Chapter 125: Chapter 113 Rude (ALSO I'M BACK!)
In the dimly lit cave, the flickering light of mana crystals threw twisted shadows across the stone walls, giving the space an eerie, almost alive quality. Three figures stood, watching the 'dead' body of a fallen Aspect with curiosity, dread, and annoyance.
The waiting game started a few minutes ago, and the slime girl was the first one to break the oppressive silence, "This task was a breeze, far less toiled than I'd pleased.
A slimy tentacle wobbled closer, shifting in a gelatinous ripple as she cleaned the mess they had left from their ritual, "Your fabled foe was no key..." She seemed a bit disgusted by her way of talking and ended her sentence in a low tone, "more like debris."
The priestess cleaned her divine symbols as they radiated a golden light; she knelt before the faded runes, looking over the remnants of her holy work, "Lo, mine hope held fast for a foe of greater mettle. My god hath forewarned, 'This Aspect is not as thou dost perceive. Its slumber belies a power untold.'"
*SLAM!!!*
The world around her seemed to stretch and blur as time itself slowed to a stagnant crawl as a memory replied, 'you will hear him first, as it's kind of rude interrupting someone in his nap.'
A sickening crunch echoed as one of the player's heads exploded in a visceral splash of guts and blood. The other two barely had time to react before a pink blur streaked past their vision, thickening the room with an unnatural, suffocating pressure that made the air tremble with its mere presence.
Time froze as the blur stopped in front of the priestess. The creature-- a small girl with razor-sharp nails-- stared with cold, unblinking eyes. The voice that escaped her lips was guttural, monstrous like a demon clawing its way out of hell.
"P R I E S T E S S !"
...
...
...
'IT was gonna blow her head, too.'
She fought to maintain her straightforward composure; she couldn't falter, not yet, "T-Thou shalt not lay harm upon me..."
After those words exited her mouth, the pink blur froze mid-motion, with her clawed hands a breath away from shredding the flesh and bone from her face asunder. Slowly, the blur revealed a recognizable figure that Daniel would have identified.
A small, human-like girl emanating a disgusting aura to fake love, whose claw-tipped fingers contracted with barely contained hatred. Her unnervingly sharp nails glinted with a metallic sheen, wondering why they hadn't slashed the priestess in front of them.
The priestess's eyes intertwined with the unrelenting gaze locked onto her. She couldn't even think or describe anything about them; it was as simple as...
'Kill.'
The predatory eyes analyzed the entire space in search of the barrier; then, in an instant, she vanished, leaving only a faint afterimage that darted back and forth across the room to buy time.
*CLANK!*
Before the others could react, chains materialized around the pink afterimage, wrapping tightly around her limbs, glowing faintly with the power of divine command.
The priestess barked with a trembling yet resolute voice, "By sacred decree, thou art bound! Thou shalt not stray beyond ten leagues of mine presence without mine leave!"
The afterimage stopped being an afterimage and turned real once more. The priestess's words had acted as a lasso, pulling the pink blur back into a physical form, being dragged by the chains wreathed in otherworldly sigils.
*CLANG!*
In an instant, the chains struck against the ground with planet shattering force, yet her mind was so focused on other things, that she simply overlooked it.
...
What was so important that she ignored the details of such a powerful move?
An undiluted feral reaction twisted into the pink girl's face. Her bestial eyes suddenly turned heart-shaped, and dozens of spectral hate hands burst from her back, clawing and grasping at the bindings like writhing snakes.
From her robes, she raised her trembling hands, cracking under the weight of desperation, "Thou shalt not harm thy allies nor raise thy hand in hatred' against those who stand beside me!"
A low, guttural sound filled the cavern, vibrating the air itself. *GROWL!!!* The priestess's mind and heart raced as she saw the chains splinter under the creature's efforts.
'Three commands...' she thought with mounting dread, hearing how the chains continued snapping under the pressure, 'And still it resists! Oh, blessed Aqatsha, dost this creature only bear the power of an Aspect?!'
"HALT!!!"
The spectral hands of hate hesitated, freezing mid-motion, with their clawed fingers hovering inches from her eyes. The pink demon's glowing heart-shaped pupils flickered, letting all the weight of her predatory gaze burn into the priestess.
For a moment, it felt as though it could see through her very soul, analyzing her worth and deciding whether she deserved to live.
Then, as abruptly as it began, the hands dissipated, fading into faint black smoke. The pink girl's heart-shaped pupils reverted to cold, calculating irises. Her stance, however, remained coiled and predatory, as if ready to pounce at the slightest provocation.

The cave was deathly silent except for the faint crackle of energy lingering in the air. The priestess dared not move, fearing that any sudden movement would trigger her.
"..."
"..."
"..."
This was her chance; why hadn't she made a move? "Thou-"
Her voice drowned in an ocean of white, being replaced by the droplets of a soul, "I'm confused..."
The creature tilted its head, speaking with a voice unexpectedly calm yet filled with disconcerting authority. "I was having a nice dream." Its tone dropped to something far more primal. "You have up to 100 words, priestess. Speak... or I won't care about the chains."

Authors note:
Sorry for not updating.
also, I'm in the need to tell someone this, but I feel like it would give trouble to my friends so all of you will replace them instead!
I think I fumbled a possible 'couple' that could have lasted a lifetime.
I felt confused, annoyed, and regretful.
I lost something I never realized I had.
But I thought the filtering was like a joke type. Like the gay jokes with your homies or when your grandma calls you handsome.
I feel mildly annoyed... I just lost what others would call it the love of their lives, and I'm just annoyed...
I don't know how to explain this, but the closest thing is: Someone took a toy I don't use anymore, ITS MINE, it doesn't matter that I don't use it anymore, that is rightfully mine.
Huh.
How weird is it to be anything at all... don't you think?
The exact reason why I was gone:
I used my free time, and went on a trip with my family, found a interesting game that I can play for hours and hours and started working on another project I froze for years.
Anyway, that's the quick rundown; I will probably update more unless, IDK, I die.
Also, Happy New Year!
