Chapter 10: Preparation
Ding, host, there seems to be an intruder nearby
"What, where?" I slowed, thrusting into Aria and checking the notifications. My fur was wet, and Aria's grey hair fell nicely on her back and ass.
"Yes, the intruder is 5m from you, currently hiding in a bush, identified as Kalia."
I froze. "What? She is watching us now? Since when?"
The system replied casually, "Yes, she has been watching you for 30 minutes. I didn't want to tell you because she didn't have any evil intentions."
I kept staring absentmindedly at the system. Then an idea hit me.
I reached down to Aria, cupping her hair with my hand, I gently whispered in her ear.
"Dear Aria, how about we move next to that bush?"
Aria looked at me lovingly when I did that, and her inside tightened around my dick as a response. Then she replied,
"Ok, but can you help me here? My legs are shaking."
I kissed her forehead. "Don't worry, I will lift you up."
She replied, "Thanks, Ragnar."
I pushed both my hands under her legs, lifting her. She instinctively hugged my head with both her arms.
After she steadied herself, we kept kissing lewdly.
When we reached the same bush that Kalia was hiding in, I dropped Aria just inches away from it.
I could sense Kalia breathing from there. After Aria found a foothold, we did the same previous position.
She perked her ass in my direction, which I went back to thrusting into.
With a swift movement, I slid my dick inside Aria's pussy. The moment I did that, I heard a gasp coming from the bushes.
As I kept thrusting slowly back and forth, our fluids kept gushing out, and I could tell some of it fell on Kalia's hidden face.
Because of the dark, I could only tell she was looking at us with her eyes. The moment her eyes fell on me, I smiled at her and winked at her.
I could hear movement from the bushes, then it turned silent. It seemed what I did was too much.
"Why did you stop? Please honey, I want you to keep moving~" Aria said to me, swaying her ass in my direction.
I rubbed the back of my head. Well, it seemed I couldn't do anything for now. I should just find time to make everything clear between us.
Then I went back to having sex with Aria in the forest. It was a refreshing experience, the cold air hitting our bodies made it even better.
As I walked back to the hideout with Aria sleeping in my arms, it turned out that even she couldn't keep doing it for 3 hours straight.
I slipped inside my room, making room for Aria. I put her beside me and took a place near her.
Then I covered both of us with a blanket, without forgetting to kiss her forehead for a good night.
Then we both slept. The next morning, sunlight hit our faces. I opened my eyes, only to see Aria wasn't here.
I walked lazily downstairs, only to see Aria cooking in the kitchen with Kalia, while Sarah was chatting with Aunty.
"Good morning," I said to everyone present. Noticing me, they replied the same.
Taking a seat beside Sarah, I rubbed my forehead. "Yes, that rebel problem in our Kobold tribe is still there. I need to do something about it."
"Hey, Kalia, you said the chief is sick, right? Is it too much?" Hearing my words, Kalia's head popped out from the kitchen with a sad expression.
Then she walked slowly to me. "Yes, he is very sick, especially after his fight with that rebel Baro. His injuries became even more severe."
I rubbed my forehead again. "Another problem to solve." Then I looked back at her, trying to lift the mood.
"So Kalia, what are you and Aria preparing in the kitchen? I could smell delicious food from here," I joked, trying to lift her up.
And it seemed that worked, because her face lit up and she clapped her hands, saying, "Of course, it is the best dish the greatest kobold and goblin chef could produce, but you should wait more so it gets ready."
"I look forward to it." I smiled back at Kalia, only for her face to become red as she ran back to the kitchen.
I guess she still remembers yesterday's event, huh.
Then I turned my head to Sarah beside me. She was patting Aunty and reassuring her everything was ok.
It happened yesterday that we got news that Val and a group of kobolds broke out from the prison in the tribe.
And if everything went well, we would be united here today, and after we made a good plan, we would strike tonight.
Honestly, I wanted to just barge in and blow that Rax's head off, but Kalia kept reminding me about casualties and how the brain matters more than muscles.
Funny, I was told that by a kobold when I was a neurosurgeon in my past life. Truly bizarre.
I shook my head, but the smile didn't leave my face. Then I walked to the kitchen, only to find Kalia there cooking.
I smiled and said to her, "Kalia, do you know where Aria is?" Hearing my words, she jolted, and evading my eyes, she replied to me,
"Uhh… no… yes, she told me she was getting water from the well. She will come back soon," she said, her eyes not meeting mine even once.
"Is that so? So that means we have time, isn't it, Kalia?" Hearing my words, Kalia's heart quickened. Gulping, she looked at me and said, "What… what do you want?"
I replied to her, "Me? No, it is what you want, Kalia. Just tell me your feelings, no one will judge you," I said while walking to her.
Putting my hand on her shoulder, I reassured her, "Don't worry, I've had feelings for you too. You don't have to keep suppressing them."
Hearing my words, Kalia snapped up at me, her eyes filling with tears, only to break crying against my chest.
"It's weird, isn't it? I've always told myself that it's not normal and that it was just passing feelings, but I don't want to lie to my heart anymore."
I held her hands and hugged her, burying my face in her neck. I said, "Yes, and you shouldn't lie to yourself. Everyone deserves to be happy, and I want to be your happiness, Kalia."
Wiping her tears, she looked at me and replied with her voice hitching, "Really? You mean that? Don't you prefer a younger woman like Aria and Sarah?"
"No, you are precious to me, Kalia. And now I want to tell you something. Do you want to become my woman?"
Kalia hesitated for a moment, only for Aria to barge into the kitchen, shouting with a heaving chest, "Everyone, the kobold chief is dead!"
Everyone froze, and before Kalia fell to the ground, I caught her. She couldn't even cry and just hugged my neck.
Burying her face in my jacket, she cried her heart out. I kept patting her head the whole time.
Everyone tactically made room for us, even Aria, who was lately inseparable from me.
Lifting Kalia, I took her to her room while she clung to me.
