In a certain place, a man with a terrifying face sat in a spacious room. The man had a large and muscular body, with various tattoos on both of his arms. His eyes were blood red, and he had short black hair.

The man then shifted his attention when the door finally opened. A thin man with glasses and a polite demeanor approached the big man.

"Sir!" The man with glasses spoke in panic.

"What is it, Widen?" The big man asked.

"Sir Ned!" Widen spoke hurriedly, with a worried and anxious expression.

"Yes, what is it?" Ned asked with an annoyed face.

"Sir-! Sir Nord has disappeared!" Widen spoke with a fearful face.

"... What? Nord? Disappeared...?" Ned asked with a gloomy face.

"Yes!"

"How?"

"Earlier, Young Master Nord requested fifteen people who are Anomalies, and five people who are Abnormals, but there has been no news for the past few minutes. We tried to track their locations, but they were all different."

"When we found those locations, there was no one there, only their trackers. At the same time, we heard news that Young Master Nord left the Fortress City through the West Gate!"

"According to the Gatekeepers, Young Master Nord seemed to have rushed and ran towards the Mountain! We don't know the reason, but based on our investigation, Young Master Nord was being chased by someone. However, when we traced it to the Mountain..."

"Grrrkkk...!" Ned gritted his teeth in frustration.

"What's that noise?" Then Ned's focus shifted, and he angrily looked out the window.

"Let me see." Widen quickly looked out the window to check on the situation.

Outside, the guards were seen talking to someone in a cloak. The person was carrying a strange box, while the guards continued shouting.

The cloaked person glanced at the window, then grinned widely. But who would have expected that the struggling person would throw the box? Seeing that, Widen became alert.

Widen immediately opened the window and jumped down, but the cloaked person had already left by then. When Widen tried to chase after the cloaked person.

Something surprising happened, the cloaked person disappeared without a trace. When Widen returned, Ned was already waiting for him.

"I'm sorry, Sir Ned, the person disappeared without a trace. I didn't expect that to happen." Widen apologized with a regretful face.

"Never mind, explain what actually happened?" Ned asked his subordinates, who were responsible for guarding the entrance of the Blodfey Family Residence.
