"Heh! This is nothing since I have taken this world under my care, I shall fortify its defenses so that mere mechanical bugs don't dare trespass," Jack said, with a simple thought, he felt his powers double over, his mind far-reaching as the space-time barriers repaired themselves.

He also went ahead and removed any and all time-related skills which could result in the formation of alternate timelines.

'This will stop that cross-dressing vampire of Rias from messing things up in the future.'

After setting up some rules so that the angels don't start abusing the fully unlocked Heavens system to start an all-out war, Jack returned to the underworld.

What greeted him was the sight of a young Millicas Gremory playing some PSP games with the Angel.

He could vaguely sense the angel was angry for losing consecutively and this close to turning into a fallen.

Almost as if listening to his thought, which was probably true, Jack was given a list of worlds that didn't have any overseer.

"Ah! The others have been enjoying themselves watching the Gremory festivals," Zeoticus answered in the background, not minding that Rev- Jack was ignoring him as he could feel his very soul bowing to the ones before him.

If previously he feared and admired Jack's powers and strength, now he was just left with admiration towards his creator.

With a simple thought, Jack arrived beside Jean and LD along with Rias, Sona, and Grayfia.

It seems they were currently shopping in the women's section, seeing the gazes of everyone, he simply said his goodbye and left the shop.

While he waited outside the store, in wait for the women to finish shopping, he heard the call of a soul in his office.

"Shut up bootlicker, let's see your file," Jack snapped his finger as a file appeared in his hands detailing every deed of the boy before him.

" So you were a 9-5 office worker living a mundane life, an orphan with no love life and no hobby aside from watching anime, reading manhwa and stuff like games was your only passion," Jack looked at the silent glowing soul who nodded nervously.

"And your saving grace was saving a little child from being hit by a stray bullet from a thieve....said child went on to create the cure for cancer, Alzheimer's, and many other mental illnesses as well." Jack threw the file onto the table.

"Alright! You can speak now, although I wasn't planning on giving you any wishes but saving a cute little child has redeemed you,"

"Reva is my office name, and Jack is my real name,"

"Thank you, Reva!" The soul gave a genuine smile as he thanked Jack.

Since Jack could hear the soul's thoughts, he knew the other party was a genuinely good guy and had a dazzling soul, and judging from the knowledge he gained as Reva, it was a potentially powerful soul.

And such souls will allow him to gain more power and authority, so he decided to act nice.

"Umm, how many wishes can I make?" The soul asked awkwardly, his previous attempt at acting like a bootlicker backfired so he wasn't planning on making any more mistakes.

"Hmm, judging from the second-hand merit you have earned, saving the lives of billions unknowingly, I guess I can give you two wishes but not wishing for a world of your choice,"

"Alright! So...are there any limits to the wishes?"

"Just make them, and I will tell you how much I can allow," Jack said.

"Ok then, um, for my first wish, I want to have a game developer system, as powerful as you can make it. For my second wish, I want the ability to go to any world I wish for,"

The soul looked at Jack with a hopeful gaze causing Jack to chuckle,

"Puppy dog eyes only look cute on girls so stop doing that,"

The soul straightened itself,

"You want coffee, tea, or anything?"

The soul was surprised to see his body become normal again, he touched himself all over feeling the familiar Obese body.

"So, need anything?"

"Yes, A cola would be nice,"

The next second, a cold cola can appeared in his hands surprising the young man who then opened it and chugged it down.

"Haaa! So nice,"

"Anyways, I like your wishes, I can grant you both your wishes, but with some tweaking," said Jack.

"Oh! Whats the difference?"

"The Game developer system will allow you to make games with just your thoughts, all things in the system will have you expend some Game coins to unlock more game genres, game characters, and game items to make your games more interesting, Your rewards for the games will be either an increased stats or abilities and items from the games once a certain number of individuals complete it, oh and you won't be creating worlds with it, only an alternate space where people can go and play games then come back to the real world, you can't use that alternate world for personal purpose unless you become at least at continent level of power," Jack finished.

"I can live with that! And the second one?" Asked the young man excitedly,

"As for the world travel, I can allow you to travel to several worlds, though you might get killed by its owners if you go to a world you weren't supposed to, so I will help you filter, the ultimate choice whether to welcome the dangers is up to you, plus there is a cooldown for this skill."

"Yes! Thank you very much, Also, please allow me to keep my memories, I don't want to lose myself"

"Done! Now since you have been so cooperative, I shall allow you to choose from a number of worlds, here, see for yourself," Jack then handed the guy a list.

To be honest, He didn't need to use much of his powers as the soul had his own merits, and he was able to save thirty percent of the merits for his own growth, he was rather happy with this soul, unlike the previous one.

'I wonder how much merit I had...but I don't remember meeting a Reincarnation god....sus!"

"Oh my god! Thank you so much, hehehe," The boy then started looking through the file silently.

"I wanna go to this world, preferably before the Traveler comes to Mondstat, or maybe with no traveler at all," the boy said as he pointed a finger.

"Ah! This world, is a nice one, the heavenly principle god of that world is already dead so you won't be questioned by the beautiful guard once you descend right now, the traveler just chose a poor time to intervene and was dealt with, now off you go,"

With a snap, a portal appeared, on the other side was a beautifully decorated luxurious office of Jean, the knights of favonious.

"Ah.... can you drop me off somewhere else," the boy asked.

"Nope..."

"..."

With a sigh, the boy stepped through the portal and disappeared,

With his work done, Jack went back to the shopping mall, seeing the two beauties coming out of the mall followed by Rias and Sona, he smiled.

"Hey beauty!" He remarked as he looked at Jean who was all dressed up.

"Hey handsome," Jean smiled and gave him a kiss on the cheeks causing LD to groan and roll his eyes.

"..."

"...."

Meanwhile, the two devils watched in tacit silence.
