Zen despised him from the bottom of his heart and roared," I will reverse everything and take back my country and my family." Sweyn walked away with Nero. Zen hit the ground. 
The present moment

Sweyn took the sword and said," Goodbye my hero." Zen manifested more. He compressed the Zael and focused his life force on his lungs. The ribs were attached now. Zen punched his face. The jawbones and a part of his skull broke. He extended the cartilages and the tendons and used it as an adhesive material. Zen manifested more and used the molecular destruction to destroy the oxygen molecules around Sweyn. At that moment Sweyn changed his mode of intake. He made it through the skin and extended his range of absorption. 
Despite being pushed to the limit he was tolerating it.
