"I sincerely appreciate" Ni'an cupped his hands, what he had asked of Leon just now was his responsibility, but he couldn't be of use now as he too would be fighting for his life In a moment
"Little lightening boy, I told you this day would come sooner than later" an annoying pitched voice resounded from the sky as a man with inky black hair and a tightly fitted amour slowly descended upon them.
"Killing my Avatar was really nice huh? Let's see how well you'll do against the real thing" the man sneered.
His issues with Ni'an could be traced all the way back to the Eylis dukedom's library of Xion. He had used his clone to try and refine a powerful nocturnis treasure that could very well shake the world if known.
But this little asshole had come from out of nowhere and messed up his years of planning, he hated his guts!!
"Hm!! You're still only an avatar, that real body of yours is till being punished in that dirty pit you call home" Ni'an sneered.
Although he hadn't lived in the central continent before, he knew much more than the average person who had stayed here all their lives,
That was how he knew who Thalion was and his background and it also explained how he knew so much about Morgrath.
"You…" Morgrath pointed furiously at Ni'an, the human clans had punished him just like Thalion, of course his crimes were less serious so he was allowed to leave the abyssal plain in terms of avatars and had at least some hope of leaving in future.
But how did this guy know this? Even the people of the central continent didn't know this.
As Morgrath fumed, Ni'an rolled a couple of beads in his sleeve nervously. Morgrath was one of the miracle generation and was potentially at the same threat level as Thalion.
But unlike Thalion he was not bound by anyone as such he could excert the full strength of this avatar of his.
Fighting against a level 6 existence was hard enough but this guys strength was bordering at level 7. Could he even realistically survive?
He glanced at Leon showing his panic

"Hm?" But this simple gesture caused Morgrath to notice something that made him smile.
"So you brought me a present also? "
If no one could sense negative energy in the central continent then Morgrath would be the only exception.
Yes, this man standing in the sky could not only feel Fu shu energy, but could also use it, so at first glance he was able to recognize the grimoire on Leon's side.

All of a sudden several dozen individuals appeared from the corners of the forest, all of which had masks of a black boar and scythes on their backs.
"Great mages, all of them" Leon muttered scanning through the dark corners of the forest….
The weakest person here was at the middle stage of level 4 and the highest was at the very peak stage of level 4, the same as Kang before the trials at griffins peak.
"One hundred….and counting" Leon frown
This situation was becoming more troublesome by the minute.
"Do your best to survive….i hope to see you at the peak" Ni'an muttered as several sparks of lightening over took him his body became leaner and his skin shribbled however, he was never any stronger.

"Survive!!" Ni'an barked then all of a sudden several bolts of lightning fell from the sky continuously striking at an invisible barrier above weakening it then in the next second he blasted towards Morgrath unleashing a flurry of attacks.
"Go!!" Seeing this Leon barked at the monks as they broke into a mad sprint through the forest, concurrently, the army of great mages from the abyssal plain followed trying to encircle them.
"If you have anything that can go boom on you please prepare to use it, we will first need to burst out of here before anything else" Leon said hurriedly as they ran towards the edge of the forest.
Ni'an was fighting Morgrath, creating space for them to escape, however, they had to first break this 'Domian'
"Yeah sure!!" The three remaining monks pulled out heavy beads from their robes their focused their entirety on the path ahead.
Ni'an could take care of himself, their main focus should be on leaving this place as fast as they could.
"Okay," Leon nodded then with his hand held high he spoke a word of power
"Badurs gate"
A giant metal gate appeared above the forest facing directly downward
"Negative Extermination light!!"
The doors to the gates swung open and in the next second several beams of purple light shot down into the forest quickly engulfing it in flames.
"When I give the go ahead, just go wild on the barrier, I'll handle the rest" Leon spoke with a serious expression on his face as he proceeded to pull out a dagger and diverge into the forest.
Like a shadow, he blended into the dark as started attacking the lower ranked great mages taking them out one after the other.
With Ni'an still alive, his dagger of his was still very much as effective at killing great mages as before, so in a brief few seconds he managed to cut down 20% of the entire force.
Unfortunately for him, the numbers seemed to be growing even then making his efforts seem rather useless.
"Okay now!!" Leon popped back to the side of the monks and shouted. In the next second several beads went flying from the robes and—
—kabooom!!!
A massive explosion erupted blind those around and temporarily turning night to day.
"That not enough" Leon looked at the small hole in the barrier and how it was started to close up so he titled badurs gates to face the hole and then—
—wang!!!
He release a surge of dark energy that seemingly widened the hole allowing him and the three monks to pass.
