Toga Himiko was startled by Ezaki Kitazawa's actions and quickly released the knife, instinctively stepping back a few paces.

She looked at Ezaki Kitazawa with a terrified expression.

"This thing can't hurt me!" Ezaki Kitazawa said calmly, then with a "clang," he tossed the knife to the ground.

Seeing this, Toga Himiko immediately tried to run away, but her feet were trapped by roots that had risen from the ground.

Ezaki Kitazawa walked slowly towards her, and his arm suddenly turned into a wooden texture. Then, a sharp spike appeared in his palm.

With his other hand, he broke off the spike and held it in his hand.

"Don't move, I'll poke gently. It's fine, it won't hurt," Ezaki Kitazawa mimicked Toga Himiko's earlier words.

Toga Himiko was scared by Ezaki Kitazawa's actions and shut her eyes, holding her breath.

"Smack!"

Ezaki Kitazawa slapped her on the back of the head, and Toga Himiko immediately passed out.

He felt a tingling sensation in his hand and feared he might have hit her too hard, but after checking, fortunately, she wasn't dead.

"I'll treat her when we get back," Ezaki Kitazawa said, waving his hands. A wooden wall appeared on the ground, hiding Toga Himiko.

He picked up the broken phone from the ground, feeling a bit sorry for it, and pressed the power button. Luckily, it turned on.

As soon as it powered up, the phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Kitazawa, are you alright? Where are you?" a worried voice came from the other end.

"Mom, it's fine. Heroes have already arrived. This was just a prank, no one was actually trying to kill her," Ezaki Kitazawa replied calmly.

"Good, I'm glad you're okay. Your mom and I were really scared. Be careful, alright? Crime rates have gone up a lot these days," his father cautioned on the other end.

After hanging up the phone, Ezaki Kitazawa quickly headed toward the location Jiro Kyoka had sent him.

After about an hour, Ezaki Kitazawa returned along the same route and reached the alley again. Toga Himiko was still unconscious.

"Just as expected!" Ezaki Kitazawa said, then used his healing Quirk to treat Toga Himiko.

A moment later, Toga Himiko's eyelids twitched, and then she opened her eyes.

"Where am I... who are you? My head hurts so much!" Toga Himiko looked at Ezaki Kitazawa in panic and asked in confusion.

Ezaki Kitazawa didn't respond to her question. Instead, he said, "For the next four days, you'll be my labor. Don't even think about escaping."

As he spoke, Ezaki Kitazawa's hand suddenly caught fire.

"You should know the consequences by now."

Toga Himiko nervously nodded. Then, Ezaki Kitazawa loosened the vines that were controlling her movements.

At first, Ezaki Kitazawa thought Toga Himiko would try everything to escape. But to his surprise, after releasing her, she just stared at him blankly.

"What's wrong? Do you need something?"

"I... I forgot my name."

"Huh?" Ezaki Kitazawa looked at her, completely confused. But seeing her expression, it didn't seem like she was lying.

Although Ezaki Kitazawa didn't know Toga Himiko too well, he did have some understanding of who she was.

Her current behavior was completely different from how she usually acted.

Toga Himiko immediately covered her mouth in fear when she heard this.

Seeing this, Ezaki Kitazawa became more and more convinced that she had really lost her memory.

"Fine. Go home. Let's just pretend we've never met," Ezaki Kitazawa said and walked out of the alley.

But Toga Himiko quickly followed behind him.

"What are you doing? Go back to your place. Don't follow me," Ezaki Kitazawa said helplessly.

"But... I forgot where my home is."

"...."

Ezaki Kitazawa looked at Toga Himiko, his expression stiffening.

Toga Himiko slightly tugged at the corner of Ezaki Kitazawa's shirt and stared at him with wide eyes.

"What now?"

"I... I'm hungry!" she said softly.
