"Who are they?" Kakashi, who was not familiar with any important groups or organizations in this world other than the official organizations on the surface, asked.
"The Soul Collectors are a strange organization that aims to collect various bodies of Anomalies and Abnormals."
"They do this with the belief that the bodies of these Anomalies and Abnormals have Souls that are much stronger than ordinary humans, which is why they often collect various bodies of Anomalies and Abnormals."
"They do this with the goal of resurrecting the God Arserk, who is worshipped by the Soul Collectors."
"Their exact location or the actual location of their headquarters is unknown. The only thing known about them is that they are not only in Fort City 085, but also in several other Fort Cities."
