Marvel: Kakashi Of The Sharingan

Kakashi was about to materialise in Fury's office with Kamui but then remembered how annoyed he felt when Ancient One just barged inside his house with a teleport.

'Oh well, Maybe I could give Fury a break today.' Kakashi thought teleporting outside of Fury's office door.

He knocked—rare for him—and entered. Nick Fury sat at his desk, his single eye looked shocked.

'Is he a skrull in disguise? No, none of them should be in contact with him. Did he by chance get any manners? He just went to Asgard. Maybe, those aliens might have beat some sense to him.' Fury thought

Fury noticed the tabled tucked with Hound which likely contained some information about the universe. He leaned forward. "Agent Hound, lay it out. What's on that tablet?"

Kakashi set the tablet down, his voice calm. "Info from Queen Frigga. Covers the universe—major players, realms, threats that Earth should be aware of for now."

He activated the tablet, its runes glowing faintly as he relayed the details. "First, the Kree Empire. Galactic imperial government, based on Hala. One of the strongest powers out in the Milky Way Galaxy, at war with the Nova Empire. Ruled by a sentient AI called the Supreme Intelligence."

Fury's thoughts churned, his face neutral but his mind was racing. 'The Kree. Finally, some information about them.' He recalled

the information that he got from Skrulls and Carol about them.

'A sentient AI? If only Stark wasn't such an arrogant, self-absorbed, skirt-chasing, ego-driven, reckless jackass playboy, we could hack that AI and cripple them.' Fury thought

"Go on," he said, his voice steady.

Kakashi continued, "Next, the Chitauri. Cybernetic beings, hive-mind intelligence, under a warlord named Thanos from Titan. He's conquering worlds, using the Chitauri as his army."

Fury's eye narrowed, his thoughts darkening. 'Thanos? Sounds like bad news. Hive-mind soldiers? That's a problem.'

"Conquering worlds, huh? Sounds like someone we need to watch."

Kakashi nodded, moving to the Nine Realms. "Besides Asgard and Midgard—Earth—there's seven other realms. Vanaheim, home to the Vanir, a race like Asgardians, tied to magic and nature. Jotunheim, a frozen wasteland ruled by Frost Giants, huge and built for cold. Svartalfheim, dark and barren, where the Dark Elves lived—they once tried to plunge the universe into darkness."

"Alfheim, realm of the Light Elves, peaceful and bright. Nidavellir, where Dwarves forge weapons like Mjölnir. Muspelheim, a fiery world of Fire Demons. Niflheim, cold and misty and apparently empty."

Fury leaned back, his thoughts reeling. 'To think we thought we were alone in the universe. Those scientists are in for a rude awakening.'

He imagined the academic community's shock, SHIELD's analysts scrambling.

'Frost Giants, Dark Elves, Fire Demons? Sounds like a sci-fi nightmare.'

"Good work, Hound. This is gold," he said, his tone approving.

'This changes everything. I need more candidates for my Project Avengers. I have no choice, I would have to somehow convince that guy to join the team. With Hound and him, we would not lack anything in the power department for now.' Fury thought

"That's the package. Queen Frigha said she would give more information when the time comes. She also mentioned about a peaceful Nova empire headquarteed in planet Xander in our galaxy who are fighting the Kree so we should not be worrying about Kree." Kakashi said, stepping back.

'Hope he doesn't ask about the Destroyer. Still got that tucked away.'

Fury nodded and then his face turned serious, his thoughts shifting to business. 'Time to put him back to work. He is got enough time off from work.'

"Good job, Agent Hound. My pleasure to tell you you've got another mission."

Kakashi's eye crinkled, his thoughts dry. 'Of course. No rest for the shinobi.'

"What's the job?"

Fury leaned forward, his voice low. "Decades ago, we had Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S. Shut down, but after the Destroyer's attack in New Mexico, the World Security Council ordered it restarted. They are scared and I couldn't keep the incident contained from them. You're to escort a critical energy source—the Tesseract—to the Triskelion, one of SHIELD's original headquarters, on Theodore Roosevelt Island, between D.C. and Virginia."

Kakashi's thoughts sharpened. Sounds important," he said, his tone even.

Fury nodded, his thoughts grim. "It is. That's why you and Black Widow are both on this. You'll have a squad of Level 4 and 5 agents with you."

Kakashi's eye narrowed. 'Natasha again? Fury's pushing us together. I work better with Clint and I miss that guy. He is probably hoping that she would get more information from me during the mission.

"You think someone's targeting it?"

Fury's voice was certain. "I don't think—I'm sure. Black Widow's got intel that Roxxon Corporation's after an energy source."

Kakashi tilted his head. "Roxxon Corporation?"

Fury's thoughts darkened, recalling what his mentor, former Shield Director, Agent Cartor had told him about this organisation.

"Since the 1940s, Roxxon's been deep in illegal experiments, black-market energy research. My predecessor investigated them multiple times—stolen Howard Stark tech, illegal experiments, shady tech development. They're not to be underestimated."

Kakashi nodded "Got it."

Fury nodded. "The squad's there for a reason. Don't let your guard down. They have the money and resources to send armed mercenaries after you."

Kakashi saluted,"Understood, sir." He turned to leave, his mind already on the mission.

A/N: Roxanne Corporation is a part of mcu. They have been mentioned in shows and movies. But they have played a major part in the show Agent Carter. You don't need to know much about them. Just that they experimented with things that they should not.
