Chapter 1: 0.0 - Our Universe
0.0 - Our Universe
The universe is much larger than it seems. Celestial bodies, asteroids and moons alone are not everything.
We only know what we see in the sky, but our eyes do not see much of its elements.
Gazing at the sky, we see shining stars and planets. We are not sure what secrets they hide.
However, what if there is different life on each of these small dots in the sky? Each of the planets has a different culture and a different level of technology.
A rare civilization on separate planets does not know about each other's existence?
So, what really connects other planets?
"Constellations", or sets of stars that shine in the sky, creating a specific symbol together. However, this word has two meanings. It can also mean an almighty being from space.
They are not gods, but some of them are equal in strength. They can take human form and travel around the planets voluntarily as they please.
The vast majority inhabit a planet of their choosing and decide to take care of the civilization there, not revealing their true identity.
Unfortunately, there are numerous conflicts over territory between constellations that have their own planet. In the worst case, it can end in a war that can lead to the destruction of the entire planet.
The planet I am on now is a good example of this.
Currently, all this time I have been traveling from planet to planet, from Milky Way to Milky Way. All just to collect the things I need to revive a person.
I was marching on a huge bridge. The entire sky was black, the clouds were dark and gray. This planet looked like it didn't have much time left.
"Who would have thought that my person would change the fate of this planet like that?"
I took a breath and slowly lowered my head down.
" I have my own things to take care of, so it's not like I'm particularly interested in it."
I reached the end of the bridge. I was standing in front of a huge castle. It was built of dark red brick. The gate in front of me was three times bigger than me.
The gate slowly began to open, at that moment I took out my two swords and slowly entered.
I was on the planet named Leyloris.
The corridor was huge and gloomy. I slowly stepped on the surface of the floor, taking one step by step. I heard an echo coming from under my feet.
The floor was very transparent. Around me were long and huge pillars supporting the entire building.
Staring at the pillars, I noticed that someone was leaning against one of them.
Yes, I finally found the person which is the reason for my coming here.
Luckily, this will be my last fight for a long time. There is an item here, the only one I am missing.
The thought that this long journey is over excites me. I have made quite a mess in the entire universe just by searching for all the materials. Oh well, what is done is done.
Back to the person standing in front of me. It is Raeliyel, the constellation responsible for this planet.
Raeliyel stopped leaning against the pillar.
I gripped my swords tightly, I knew what was coming.
The wind blew strongly towards me. I repelled this attack with my sword.I was sure that he would attack me.
This fight lasted less than a second. The attack he made was so strong that the entire building looked like it was about to collapse. We were surrounded by dust, through which you could barely see anything. The only thing I could see was that I had won.
My sword pierced Raeliyel's chest.
I smiled, I had finally succeeded in my last fight.
I was not happy for too long, to the time, until I noticed that Raeliyel himself was happy.
He was below me, lying on the ground. I held my swords in my hands, one of which was in his chest.
"HAHAHAHA! You've really gone crazy! First Geroi, then Ufren, Septon, Javay, ahhh.... it's hard to count how many planets have fallen because of you.
Who would have thought that you would come to me too, and personally. " For some unknown reason, Raeliyel was getting excited about it.
He turned his head to the right, looking at the interior of the building.
"You know, I kind of understand why you're doing this. However, everything has its limits."
I didn't answer. I continued listening to his last words.
"Revenge is a good excuse for everything." He added.
He turned his gaze back to me and bared his teeth.
"However.... HAHAHA! Now we'll both die! I'LL DIE NOW, WHILE YOU WILL IN SOME TIME, CETHUS!" He got excited.
"Hmph? What are you talking about." I replied a little worried.
I looked at my chest, it was pierced by Raeliyel's hand.
It didn't surprise me in any way. My body is just an imitation of a human, so for me it's not a fatal injury.
"You'll understand in a while..." He didn't finish, then he dissolved into thin air.
When a human body dies, the soul escapes from it, leaving only its physical form on the ground. It's different with the constellations, if you die, you disappear from this world and nothing remains after you.
"Hmph... " sighed.
This isn't the first time someone has wished me death.
I slowly stood up and moved towards the castle throne. There was an artifact I needed."I had no intention of killing him, but if he asked for it, it's his problem. " I said to myself.
I put my hand to my mouth and yawned.
"What a bore."
I stood in front of a huge throne and extended my hand forward.
First I had to break its seal, so my power was needed for that.
My eyes changed from yellow to white. White light began to emerge from the throne, which then formed into a crystal in my hand.
I began to look intently at the glowing stone.I need this crystal to seal Lytia's power.
I wonder what Lytia will be like now when I revive her. Now she won't remember me, so what if she becomes a completely different person? The thought of it terrifies me.
After the whole process and a moment of reflection, I put the crystal in my pocket.
I noticed that the wound on my chest was not regenerating. Normally, there was no trace of it at that time.
I put my hand to the place where my ribs should be.
The wound is not disappearing.
Worried, I opened my eyes wide.It was at that moment that I realized what Raeliyel meant.
"Damn it."
