Axis activated the lantern, and a gentle glow enveloped him. The air around him seemed to clear, and a soothing warmth spread through his tired muscles. It was a comforting sensation, as if he had found a safe haven amidst all the ongoing chaos.
Satisfied with his exploration of the inventory, Axis closed the interface and stood up. The temple around him seemed to hum with a newfound energy, resonating with the divine blessings and his own burgeoning potential.
"System, what's the time?" Axis asked, curious about how long he had been asleep.
{ Current Time: 15:23 }
Axis nodded to himself. Caldia and Alnaria had likely not been gone for long. He decided to heed Caldia's advice and explore the altar a bit more while waiting for their return.
As he ventured deeper into the temple, he marveled at its ancient beauty and the sense of history etched into every stone. The walls whispered stories of forgotten ages, of heroes and legends who had once walked these hallowed halls.
Lost in thought, Axis suddenly noticed a faint glow emanating from a corner of the altar. Curious, he approached cautiously and found a hidden compartment within the stone structure. Inside lay a set of ancient scrolls, their parchment yellowed with age but their contents still legible.
Excitement surged within him as he carefully unfurled the scrolls. They contained spells and incantations, ancient knowledge passed down through generations. Axis recognized some as elemental spells, others as wards and protective charms.
"System, analyze the scrolls," he requested, eager to understand their significance and potential.

"Amazing," Axis whispered, marveling at the breadth of knowledge before him. He knew that mastering these ancient spells would require dedication and perseverance, but he was ready for the challenge.
As he continued to delve into the mysteries of the scrolls, Axis knew that his journey had only just begun.
A few minutes later.
" Ohh axis u are here how are u feeling " caldia's voice rang as i looked at her approaching along with alnaria.
Axis turned to see Caldia and Alnaria walking towards him, their faces lit with warm smiles. He rose from his seat and gave them a small wave, feeling the fatigue from his earlier efforts still lingering in his limbs.
"I'm feeling much better now, thanks to the rest," Axis replied, his voice reflecting his genuine gratitude.
Caldia chuckled, her garnet eyes twinkling. "You deserve it, Axis. You've achieved something remarkable today. It's not every day someone attains myth-rank potential during their mana awakening."
Axis's eyes widened. "Myth-rank? What exactly does that mean?" He had seen the myth rank in the title but hadn't thought much of it before.
Caldia's expression turned serious, her tone conveying the weight of her words. "In our world, ranks measure an individual's potential and power. Most people fall within the common ranks—F to C. Above those are the elite ranks B, A, S, SS, and SSS. But the myth rank is a tier of its own, beyond even the elite. It's a designation so rare that it appears maybe once in a million years, if not more. It has become nothing but a legend, a story from the past."
Alnaria nodded, her coal-black eyes studying him with a mix of curiosity and admiration. "Those with myth-rank potential have capabilities that can change the course of history. They are often destined for greatness, whether for good or ill. The blessings and abilities you received during your awakening are proof of your unique potential."
Axis felt a mix of pride and apprehension at their words. "I would have liked to start and try out my new abilities, but I have to go home first."
Caldia and Alnaria exchanged a glance before Caldia spoke again, her voice tinged with a hint of sadness. "Axis, there's something you need to know. Alnaria and I cannot leave the altar."
Axis's heart sank at the revelation. "You can't leave? Why?"
