Since I had nobody to hang out with all I could do was study at the library after classes and since I knew very well that I could not get connections within the academy then all I could do was build my power while I still had the chance in the academy, I knew I wold never be able to take on Aldin from all my failed attempts but at the very least I would be able to protect myself form others and that was enough for me.

As I was walking out to head back to my dorm I heard a lot of commotion when I went to check it out I found Marcus and Aldin fighting.

'He must have dug up and found out.' I thought to myself. ' I have to stop him or he'll make the same mistake I did.'

"Stop," I shouted. For a moment Aldin froze and using this opportunity flames busted from Marcus's arms and he was finally free. He stood up ready to fire at Alein again and suddenly the whip stuck him in an instant. Before Aldin could continue I stood between the two of them before Aldin could strike again.

"Did you try your tricks again? This time I've had it with you." Aldin said.

"There's a misunderstanding." I didn't plan any of this.

Just then a tall blonde came running towards us and gave Aldin a huge hug. They stood there for a while before separating for each other.

After detangling himself from Darvins bear hug they begun to chat.

"I can't believe your really here. I kept waiting for two long years." Darvin said.

"It seemed like ages."

Meanwhile a large group had started ro surround them.

"I'm so jealous, even after trying so long to bring him to my circle he ignored me."

"Don't you get it you nincompoop. That's Aldin and from the looks of it he just one sidedly beat Marcus."

"How does he even know Darvin."

"I never thought that block of ice would ever be able to show any emotion."

And as the crowd got bigger the comments got even wilder."

"Before we cam catch up there something I want to take care of." Aldin said to Darvin and walked towards Marcus. "Why can't you nobles just leave me alone, all I want now is to live in peace but your always bugging me."

"You have no shame saying that when you yourself are bullying my cousin. People like you do not deserve the power you have, always using it to bully the weak."

"What do you mean?" Aldin said out of confusion.

"Actuall I have something to do with that." A small voice from the side said. "I may have tried to force Aldin into submitting to me until I was utterly defeated. I regret my actions and I'm sorry for getting you into this mess cousin Marcus."

After receiving this apology Aldin was baffled and froze.

"It alright, as long as you learned from it."

"And if you resolve to change may be we can start of at a new leaf." Aldin said and strangely found himself petting Ivan with one thought in his mind. 'You remind me of Ian'

After clearing things up the all went there separate ways.

Meanwhile in the principals office he and Professor Bloom and professor Kyle were having a meeting.

"I never thought he would he able to use that spell so soon, even i am having trouble withit."professor Bloom

"Probably because he was the one who came up with it so he might have better understanding of the whole concept."professor Kyle said.

"You have a point there Kyle but what surprises me most is his mana capacity, the only thing as great as his talent. He seems blessed by magic to be frank." The principal said." Now let's get to business do you think it would be best to teach him upto advanced magic."

"I strongly agree with teaching him advanced but I think we should also take our time since taking it way too fast would not allow him to full grasp the basics and that would greatly disadvantage him." Professor Penelope said.

"I wholly agree with that but still taking our time could dimmer his shine and I'm sure you saw how fast he is at grasping concepts, taking our time would serve him no benefit." Professor Kyle said

"I agree with what both of you are saying but do remember he is still a twelve year old and I'm not sure the world can handle two Maelstroms, one is already to tough for it.

The same night Aldin and Darvin caught up. Datvin had been happy to here ghat Aldin had been able to advance to the second tier and informed him that he as well had been in the second tier for sometime and was hoping that he would advance soon.

The next day during breakfast they sat together and immediately drew the entire schools attention. Though as they ate they had been instructed by Gissel, one of the other third years." Why don't you have breakfast with us instead and then we can walk of for class together after."

"No thanks." Darvin said without even looking at her. With one glare at Aldin before walking away.

The reason for her approach was to try and build a bond with him due to his change of attitude from winter to spring. But had failed and gotten humiliated at te same time.

'I can't believe he dared to ignore me, I have ot get that little twerp out of the picture and swoop on.'

This was the same mistake others begun her had made and she was going ahead and repeat the mistake. She had tried other years bur all of them had declined her offer. Now all she was left with were just her minions and herself only.

After break fast Aldin headed to the arena since his lessons would be taking place their specifically for him.

"Welcome Aldin, we would like to tell you something." Professor Bloom begun.

"As of today you will no longer retain your position as a student of Lorne Magic academy since it does not fit your qualifications that you have." The principal said.
