NOVEL NEXT Chapter 17: Konami versus greger the ride of the demons.
Konami and Shira were up first it was a riding duel Konami had saved up his money to afford his black chariot and with yusei upgrading it with the convertible frame and weaponry the unit was better than ever however it didn't have them equipped for the duel but that doesn't matter because Konami would duel Shira and win.
The Dueling mercenary came out with a large duel runner considered the world's largest duel runner.
Everyone whistled.
" Man that thing is big!" Said rau
" Bigger isn't always better!" Said Ruka.
" Exactly." Said yusei
"first off to sustain a machine that big it needs to regulate it's engine output then theirs the matter of balancing it and finally theirs the matter of maintaining the shocks and spokes, the thing may be powerhouse but let's see how it handles konami's black chariot runner."
The sound of church bells could be heard and then the song hells bells began playing and suddenly the sound of a beastial engine roar could be heard and konami came out riding his machine in his riding suit which was a red riding suit his duel runner was a beautiful black duel runner it had a long sleek body with narrow build red accents rode up the front sides the front wheel had a covering that had the same accents and color the machine had two guards on the sides to protect the rides legs on the back was spoilers that allowed it to keep its balancing and wind resistance from the accelaration.
The ride zoomed to the area in under a 10.1 seconds.
" Wow that thing is awesome that's the Black Chariot right I heard only one frame exists in the world." Said Tanner.
" Mhmm" said yusei as he nodded in response
" Say the MC said that he uses contact fusion but riding duels require speed spells how can he fuse." Asked Leo.
" Contact fusion doesn't require the fusion spell instead it requires the user to remove from play the required monsters that's how it can be used in a riding duel." Said yusei.
" I see!" Leo said understanding.
" And you return the monsters to your deck afterwards!" Said Yusei.

" You ready to lose punk!" Said greger.
" I'm ready to win and it's mister punk to you!" Said Konami.
" Duel!" Said Konami/Greger.

"and I'll start by summoning Trap Reactor Y FI in attack position."
"Next I'll play two Facedowns and end my turn." Said greger.
" I draw!" Said konami

"and I'll start by playing Armored Knight Gawaine in attack position!" Said Konami.
Armored Knight Gawaine Lvl 4 atk 1400 defense 1300.
A Large Green Robotic Knight weilding an axe "next I'll lay two Facedowns and now I'll attack your trap reactor!" Said konami go armored knight Gawayne attack Axe Cleaving strike. Said konami.
The robot destroyed the small jet robot.

" I end my turn" said konami.
" My turn I draw!" Said greger
" And I'll summon another Trap Reactor: Y FI" said the dueling mercenary
Next I'll activate the speed spell double summon and summon spell reactor :RE next I'll play two cards face down and I'll end my turn.
Boomers D-wheel fell back as he lost speed.

" My turn I draw and first I summon my armored knight Percival! " ( level 3 Atk 1000 defense 1000 effect if used for a contact fusion it can be returned to the deck and the next turn it can be special summoned again.)

next I'll send my Percival and my Gawaine to my deck to use contact fusion now I contact fusion summon armored knight lancelot." Said konami.
Armored knight lancelot: Lvl six, Atk 2400 defense 2300.
"Now I'll attack your trap reactor RE and I'll destroy it." Said konami.
The two rounded the bend in the track as the huge white armored knight went to cut down the robot serpent but just then boomer activated the trap card magical cylinders.
" Guh." Konami grunted as he lost more than half his life points and had to slow down to keep from spinning out.

Konami grit his teeth he rode up boomer's tail and he made his way back.
" I end my turn." Said konami.
" My turn draw." Said boomer " now here comes summon reactor SK!"
" next I'll remove my reactors from play to special summon a monster bare witness for now is your end say hello to the Great,Flying Fortress: SKY FIRE!"
Hah I was expecting you to do that now I'll activate my face down card adhesive trap hole and destroy your monster.
" What!" Said boomer who was surprised after all his monster had blue eyes stats being a level eight monster with 3000 Atk and 2500 Def points.

" Grrgh I end my turn." Said boomer clearly annoyed by konami's play.
" my turn draw." Said konami.

" Now I'll activate my speed spell twister this will destroy your facedown which if I'm guessing right is another magical cylinder." Said konami as he slowed down a spiral wind swept up the wind blew away the trap it revealed the trap to be just that.

"What!" Said Boomer
Konami rounded a bend and span around he said "you may have the lead but I'm calling a comeback so get with this." Said konami.
"I summon armored knight Tristan!" Said konami.
(Armored knight Tristan 1800 Atk 1600 defense monster effect if used for a contact fusion summon it can be exchanged for another armored knight monster.)
A armored robot knight in blue armor welding a rapier appeared.
Konami then said.
Now I armored knight lancelot and armored knight Tristan to their respective decks to contact fusion summon armored knight Arturo.
(Armored knight Arturo attack 4200 defense 3900: monster effect it can attack twice in one turn and destroys all defense position monsters after each attack.)
A golden knight welding a large double edged sword.
" It's not possible!" Said boomer.
( A/n it was at this moment he knew he fucked up)
" Now go Arturo Avalon saber!" Said Konami and the golden knights sword glowed creating a large blade that reached the sky and he brought the sword down upon the large duel runner.
" Oh shit!" Said boomer as he span out and crashed.
Konami slid to a halt as the riding duel ended.
"You did it konami-san!" Cheered misty tredwell and she pecked him on the cheek.
The first riding duel is over now for the next round to begin yuse fudo versus mūkūro enjo.
