Kiss the Stranger

chapter 25

"I need transportation."
I stared in fear as Kamar spoke with a serious expression. When I came to, I heard something shocking. Even worse, I had agreed to it. Belatedly realizing it, I panicked. Only then did Kamar realize the reality of my situation.
"Don't worry. Everything will be fine."

He tried to reassure me with a kiss and a gentle smile, but I couldn't relax easily.
"It's the same no matter where you go. Going to the city won't change anything... It's not like I'm no longer an Omega."
Kamar pointed out.

"But no one knows you're an Omega."
It was the truth, so I couldn't deny it. Only a few people here, including my uncle, knew, but my uncle wouldn't be able to protect me. That's why he kept me hidden here. Still, I hesitated, speaking.
“It wouldn't be any different in other cities… It's even worse in the city. I heard they capture omegas there, gather them in one place, and make them do terrible things.”

“A terrible thing?”
I don't know, I shook my head. But judging by the number of times my mother had warned me, so deep in thought, I knew something terrible was about to happen. My shoulders trembled involuntarily, and Kamar hugged me tightly.
“It's okay. Don't worry. I've got you.”
Kamar smiled again at my cautious gaze.

“If that city is the center, it should be easy to get to other places.”
“Somewhere else?”
I asked, bewildered, and he answered casually.

“Anywhere else, somewhere that will accept us.”
“…Is there such a place?”
“There is, for sure.”

Kamar's voice was more confident than ever. I found myself wanting to believe him.
“Well, that would be nice…”
As I trailed off, Kamar spoke again, emphasizing the need for something.

“If it doesn’t exist, I’ll make it.”
At those words, I burst out laughing.
“How?”

Still smiling, I asked. Kamar smiled back and answered.
“Whatever you want, whatever.”
My heart swelled with affection for him. I opened ✪ Nоvеlіgһt ✪ (Official version) my lips and said,

“All I want is you.”
Then Kamar, with a smile on his face, whispered,
“Me too.”
In his arms, I felt safe from everything in the world. That’s why I wanted to be trapped in his arms forever. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I closed my eyes and hugged him tightly. Trust Kamar, I thought. I couldn’t live without him anymore.

We’ll be okay.
“I love you.”

As I muttered softly, Kamar kissed me as if he'd been waiting.

"I love you more."
That made me burst out laughing again. This time, I kissed him more earnestly, and I steeled myself.
***

As the days passed, Kamar became unusually busy. While I was working on the tapestry, he would often wander around, as if trying to figure something out, sometimes deep in thought, sometimes taking notes.
It was already clear that Kamar was contemplating how he would live after leaving this place. The fact that, unlike before, he'd walk out after dinner instead of embracing me was another sign of this. I suppressed my loneliness and instead focused on my work.
"We need transportation."

Kamar blurted out as we were eating, and I stopped eating and blinked.
"Transportation?"
"You can't walk, can you?"

Only then did I understand, and I shook my head in bewilderment. Kamar continued, as if he'd expected me to.
"You'll need a lot of things to cross the desert, and you can't carry them with you. I've roughly figured out what I need to bring, but... When will Gurav arrive? Is he far?"
At that, I counted the days.

"Next week."
"Okay, then order this and this in addition this time. This too."
Kamar, having found a writing utensil he rarely used, took it out with aplomb and scribbled a few things down. I looked at the paper he handed me, and he continued casually.

"For now, that's all we need. Let's prepare for this time, and when Gurav comes next time, we'll leave."
"How?"
Kamar answered, stuffing his food into his mouth.
"Because Gurav has a car."

I quickly became worried, and asked,
"Will he lend us his?"
“Of course you won’t lend it to me.”

I was immediately taken aback by the words, spoken without any hesitation.
“Then what should I do?”
Kamar smiled at me.

“Don’t worry, I have a solution.”
Unsure of what he was thinking, I just stared at him, and his expression became more serious.
“Anyway, I’ll look for it. Leave it to me.”

Kamar said, then suddenly stood up. A shadow suddenly loomed overhead, startling me as I looked up. He continued.
“I’ll just look around for a bit. Can I help you with anything?”
“Uh, no…”

As I trailed off, Kamar stopped moving and looked down at me. As I continued to hesitate, he sat back down and asked.
“What’s wrong? What’s wrong?”
A little relieved by the hand gently stroking my cheek, I answered quietly.

“I just got a little scared.”

I couldn’t help but hesitate. I’d lived here too long. I couldn't even remember what the outside world was like. Could I ever leave this place?
As if reading my anxiety, Kamar spoke.

"I can't keep living here. You said you could get pregnant, but what if you do? Can you have a baby?"
My face paled at the thought of something I'd forgotten. He glanced down, then lowered his hand from my cheek to my belly.
"There might already be my baby here."

Those words struck me with a pang of reality. Kamar and I had been having sex several times a day. I couldn't even remember how many times we'd done it yesterday. Considering Kamar's prodigious ejaculate, I wouldn't have been surprised if I were pregnant. Kamar chuckled, as if remembering the same thing.
"I'd believe it if you told me there were ten twins inside."
My face flushed before I was shocked by those words. Kamar pulled me into a hug, kissing my head as I panicked.

“So, you have to get out of here, Johan. You’re so weak, you’ll need help when you have a baby. From now on, I… have to control myself.”
Unusually, his voice lacked confidence. I hadn’t thought much about that until now, either, so I didn’t blame him at all. Instead, I cautiously hugged him and nodded.
“Okay, I get it. I’ll hold on.”

Can I hold on?
Even now, the thought of lying down with him filled my mind. I, too, was unsure. I mustered up the courage to look up at him.
“Um, one last time… just this once…”

“No.”
When the merciless rejection left me lost in thought, Kamar spoke seriously.
“Not one last time. I’ll hold you forever.”

Those words released the tension, and I burst into laughter. I kissed him again, wrapping my arms around his neck. Kamar sighed, finally pushing me down and climbing on top of me.
I love you.
As I joyfully accepted his body entering me, I confessed again.

I love you, Qamar. I love you so much.
I can't live without you.
***

Gurav's car showed up on the appointed day. I was secretly anxious that Salman might be coming, but I lifted my shoulders and let out a sigh of relief. I stood there, holding the list Qamar had written down and the tapestry I'd painstakingly made, waiting for the car to approach.
"It's okay, Johan."
Just like every other night, I fell asleep hugging him tightly, and Qamar encouraged me.

"If anything happens, I'll be right out. This time, no matter what you say, I can't stand to see you get hurt."
Those words alone were enough to give me courage. I wasn't alone anymore. As I tightened my grip on the note, Gurav's car stopped not far away. I waited for him to get out of the car and then said hello.
"Hello, Gurav. How have you been?"

I spoke as usual, but he didn't respond. Suddenly, something struck me as odd, and Gurav spoke.
"Young Master, I've come to pick you up."
"Huh?"

For a moment, I blinked, unable to comprehend what he meant. Gurav then spat out harshly, his expression grim.
"The master told me to bring you here. Now, hurry and get in the car. We have to go to the mansion right away."
My eyes widened involuntarily. What does that mean? The mansion? Bring you here?

My uncle called me?
"I'll call you back when the time is right."
I remembered the last words he said before leaving. At first, I believed those words and waited for them every day, but that was a long time ago. Now, I'm about to give up everything and leave with Kamar, and now you're calling me?

"What are you talking about?"
A familiar voice came from behind me. I turned my head and saw Kamar emerging from the hut, looking at me. Behind me, I heard Gurav gasp in surprise. But I just stared blankly at Kamar.
