Chapter 712: The Strange Big Ship

This massive and decrepit ship filled Qin Yi with a terrible sense of oppression.

"Look over there," Bai Jingqing whispered in shock.

Among the numerous weapons and corpses, there was a new corpse, probably recently deceased, with blood still dripping down from it.

Qin Yi recognized it; it seemed to be a follower of the Mo Family.

This person must have just been killed.

Mo Wuji nudged Qin Yi and pointed it out to him.

Following the direction Mo Wuji indicated, Qin Yi saw another fresh corpse, with blood trickling down that quickly vanished on the yellow mountain.

It was a disciple of the Fang Family, seen before.

"Shh," Qin Yi gestured for silence.

This large ship was definitely not simple; Qin Yi signaled everyone to hold back any rash actions.

With a thunderous roar, the large ship was advancing, flying past Qin Yi and others.

Roar!

A sudden, dull roar erupted from the ship, like rolling thunder, accompanied by the clattering sound of iron chains.

The roar was so terrifying that everyone's blood qi churned, nearly causing them to vomit blood.

The three women of Zi Yuan were shaken, forced into retreat.

Swish!

Suddenly, a rusty, arm-thick spear shot out from a black hole on the side of the ship, connected to a black iron chain, shooting toward Zi Yuan like a black ray.

The spear's speed was too fast, reaching them in the blink of an eye.

Zi Yuan screamed in fright, the murderous aura on the spear caused the power she gathered to collapse.

Clang!

In a critical moment, Qin Yi acted, his palm turning purple-gold, and the black brick in his hand struck the spear's tip, the metallic clashing sound piercing, sparks flying.

The spear was knocked back, the chain behind it retracting, pulling the spear back into the hole on the ship's side.

Qin Yi's arm trembled, the tiger's mouth cracked, and blood gushed out.

"Brother Qin, you're hurt." Mo Wuji exclaimed in surprise, not expecting Qin Yi to get injured.

Enveloped in purple light, Qin Yi's wounds healed instantly.

"Be careful," Qin Yi said gravely, even his unparalleled body couldn't withstand it, showing how terrifying the spear's power was.

Whoosh whoosh...!

This time three spears shot toward them like black lights.

Qin Yi's eyes turned vicious, hurling the black brick in his hand into the air.

Clang!

One spear was knocked back.

Qin Yi reached out, and the Flood Dragon Spear appeared in his hand, swirling wildly; it swept out, clashing with a spear, sparks flying, the spear was repelled.

Mo Wuji and Bai Jingqing attacked simultaneously, the folding fan and longsword struck the spear. The two were directly sent flying, spitting out a large mouthful of blood in midair.

The spear, relentless, continued to shoot toward Mo Wuji.

Airflow surged around Mo Wuji, and he conjured an air wall in front of him with a wave of his hand.

Boom!

The spear's power was devastating, directly shattering the wall of qi.

Mo Wuji's face turned pale with fright.

Qin Yi's figure flickered, lunging forward, his hands turning purple-gold, grabbing the iron chain behind the spear.

Qin Yi intended to hold onto the spear, but with a clang, the arm-thick iron chain was snapped by the spear.

Mo Wuji rolled on the spot, the spear grazed past his shoulder, blood splattering, leaving a deep wound visible to the bone on Mo Wuji's shoulder, blood gushing profusely.

Mo Wuji was terrified, cold from head to foot, luckily dodging quickly.

The three-meter spear buried itself into the ground, leaving only a few centimeters outside, showing the terrifying force.

"Are you okay?" Qin Yi asked.

Before he finished speaking, the iron chain he was holding came alive like a snake, coiling around his waist, dragging him toward the large ship with frightening force.

Bang!

Wooden shards flew as Qin Yi was dragged into the ship without reacting, a big hole appearing on the ship's side, created by Qin Yi as he crashed inside.

"Brother Qin?"

"Lord Qin."

Mo Wuji and others exclaimed in shock.

Mo Wuji instinctively rushed toward the ship, but Bai Jingqing pulled him back.

"What are you doing? I need to save Brother Qin, let go of me."

Bai Jingqing said, "If even Qin Yi can't handle it, going in there is just to die."

"But I can't just stand by and watch, can I?" Mo Wuji retorted angrily.

Bai Jingqing hesitated, "Wait, with Qin Yi's skills, I'm sure he'll turn misfortune into blessing. You going in will only become a burden to him."

"Awooo~"

Mo Wuji looked down to see the little lamb Qin Yi had been holding was waking up groggily, opening its eyes.

When Qin Yi was dragged into the cabin, he only had time to let go of the sleeping little lamb he was holding.

"Little one, come here," Mo Wuji beckoned to the lamb.

To his surprise, the small creature seemed to disdain Mo Wuji, slowly retreating, making threatening calls.

"Little one, come here."

Bai Jingqing stepped forward, trying to pick up the creature.

To her surprise, the little creature turned and ran away, not giving the Holy Daughter of Baihua Pavilion any respect.

"Little one, come back."

Mo Wuji was anxious because it was running toward the large ship.

Qin Yi was pulled into the cabin, not having recovered before feeling a cold chill envelop him; he abruptly rolled on the spot.

Bang!

A rusty broadsword hacked down where he had just crouched, wooden shards flying as the qi blast sent Qin Yi tumbling, crashing through several waist-thick logs before stopping.

Damn... my poor waist!

Qin Yi half-squatted instinctively, gazing around in shock; this should be the ship's cabin, absurdly large like an abandoned palace, and entirely metal-structured. Luckily, he crashed into some giant timber beams; had it been steel, he'd be in trouble.

Roar!

A roar shook the entire hall, causing the dust to rain down in a curtain, with echoes threatening to tear Qin Yi's eardrums apart.

He strained his eyes to catch sight of the attacker, a person clad in battered armor, entirely hidden inside it, over two meters tall, nearly as tall as Cong Yang, but the face was indistinct.

"Who are you?" Qin Yi questioned.

The figure remained silent, approaching him, each step causing the cabin to tremble.

"I have no intention of offending, I'll be leaving now."

This large ship was too bizarre; Qin Yi decided it'd be best to leave first.

As he spoke, his figure flashed towards the hole in the ship's side.

Swish!

A piercing sound of splitting air, the rusted broadsword barred Qin Yi's path, the saber energy so chilling it seeped into his bones.

In a hurry, Qin Yi punched out with both fists, striking the blade head-on.

Bang!

A tempest of energy swept through as Qin Yi was hurled backward, looking down; blood seeped from his fists, nearly severed fingers, leaving him aghast.

This armored figure not only possessed terrifying cultivation but speed beyond belief, blocking his path from tens of meters away suddenly.

Qin Yi shook his head, eyes cold, pausing slightly, realizing the one blocking him wasn't the same armored figure as the one who attacked him.

"I mean no offense, I ask you both to let me pass," Qin Yi decided to first talk, knowing he couldn't win, the cultivation of these two armored figures was terrifying.
