Jitsu -A different story-

"Then we will return early in the morning. I want to sleep in my own bed, it was horrible to use the couch." From Akio's words and his somewhat tired tone, it was obvious that he had not had the best night of all, but it was normal due to their situation.

"In my case, I slept quite comfortably." Rena smiled when she said that, causing Akio and Akira to narrow their eyes in her direction.

"That's because you used the bed. I hope I don't suffer some kind of injury later." Akira had also suffered a little, especially since he had slept in an uncomfortable position all night. "We'll be back first thing in the morning, Nee-san. I'll make sure to clean any places that need to be cleaned, don't worry."

With that exchange of words, it was not very difficult to guess that a new day had arrived and that now both Shizune and Kurono had returned to the hospital to change shifts with Akio and Akira.

"I appreciate it very much, but you still get enough rest. We'll call you if anything comes up." Shizune seemed quite calm, and that was because she was able to make sure that Rena was in perfect condition and nothing important had happened, but if someone were to stare at her, they might also think that Shizune had some kind of shine in her or that she was simply radiant that day.

Everything that had happened the night before was now something only she and Kurono knew. Their morning had been quite busy as they had focused on cleaning up the mess they had made, and it had been especially difficult since they had woken up quite late fatigue had hit them like never before, so much so that Shizune had trouble walking for a long time, but in the end, they were able to overcome that little test and Kurono's house was relatively free of any evidence...

Before going to the hospital, Shizune and Kurono went to the apartment since Shizune had to get the things that Rena had asked for, as well as clean her room and part of the kitchen a little. At least Shizune hadn't felt it was too difficult since Kurono was there to help her, so they had arrived at the hospital after that and Kurono had told Shizune to go ahead since she probably couldn't stand the urge to see Rena, which had led everything to the current situation.

Shizune had just arrived at the room where Rena was and that had been enough for Akio and Akira to begin preparing to go to the apartment while Rena asked about the things that she had ordered from Shizune. It seemed like it was time to separate again, but just as Akio and Akira were saying goodbye, Kurono's figure crossed the door while having a tired look. Before anyone could ask the reason for it, a new voice was present in the room.

"Hello, everyone!" A figure had just appeared right behind Kurono giving that greeting that everyone was able to hear, but at the same time, some understood the tiredness on Kurono's face.

"Kazumi?" Shizune was the first to let out her voice after that greeting, and from her words, it could be assumed that the figure that had just entered the room was actually Kazumi.

Most of those present didn't know what to say next, but it seemed like the right time for Kazumi to be the center of attention.

"Yes, that's me. I'm sorry if it's inopportune, but when I found out what had happened to Rena-chan I had to come running." With those words, it was a little clearer why she was here, although Kazumi had much more to say besides that. "I would have liked to come earlier, but apparently someone completely forgot about me and I might also be worried about the situation."

Kazumi narrowed her eyes with a somewhat annoyed and indignant expression in Kurono's direction, thus making everyone else assume that Kazumi had already given herself enough time to scold Kurono... Although that also seemed like a somewhat comical scene.

"You still haven't told me how you found out about everything." Kurono ignored Kazumi's words a little and simply wanted to know how she got here. Just when he was finishing arranging the car, Kazumi choked him from behind and then started scolding him, but he really didn't know how she knew about everything that was happening with Rena.

"Actually I was the one who talked to her about everything. Good morning, Kazumi." Instead of Kazumi answering, Akira's voice was present clarifying that aspect, and although there didn't seem to be anything strange about it, it made some wonder when the two of them had become so close.

"Hehe. It's like Akira said, if it hadn't been for her, I would still be ignorant of everything, didn't it occur to you to call me?" Kazumi had once again focused on reprimanding Kurono, but after a few minutes, everything had calmed down enough and they took the time to explain to Kazumi in detail. "I understand, so you will most likely have the childbirth tomorrow… I know I'm not the one going through this, but am I the only one who feels a little nervous?"

A small group laugh came from everyone after hearing Kazumi, but they would be lying if they said they didn't feel nervous. Despite everything, it's a delicate process, and although they felt and believed that everything would be fine, that did not prevent them from being completely calm, especially Rena, Akio, and Shizune; They were excited, but there was also that little worry inside of them.

In the end, and continuing with the initial plan, Shizune and Kurono would take the turn for this day, but Kurono had offered to take Akio and Akira in his car, so right now, only Rena, Shizune and Kazumi were left in the hospital.

"I have to say that I was a little scared when I found out everything, I thought the baby had already been born and that's why I rushed as much as I could. Maybe it's not directly related to me, but after all, I wanted you to know that I'm here to support you, Rena-chan." Kazumi took his time to talk more calmly to Rena, as well as ask about how she was feeling.

"I really appreciate your words, Kazumi-san. The truth is I feel quite calm knowing that there are so many people who care about me and my child, so I'm glad to see you here. Like I said, I'm probably scheduled for tomorrow, so this little adventure will come to an end, but a bigger one will begin, haha." Rena didn't hide anything and enjoyed the talk with Kazumi, which made her put aside her own worries and she kept telling herself that everything would be okay. "By the way, mom…"

Rena was about to ask Shizune something else. Kazumi's gaze also went to Shizune's figure as she was on the other side of Rena, but when both of their attention focused on Shizune, both Rena and Kazumi couldn't help but laugh a little, and that was due to the peculiar image of Shizune, who was fast asleep in the seat she was sitting on.
