Muramasa remained silent.

He had known that Gilgamesh had ulterior motives for him, so he wasn't surprised.

However, his ideals, his dreams remained unfulfilled, and he hadn't even found his master, Kōga Kuchiki. How could he willingly submit to someone else?

Even if that person was the so-called oldest hero king of humanity, possessing the so-called king of Zanpakutō.

Then, in Muramasa's astonished eyes, Gilgamesh added, "As for Kōga Kuchiki, I will help you find him."

"But you must be prepared—Kōga is not the same as in your memories."

"When he was sealed, he did call out to you, but his voice never reached you."

These words struck Muramasa like an earthquake, causing him to tremble violently.

Muramasa knew he couldn't hear Kōga because Kōga had closed off his heart to him.

This truth was too devastating, making Muramasa seem possessed, constantly denying it: "No, Kōga wouldn't do that. There must be some mistake."

Though Muramasa believed Gilgamesh, he refused to accept it.

Gilgamesh shook his head and said, "You'll verify it yourself when the time comes."

"On your behalf, I will give Kōga a chance. Whether he can seize it depends on him."

With that, Gilgamesh left with Yoruichi in his arms, and Kennō returned to Gilgamesh's inner world.

Before leaving, Gilgamesh left Muramasa with one last instruction: "Before finding Kōga, you can go to the 78th District of South Rukongai, Inuzuri. There, I am establishing the initial nation of Uruk."

Muramasa stood dazed for a long time after Gilgamesh's departure.

Gazing at the lone stone throne, Muramasa's feelings were mixed.

To Muramasa, Gilgamesh seemed to possess an inexplicable allure, compelling him to learn more about him.

With that, Muramasa vanished into the void, leaving only a whisper behind.

Meanwhile, after parting ways with Muramasa, Gilgamesh returned to the training grounds for the Shunpo class.

Renji and Rukia were diligently practicing Shunpo. Gilgamesh didn't disturb them, instead sitting in a nearby pavilion.

On the way back, Gilgamesh had explained Kōga Kuchiki and Muramasa's past to Yoruichi.

Upon hearing the story, Yoruichi's expression turned serious. "My lord, you must be careful of the higher-ups now. If they couldn't tolerate Muramasa, they won't tolerate Kennō either."

Yoruichi was well aware of the tendencies of Soul Society's upper echelons.

Gilgamesh nodded lightly and then requested, "Yoruichi, please go to the World of the Living and ask Kisuke Urahara to help find Kōga's seal in Karakura Town."

For Yoruichi, this was a small task.

But she didn't immediately agree, instead looking at Gilgamesh with concern.

Byakuya knew about Kennō's power, so it was only a matter of time before Yamamoto and the Central 46 knew.

This meant trouble would soon come knocking.

If she left now, it would leave Gilgamesh alone.

Especially if Yamamoto held any prejudice against Kennō, Gilgamesh could be in danger.

In Yoruichi's knowledge, she didn't believe Gilgamesh could defeat Yamamoto.

Not that Gilgamesh wasn't strong, but Yamamoto was too powerful.

Meanwhile, in the First Division captain's office, Yamamoto listened to Byakuya's report. After a moment of silence, his half-closed eyes opened slightly, and he said gravely, "Chōjirō, go and bring Gilgamesh. I want to see him."
