Jackal : The Goddess Of Death

Alice had now been at this academy for 5 months since summer. Tomorrow would mark her anniversary of coming here. And on top of that, it would be Halloween.

She thought back to her time spent in human society. She thought about how the humans treated her horribly. They might as well have treated her like a monster. Now that she thought about it, she wondered why the government never came after her. They had an unidentified humanoid in a human school and didn't kidnap and experiment on it. She wondered if it had something to do with her mother, as she was pretty revered in Skyfall Dance.

Then, she remembers a memory from her past. It was her father and mother getting into an argument back when she was just a baby in a cradle. Her father didn't want her to attend human school because he feared she would be bullied, but her mom thought differently. However, unlike her, her mother could transform into and back from a human and a keeper form. This was Alice's earliest memory.

She brushed off the thought and focused back on what she was doing. She was using her free time to learn how to draw anime characters. She had already made 10 drawings. Although they weren't amazing, they were still pretty good for beginner drawings.

"Heeeey." a voice said from inside her room. This made Alice jump up and turn to the voice, but when she did, she just saw Belle lying on her bed. "Draw me like one of your French girls."

Alice sighed. "Belle, you can't just break into my room like that."

It's been nearly a month since Belle stopped being mean to Alice. In this time, they got closer together through campus life and going on a few more missions together. Her personality took a complete 180 since then.

"Aw, but your window's always open. Even when you sleep, eat, and even change. Aren't you concerned about someone seeing your body?"

"... We're you watching me change?"

"That's irrelevant. I mean, what if a stranger saw you take off your panties? That's like the start of some NTR light novel. How would Yoshi feel?"

Alice's demeanor changed from calm to flustered. She instantly ran over and slammed her window shut. Belle laughed and pointed at her.

"Wow. How can you be so down bad, yet so shy at the same time?"

"Quiet you."

Belle looked over at Alice's table. She saw the art on her desk. She saw a drawing of herself that Alice did. "Why did you draw me looking like, 'yass queen yass?' Actually, better question..." Belle walked over to her desk and saw a picture of Yoshi and Pinoy as well. Yoshi had his shirt off while swimming and had water splashing over his hot, muscular body and her drawing of Pinoy wasn't finished yet. "Are you drawing us how you see us?"

"You could say that."

"You seem to have... a very good image of Yoshi."

"..."

"Oh, don't go getting embarrassed on me, girl. If you don't hurry up and confess, someone else is gonna swoop in and take him. It's like leaving a thousand dollars on the ground and not picking it up till it collects interest... bad example, but you get the point."

"Did you come in here just to make fun of me, or..."

"Oh, me and Yoshi were gonna go out to trick or treat. We wanted to know if you wanted to come. Since everyone would be wearing costumes, I doubt anyone would look twice at you."

Alice decided to go with the two of them. Belle created costumes for all of them. She created a bunny girl outfit for herself. She wore a corset, stockings, gloves, bunny ears, and a bunny tail. For Yoshi, she made a pirate costume for him with a fake parrot, a sword, an open T-shirt, and tight pants. However, when it came time for Alice, she had a bit of fun. All she did was take toilet paper and wrap it around her thighs, crotch, breasts, arms, and over one of her eyes.

"..." Alice had nothing to say when she saw herself.

"What. You look great."

"You did this on purpose."

"Ok, put it like this. If you get hit with water, the toilet paper will come off, and Yoshi will get a full-frame display."

"That's not a good thing, dummy!"

"Dang, don't get your knickers in a twist, I was just trying to help."

Yoshi had walked into her room to show that he had the costume on. "Hey, guys, I finish this. You made my pants a little tight though, Belle."

"Oh, I know." said Belle smirking. "Anyways, feast your eyes."

Belle displayed Alice. Yoshi felt his heart stop and he immediately turned around. But it was too late. The image of Alice in her mummy outfit was burned into his mind and he noticed the print on his pants becoming bigger, embarrassing him further.

"Oooh, someone likes it." Belle said teasingly.

"Y-Yoshi, d-do you like it?" asked Alice shyly.

"U-Uh... I-I-I... don't hate it..."

"What he means to say is he likes it a bit too much." said Belle eagerly. "Though, I guess this checks out. Alice is an Anubis, and Anubis is an Egyptian god. And Egyptians do have mummies, so maybe the accuracy makes her hotter."

"I-I don't think that's how it works."

In the end, Alice just went to put on her nun outfit for Halloween, which was Yoshi's recommendation. And as Belle said, no one realized she was an actual furry jackal. They just assumed it was a really good costume.

While walking from house to house, Yoshi noticed Alice drooling a lot. When he tracked her vision, he noticed she was looking at the bones of a skeleton, which made him giggle a little bit. She really was like a puppy sometimes.

They had just gone up to their 14th house that night. The old man at the door gave Alice tons of candy, but only gave Belle two pieces, making her furious. Yoshi laughed at Belle as she began to crash out at the old man's doorstep.

Yoshi had received a message on his phone as Alice was picking out her favorite candy at the next house. It was Taiyo who sent him a long message, explaining that members of Derozues were in the neighborhood they were in.

Derozues worshipped anomalies and tried to create them by making people go through enough trauma, then they killed them in certain ways to increase the chances of them becoming an anomaly. Except Derozues's founder was a keeper, all of them were humans, so Alice, Belle, and Yoshi weren't threatened by them alone. Still, Yoshi would need to keep a watchful eye out for any members who tried to create anomalies.
