugo, he was still leaning against the wall, waiting quietly.

······

"I heard the guy named Kitagawa Akira is in the same class as you, right?"

Behind Shoto Todoroki, a steady voice broke the silence.

Shoto Todoroki stopped immediately, his expression changing drastically upon hearing the voice.

Suppressing his emotions, Shoto didn't reply and continued walking forward.

"He's very powerful, right? He might even surpass All Might!" Even though Shoto ignored him, Endeavor continued.

"You know that those trained by the first and second generations are just like the first, and the strength of the second generation is the same," Shoto Todoroki added, deliberately trying to anger Endeavor.

As expected, those words made Endeavor, the second-oldest child in a thousand years, furious.

"What are you talking about?" Endeavor snapped.

Shoto Todoroki ignored him, opened the door, changed his shoes, and walked in.

······

At the Miyagawa Office.

After U.A. finished for the day, Akira didn't go home immediately but instead headed to the office.

In the gravity chamber where he had once trained to gain 200 pounds, Akira was blindfolded, dodging punches.

"198!"

"199!"

"200!"

While quietly reciting the numbers, Akira swayed his body to dodge.

Now, the speed of the punches in this gravity chamber had been set to the highest level by Akira.

Currently, he could dodge them completely and keep going for a while.

Sweating profusely, Akira finally stopped the equipment and sat down on the ground.

"Seems like my Conqueror's Haki has improved again," Akira muttered to himself.

Now, in terms of his Haki abilities, the one he mastered best was the observation color, followed by the weapon color, and finally Conqueror's Haki.

Looking around at the hundreds of fists that had been thrown, Akira sighed, continuing, "But, as always, machines are just machines. Without the ability to think, if I really want to improve, I need to put myself in desperate situations."

Just as he finished speaking, his phone rang. It was a call from his father.

"Hey, Dad, what's up?" Akira answered the phone.

"Your mother and I received a new mission. We may not be back tonight. You can handle dinner yourself; there are vegetables in the fridge," Kitagawa Toyota said before hanging up without waiting for a response.

Looking at the phone's screen, now showing that the call had ended, Akira murmured, "Something urgent must have come up. I'll need to be careful."

After muttering to himself, Akira put the phone back in his pocket, packed up, and headed home.

······

The next morning.

At the entrance of U.A., Bakugo stood again with his schoolbag slung over his shoulder.

Ever since Akira had let him go, Bakugo hadn't slept well all night, his eyes bloodshot.

Now, he wanted nothing more than to kill Akira to satisfy his rage.

After some time, Midoriya Izuku and Akira appeared in Bakugo's line of sight.

"Kitagawa Akira!" Bakugo roared angrily, gritting his teeth as he charged at Akira.

"Uh, Akira, it looks like Bakugo's coming for you?" Midoriya Izuku said, a little worried.

As soon as Midoriya finished speaking, Bakugo jumped and threw a punch at Akira.

Akira instinctively jumped back.

"I'll kill you, you bastard, for letting me go!" Bakugo shouted, a vicious look on his face.

Hearing this, Akira recalled their conversation from the previous day and smiled. "Oh, I forgot about that. My bad."

The corners of Bakugo's mouth twitched, and black smoke began crackling from his palms.

Suddenly, a voice, tinged with exhaustion, called out.

"What are you three doing? Get back to class." Aizawa Shouta, looking as tired as ever, watched them.

Upon seeing Aizawa, Bakugo quickly stuffed his hands back into his pockets and turned around, heading back inside.

Aizawa followed, eyeing Bakugo closely.

"Why did Bakugo suddenly attack you like that?" Midoriya asked curiously.

"I had an appointment yesterday, but I forgot about it," Akira explained with a smile.

Midoriya's eyes widened as he suddenly understood and finally realized why Bakugo was so intent on attacking Akira.

"No wonder! Well, be careful in the future. Bakugo won't just let it go like this," Midoriya warned, his face stiff.

"Why worry? When I get interested, I'll give him a good beating, and he'll be honest with me," Akira said nonchalantly.

Midoriya laughed awkwardly. "I didn't mean it like that… But Bakugo's definitely going to hit a wall this time."

"Hahaha!" Akira laughed heartily, the sound echoing through the halls.
