Leah's Fate

Chapter 18: Almost becoming feral

Leah's POV

"Gerald's circle is too complex…" He said.

I felt his length pulsating inside of me, and my whole body was no longer in its normal state. I could barely hear what he was saying. Pleasure… It was all about pleasure, every other thing could follow after. I moved my waist to be in sync with him, trying to get a full dose of it.

"Logan…. Oh Logan…" My fingers pierced through his skin as I screamed out, my whole body shaking.

The fluid that was building up in me poured out like a spring against him, and at the same time, he released his cum into me.

"Leah…" He was breathing unevenly like he had just done a stressful task. "Stand up."

I got on my feet, my eyes still closed, waiting for him to give the order for me to open them. I didn't want anything to go wrong.

 "Gerald's circle is too complex… I couldn't search through him… I couldn't…"

I breathed out, clearing my mind from the pleasure we just had, and that was when I got exactly what he was saying. The main purpose of my coming to meet him, the main reason I had agreed to go through the sexual process was becoming void and of no effect?

"What else should I do? Tell me… I'll be too willing to do it…"

Anything to achieve my goal. Anything was the least I could do.

"What would happen next might be too scary for you," he said. "Hold yourself."

 "Okay…"

I was waiting for him to tell me the next step, but he had not said another word. My gown and panties were on the floor, my body exposed before him. What else could he be planning to do? Stick his fingers into my pussy? Or ask me to suck his length?

Oh no… I wasn't going to let him touch my body again, not that I felt guilty, but they would make me feel that he was simply using me for his own pleasure.

About five more minutes had passed, and he was yet to speak. I was starting to use my hands to cover the sensitive part of my body. He was taking too much time.

"I have to wear my clothes… I need to cover up."

But he did not answer, allowing another five minutes to pass in silence.

"Leah…" His voice came from all corners of the hall.

I couldn't pinpoint where exactly he was standing with my eyes closed. It was as though he was standing at each side of the hall all at once. That was off.

 "Open your eyes…"

Slowly, my eyes opened. The mirror… Someone else's reflection was standing in it, not mine. I couldn't see my body in it. But this person was also naked.

"Logan…" I turned to look around the hall and found him at the extreme end. "Who… Who is this person."

 "Leah… Don't freak out…"

I looked at the reflection, she was mimicking my every movement. The features of this person… It was the same as mine, how was that possible?

"That's Prisca." I heard Logan speak. "She's the other part of you."

"Another part of me? I… I don't understand you!"

Her mouth was also moving in sync with mine. My hands were shaking, my feet were shaking, my breathing becoming too rough for me to hold myself. My wolf fangs were starting to grow out. I bent myself to take the posture of a wolf.

And slowly, the transformation began, turning me into a full wolf.

"Grrrh!" I growled with all the strength that was found in me.

The reflection in the mirror had also transformed into a full grown wolf with the same white fur I had, but slightly dimmer.

"Leah!" Logan screamed at me. "You have to take your human form! Now!"

I wanted to transform back, but it was hard.

He came to my side, and then poured a drop of oil on me. The next instance, I found myself lying weakly on the floor after transforming back to human form.

The hall had become dark, and a burning lamp was lit.

My eyes fell on the mirror, but the strange reflection of me was gone, just the normal me, and nothing else. I was still naked, and had to put on my clothes.

"What happened?" I got on my feet, but felt too weak to stand.

Logan was sitting on the rocking chair, his eyes fixed on me like he'd been taking notes of everything concerning me. That might have included my breathing, the way my body was weak, and the paleness that had taken over my face.

 "Are you okay?"

I was on the floor, looking at the mirror, and somehow, waiting to see if my face would change. I wasn't anticipating for that to happen, it was just my anxiousness taking over me.

"You almost turned feral," he said, walking closer to me. "Most of those wolves you saw outside had turned feral, most of them can't change back to their human form…"

I was looking at my fingers, and then my legs. A while ago, my fingernails had turned into paws, and my teeth into fangs.

"We were only able to make those wolves who had turned feral gain consciousness of themselves, and make them useful to this town of mages." He pointed out.

"I was close to being like them?"

"Yes, you barely escaped it… If I hadn't reacted in time."

He helped me up to sit on a chair, and gradually, I was starting to gain some strength. I was beginning to regain control of my body, my vision becoming clearer.

"The reflection on the mirror… Who was that?" I had to ask again.

He pointed a finger at me. "You, and no one else."

My eyes narrowed, looking at the mirror, and looking at him. "How is that me?"

"You have an extra personality, I got the hint from your circle. That was Prisca."

 "With a different name?"

He carried his chair in his hands, moved closer to sit beside me, and then held my hands. "Sometimes it happens."

 "So… What should I do?"

"Nothing. Tell no one about it, and avoid looking at a mirror anytime you feel your emotions building up."

His eyes studied me for a while, and I just couldn't tell the thoughts he had in mind. Sometimes he smiled, and the next minute, his face frowned. The expression on his face was never stable.

"Not even Cristine. She shouldn't know about it."

I closed my eyes, pressing my hands together just so I could regain some strength. "What about Gerald? What is it about him that you can't see through?"

"Everything about him is too complex… I can't really tell anything about him…"

"Is that all you have to say?"

My coming to meet him had not been achieved, my act of going through the intimate process did not yield any fruit, I thought to myself.

"But I saw something too vague for me to conclude, it looks like a curse…"
