In the end, it's him and I

Chapter 10: chapter 10

Maybe it was just anger. Or maybe disappointment! Atlas couldn't defend her in front of his girlfriend.

She got into the car garage and drive off.

She had no idea where she was driving to. All she wanted was to be far far away. Away from everything.

She didn't even know when the tears rolled down her cheek. She has been holding things in for too long.

Since January, she has never had a chance to let out the emotions.

Okey, maybe Lucy was right with the part where she said Huxley could fall for him.

Since they were younger, before they ever knew Lucy. She has had a thing for him and everyone at school mocked her for it.

Atlas knew she liked him anyways and was okey with her but not to the point of sharing feelings. And so he asked her to be his best friend instead.

In hope Huxley though the feeling would go. But did it go?

Was it lingering?

No ..it can't. Since that year, what was left was platonic love.

She increased her speed as she drove the vehicle. She was talking it too far already.

Huxley was not happy. She was sad. She wants to escape from the thoughts in her head. But alcohol won't help.

What can help her escape everything?

Death!

She has seen it happen in movies, she had seen it in reality also and now she wasn't afraid of death.

She increased her speed again and was reckless as a driver.

Her car crashed to the wall and there was blood.

Everything went black. Darkness flooded her head.

Is this death?

Yes. It is, it has to be...DEATH.
