Jackal : The Goddess Of Death

Yoshi returned to the campus. There, Alice waited for him. But she was different. Her eyes were red and her markings reappeared. The drugs wore off a few minutes before Yoshi arrived back. 

"Where the hell were you?" She asked while tapping her feet against the ground.

"I was thinking."

"You think on my lap. You think when we cuddle. You don't think when you're away from me unless those thoughts are how to get back to me."

"..."

Her pressure was overwhelming. Yoshi remember what Taiyo said before. That she had the inability to refresh her mind. She was losing herself and before more animalistic: more instinctive, more possessive, more aggressive. If this kept up, Yoshi would lose Alice.

Before Yoshi could say anything else, he bowed to her, confusing her. "Alice, I'm sorry for drugging you."

"You... what? You did what?!"

"Yes, I know. What I did was wrong and immature. I acted on impulse and it was wrong. I have no one to blame but myself."

"You're damn right!" Alice kicked Yoshi to the ground. "How dare you try to harm your pack leader."

Alice's eyes were turned an ever deeper shade of crimson. Yoshi had to act fast.

"Honey, I think we need some space."

Alice's eyes constricted with rage at Yoshi's words. "What?"

"Or more accurately, we should break up. You are a monster. You're not the Alice I used to know. The Alice I fell in love with was kind, passionate, caring, brave, determined, and just slightly perverted. But you... you're nothing but a husk of desire. You're not my woman."

"How... dare you?"

"Give me my Alice back... now..."

"..."

"Alice, honey, can you hear me? I know you're in that body somewhere. I know why you're doing this and I know it sucks. This is for Belle. You want to escape your pain so you went into hiding in your own consciousness."

"Shut up..."

"But it's fine. I'm here for you, honey. I promise to never leave you. You'll always have me, but only if you show me I still have you. So come out."

Suddenly, one of Alice's eyes turned golden again. This made her body freak out and she began rolling on the ground in pain. She started growling and clawing at anything that was close to her. Yoshi got up off the floor.

"Come on, honey. Fight it! Come back to me. To us. Do this for me. Do this for Pinoy. Do this for yourself!"

Suddenly, in Alice's mind, we see a golden-eyed version of herself standing in a black void. She looked up and saw a screen that activated and showed Yoshi trying to bring her back. Tears began rolling through her eyes.

"I'm coming, sweetheart." She said. But as she took a step forward, she was kicked to the ground. She turned around to see who kicked her and it was the red-eyed version of herself. She had a sadistic smile on her face and was foaming at the mouth.

"What the hell are you?" Alice asked while jumping back up and pulling out her scepter.

"I'm you. Or more accurately, a piece of you. You're other half if you will."

"Give me my body back."

"I don't think so. See. The you in the physical realm is a split between me and you. You still have your love and attraction to Yoshi, but I see him as something... less. I don't go off emotions like love; just desire, rage, and survival instinct. Right now, you have your love for Yoshi from you, and your aggressive from me, turning your affection into something way more twisted."

"No, he's right! I won't let you take me away from him. I love him more than anything! But it's not just him. Pinoy, my mangas, Yoshi's cooking, the gym, Belle's hopes for me, my father's wishes... I miss them all. I won't let you take away the things that make me happy and that give me purpose."

Red eyes smirked and pulled out Alice's two sickles. "Then show me your determination."

The two Alice's rushed at each other and they collided with a brutal force. The first punch came from Gold, a quick jab aimed at Red's face. Red ducked, her body twisting to avoid the strike. She then countered with a swift hook that struck hard against Gold's jaw. She then changed up a death orb to fire at Gold, but Gold's palm struck her wrist and dodged the death orb. But that left her open to a kick to the stomach from Red which tossed her back. 

Gold staggered but immediately recovered, twirling on her heel and landing a knee in Red's waist. Red grunted in pain, but she retaliated with an elbow to Gold's ribs while smiling.

Both the red and gold-eyed versions of Alice had sweat pouring down their faces, but while Gold looked at Red with anger, Red looked at Gold with excitement. 

Red rushed forward again, her claws flying in a rapid combination. Gold blocked and parried, but one claw swipe slipped through, grazing her cheek and making her lose a lot of blood. Red then gave Gold a close line with her arm and threw her to the ground. Red then mounted Gold while choking her out.

The red-eyed Alice licked her lips while pinning the gold-eyed Alice to the ground. "Once I kill you and get this annoying, gushy affection you have for him out of the way, I'll rip that boyfriend of yours in half."

"Excuse me?!" Alice started to push against her harder. "You won't lay a finger on him!"

Gold's body had a null barrier expand around her, forcing Red off of her. She then pulled out her scepter and Red pulled out her sickles.

The two changed at each other. With a primal roar, Red charged. trying to land the decisive blow. She swung wildly while laughing maniacally. Gold dodged until she found an opening. Gold then swung the spiked ball on her scepter at Red's liver, but she blocked it with both her sickles. But this left her face open. Then, Gold flipped her scepter up, letting go of it while activating the buzzsaws. This slashed the throat of Red and made her leak blood from her neck.

Gold reached her hand out, binding Red in chains in her mind. As Gold Alice walked to the light, Red Alice looked at her with rage and determination.

Back in the physical realm, Alice woke up on her floor, both her eyes turning back to gold and her body returned to normal.

"Honey, is that you?"

"Yes, sweetie. I'm so sorry. I've been an awful girlfriend. Not just that, but a cowered and bad friend as well. C-Can you ever forgive me?"

"Of course, I forgive you, Alice."

"Oh, sweetheart..."

"But if you want to make it up to me, you could give me a hug and kiss. That would make me very happy."

Without a second thought, Alice jumped onto Yoshi, wrapping her thighs around his waist and hugging his head. She passionately kissed him and he kissed her right back. The two made out as Alice cried. But then, Pinoy barged into the room unannounced, making everyone stop in a sense of awkwardness.

"Oh... am I interrupting something?"

Alice and Yoshi both got extremely flustered.
