Far away in Washington D.C., inside a tall building.

Mona sat at her desk, rapidly typing on the keyboard, speaking quickly:

"Two hours ago, a freight train passed not far from where you are, Luo An.

The train malfunctioned and stopped in that area for over twenty minutes.

Apart from this freight train, there were no other suspicious vehicles or helicopters in the region."

"It seems highly likely that Sobian has hidden the nuclear bomb on that train."

Inside a speeding SUV, Chenier's expression was grave as she nodded, then questioned:

"But why would he send a nuclear bomb to Austin City? Simply because it's densely populated?"

Austin City is the capital of Texas, equivalent to a provincial capital in the East.

"It shouldn't be that."

In the back seat of the SUV, Michelle shook her head and said:

"Sobian himself hails from Texas, and his hometown isn't far from Austin; surely he wouldn't bomb his own parents' home?"

At the big boulder location, Reesi was clearing a minefield, attending to enemies who had been stunned or injured.

Hearing Michelle's comments, she pressed the communicator and speculated:

"Maybe Sobian was bullied in Austin City during his school years, and now he wants to set off a big fireworks display at his school with a nuclear warhead."

"Stop guessing."

Luo An, who was driving, patted Chenier's arm, telling her to sit properly and fasten her seatbelt, then pressed the communicator:

"Mona, take out the phone number I gave you earlier, call that number and inform them of the situation, instructing them to hurry and handle the nuclear warhead."

"No problem!"

Mona promptly agreed, Luo An released the communicator, refrained from idle talk, and instantly pressed the accelerator pedal to the floor.

Boom—

The SUV roared like a wild beast, rapidly accelerating as it chased the car straight ahead.

"Fu-k!"

Through the rearview mirror, seeing the SUV rapidly approaching, Sobian, sitting in the passenger seat and wearing a leather jacket, suddenly cursed, then yelled loudly at the driver:

"Speed up! Speed up! The car behind is catching up!"

"I *** am speeding up!"

The driver, also panicked due to the earlier landmine explosion.

Hearing Sobian yelling at him, the increasingly frantic driver, not minding that the other was his boss, shouted back:

"Mother fu-ker! My foot is almost stomping through to the fuel tank!"

Sobian grew even angrier:

The driver, veins bulging and face turning with rage, then saw a dark gun barrel.

A gunshot blew the driver's head off; Sobian opened the car door, kicked the body out to serve as an obstacle for the following SUV.

Then he took control of the steering wheel, switching from the passenger seat to the driver's seat.

Swoosh—

In the SUV, Luo An quickly twisted the steering wheel to dodge the body, preventing the vehicle from flipping over by the corpse, then commanded:

"Chenier, shoot!"

"Understood!"

Chenier immediately pulled out her pistol, lowered the passenger window, extended her arm, and started shooting at the car in front.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The fierce gunfire erupted, but because both vehicles were moving too fast and were too far apart, combined with Sobian's constant swerving of his vehicle.

Chenier's initial shots either hit the glass or the back of the car, hitting nothing vital.

Luo An saw this and slightly frowned, but it was a normal situation given the distance, so he sped up to chase again.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

In the car ahead, seeing the SUV getting closer and its bullets aimed at the tires becoming more accurate, Sobian, not knowing when he would be hit, cursed furiously.

After a few seconds of contemplation, his eyes flashed fiercely, and he bit his molar and suddenly turned the steering wheel, pulling the handbrake, the car spun a long curve on the road, surprisingly turning back.

Whirr—

Stepping on the accelerator to the floor, the front of the car surged forward, with Sobian driving directly toward the SUV.

Seeing the other car charging like a kamikaze, Chenier's face changed dramatically, and she yelled while shooting frantically:

"Luo An! Be careful!"

"Michelle, go to Chenier!"

Seeing the other driver aiming for a mutual destruction crash, a cold light flashed in Luo An's eyes.

He quickly grabbed Michelle and shoved her onto Chenier in the front passenger seat, then turned the steering wheel, hit the brakes, and pulled the handbrake, positioning the SUV sideways across the road, blocking Sobian's car with the rear half of the SUV.

Boom—

A loud noise as the cars collided, the huge impact causing the SUV to uncontrollably slide right, moving away, making room for Sobian's car on the road.

Sobian's car, on impact, had its airbags all deployed and the front of the car dented inward, with vehicle parts strewn about on the road.

The condition of the car was quite tragic, but Sobian wore a smile, having won his bet, guessing that the people in the SUV wouldn't dare risk their lives against him, and would surely clear the way for him to escape.

Whirr—

Tearing through the obstructing airbag, stepping on the accelerator, the engine sounded muffled but still functioned.

Ignoring the pain from a gash on his head oozing blood, Sobian grinned from ear to ear, coughed, and prepared to spit at the SUV nearby and drive away.

Then suddenly, Sobian saw a dark round object flying towards the back seat of his car.

"?"

Before Sobian could widen his eyes to see what it was, a blindingly bright white light burst forth, followed by a deafening explosion.

Boom—

Already heavily shattered, the car window glass shattered entirely and fell everywhere with the blast.

Feeling excruciating pain in his eyes and ears from the close-range blast, Sobian felt as if he had gone blind and deaf.

"Flashbang?!"

Military-trained Sobian instantly realized what had been thrown.

Furious and cursing internally, he forcefully pinched his wound to keep from passing out and decided it was crucial to leave the area immediately despite his blurred vision, and he stepped on the accelerator without hesitation.

Boom—

The car collided again with the rear half of the SUV because Luo An's next move, after throwing the flashbang, was to reverse gear and use the SUV to block Sobian's car again.

Because Michelle and Chenier were pulled into a hug before the crash, they only suffered some scrapes and were not seriously injured.

After the explosion of the flashbang, the two women immediately ran out of the SUV, holding handguns, aiming from the left and right at Sobian inside the car, and shouted fiercely:

"Don't move!"

"Raise your hands!"

"…"

As time passed, Sobian's vision gradually cleared a bit, still blurry, but he could see Chenier and her handgun.

"Damn it!"

Sobian shouted angrily:

"Do you know how important the task I'm doing is? This is…"

Before Sobian could finish, Luo An kicked open the damaged door of the SUV, stepped out, and pulled Sobian out of the car.

While Sobian continued to yell various expletives, Luo An remained calm, rubbing his slightly bruised arm, and said emotionlessly:
