Chapter 527: Hidden

The ships started to dock in an unknown location before opening up allowing those inside to step out into the open.

They already removed their cloaking so they were visible to all that were around them for the first time in a while.

Even their ships had become visible once the cloaking technology was removed.

Several figures began emerging one after another but none among them seemed to be from the Ripper Mercenaries.

Ashwin and Bunbun remained hidden as they emerged and continued to observe the situation.

They were waiting for visual confirmation before making any other movements.

There were still so many ships to search and there were so many unknowns to face.

Some began moving away from the ships that had docked while some remained close to the ships as if to keep a close guard over them.

Bunbun and Ashwin remained close to each other as they closely observed each of the changes.

It was difficult for them to communicate in such a situation but they managed to get by since they were so familiar with each other and worked together several times before.

There was finally some movement from within as a couple of others were being brought out.

They were varying canine species of furry humanoid figures who were from the same race and were held in restraints.

Among those who were prisoners, those of the canine race were the highest amount of them who were being brought out.

There was one strange-looking race among them that was dressed in a chef's outfit.

There were some others in the same race but each of them was quite small in size and had bulbous-shaped bodies with slimy and shiny scales.

The other races that were gathered either had very large heads and others had tentacles on their faces or the top of their heads.

There was not a huge variety of races among those who were held captive compared to the many races that were a part of the Camo Pirates.

If there was one race among the Camo Pirates that stood out the most and took up a large portion of the group then it was those with features similar to insectoid humanoids.

Attached to their bodies were all kinds of body armour and a variety of different advanced weaponry.

Some of the weapons were pistols or assault rifles while some others were more simple weapons more suited for close combat.

There was one among them who was a little taller than the rest and had a much larger build.

four weapons were clotted into their belt at their waist which looked similar in appearance to light sabers.

They had four long and thin arms coming from their upper body and two legs.

Their face and body seemed quite similar in appearance to some form of insect with pincers on their mouth and antennae on top of their head.

Bunbun observed them and could feel a strong presence emanating from them. 'So that must be the one Ripley mentioned. They do seem like they would be troublesome to deal with.'

Two others were from the same race who were near them and had slightly weaker auras.

Three among them seemed to be the most dangerous among the group in terms of aura and physical prowess alone but that was not the only thing that needed to be taken into account.

Bunbun did not feel that she would be in that much danger if it was a one-on-one fight but she could not ignore what Ripley had mentioned about them.

They were a group that did not play fair when it came to how they dealt with their enemies.

Bunbun and Ashwin turned to face each other before removing something from the invisible bag that Ashwin was carrying. "Here. Find a good spot and begin the next stage of the plan. Just give me a moment."

What they were were deactivated devices that had been taken apart to avoid them being active.

It did take a little longer to configure a working battery for them but with the expertise of Ashin, it was quickly achieved with what he had available.

It helped that Bunbun was there to use her Electro to give it the jolt that was needed to get it going.

The moment that each part was put back together, the devices were active once again then Ashwin passed some of them to Bunbun.

They both used their invisibility to slip past those who remained guarding the ships and then found a good spot to conceal one of the devices.

They had a tracking device planted on each of the ships where it would be quite difficult to find them.

Since they were a part of the ship, it would be difficult for them to be differentiated from the various types of machinery and energies that were a part of the ship.
