I will be a demon in this life!

Chapter 98

The roof of the vehicle was white with golden chandeliers, the lighting from the luminous stones was so perfect that there was no need to open the windows. The furniture inside had beautiful carvings, and there were three very beautiful demon maidservants who watched Mart cautiously without hiding that they were nervous.

All three wore maid uniforms with short skirts that allowed their white legs of different shades to be seen. One had large breasts, a slim waist and round buttocks, her hair was wavy black and she had goat horns on the sides of her head, upon seeing her, although she was beautiful, the first thing Mart remembered was the manager of the herbalist store, Cabrat Vercen. The other had a slender and elegant figure, dull purple hair, a purple horn rising from the center of her forehead and gray eyes; the third was five feet tall, white hair with black tips, long pointed ears, slender and tender looking.

Mart sighed and then turned to the maids politely and said:

-During the ride you will serve my companion. I hope you don't disrespect her, or else I will give you reason to be nervous.

Although Mart's last words were also spoken in a polite tone, they remained engraved in the memories of the three maids.

Mart walked over to one of the closed windows, sat down on an elegant sofa, and opened the window as she wished to see the surroundings.

-Open the windows. -Mart ordered.

The maids looked at Iristel, she nodded and the maids immediately complied with Mart's orders.

From both sides they could see the buildings of the commercial area, Mart activated his demonic perception and kept alert to know if there was someone watching or following him.

When the vehicle left the city, the road on which they were traveling was surrounded by plains, which as they advanced after a while became fields of crops, sometimes fields for the breeding of monsters or demonic beasts, and sometimes small demonic settlements.

••••

The Sevec Marquisate, was close to human territory, so Mart was not letting his guard down and currently held a spiral-tipped blade in each hand, and on a small, round, long-legged table he had three level 5 demon wands. Still, he seemed to be calm.

"At this rate we'll reach the marquisate in three days," Mart thought based on the memories of the real Mart.

••••

More than a day's journey had passed, when Mart who was sleeping next to Iristel in a bed of white sheets, was awakened by a notification from the system.

[Demon God energy detected.]

Mart floated two spiral-tipped blades that were on the bedside table. Mart woke Iristel, and he got out of bed, took out of his demonic bag a pair of pants and a white shirt to cover his naked body.

The three maids who had slept on the couches had witnessed the sexual encounter between Mart and Iristel, so all three were flushed to the max when they saw Mart walking in the middle of the place.

Mart had earned three special rewards in the process by inciting impure desires.

He approached, to one of the windows at the same time floating three level 5 demonic wands next to the two blades.

Not noticing anything suspicious, he walked quietly to one of the windows on the other side of the vehicle and could see in the distance a city lit up in the middle of the night.

"That must be a very active city," thought Mart who then from the window ordered:

-Stop the vehicle!

Mart got out of the vehicle after putting on some white shoes, he walked outside with his demonic perception active to be prepared in case there was an ambush in which they tried to assassinate him.

-What is it, young master? Do you wish to go to the auction? There is still a week to go before it starts. -The Sitan warrior indicated with a firm voice.

Mart searched through his memories and managed to discover that before him was Zazel City, a commercial city dedicated to all kinds of entertainment.

"The more I think about it, the worse it seems, besides, since the system notified me about the existence of the Demon God's eneegy in Zazel City, it becomes impossible for me to ignore it, since it may be something related to the fall of the demon country", thought Mart, who then asked Sitan:

-Sitan How long would it take you to get a message to my grandfather?

-If I use a demon crystal, it will be at most a minute, but if I must go personally, it would take almost 6 hours to reach the Sevec Marquisate, young Lord. The fastest option would be, if the message is not personal, to indicate to Commander Fercan Sester, he will inform your grandfather immediately. -Sitan answered, observing the city in the distance.

"I think I should get a demon crystal. I would have been able to inform Director Persec if I found any conspirators in Zazel City; or I would have earned some coins by selling the information to Nirian's father, who would not hesitate to cause chaos in Zazel City to catch the conspirators," after some thought, Mart said to Sitan:

-Let's go to Zazel City. We must get tickets for the auction. Tell my grandfather, I will not go to the Marquisate, he can wait until the end of the next semester, I will return to the Academy after the auction.

Mart did not allow Sitan to reply and got into the demonic vehicle again.

"I think the fastest way to make Balac Sevec come to Zazel City, is to make him angry," thought Mart who sat on a sofa in front of a window, soon after Iristel who was wearing a blue dress made from the silk of the Infernal worm, sat next to Mart and placed a tray with two breakfasts on the long-legged table.

Mart looked at the breakfast prepared by Iristel.

Tarioc Nectar with infernal bison milk, and boiled vegetables accompanied with unicorn rabbit steaks.

Tarioc Nectar was a strong-tasting black drink made from Tarioc seeds rich in demonic energy, but its flavor was mellowed by the infernal bison milk.

To the three maidservants the breakfast was plain looking, and no different from the meals the commoners ate.

But Mart stroked Iristel's cheek and said warmly and sincerely:

-You are the best, I love the dishes you prepare, never change.

-If you like it, that's enough for me. -Said Iristel who also began to eat breakfast.

The maids were surprised since they knew how to prepare a variety of demonic dishes, although they had also believed that Mart would only take sexual advantage of them, that's why they had been scared, but he barely looked at them when he gave one or another indication.

••••

The demonic vehicle began to move toward Zazel City, Mart was finishing breakfast at the instant he signaled the demonic system to alert him of any possible approaching high-ranking threats.

-Mart, what do you wish to buy at the auction? -Iristel asked curiously.

Mart searched the real Mart's memories but realized that Zazel City was one of the places the real Mart had wanted to go, but never had the opportunity to visit, so the only useful memories were the cursory inquiries and rumors the real Mart had heard.

-I don't know, if I find something interesting maybe I'll buy it. A Cursed grimoire, is a possibility. -Mart replied as he remembered that he still needed knowledge of advanced demonic magic with a focus on curses. Then he looked at Iristel and asked: "Is there anything you want?

-At the moment, I don't want anything. If something comes up I will tell you. -Iristel replied as she gestured with her hands, and the wavy black-haired maid walked over, took the trays and left.

Mart seeing the goat-horned maid, couldn't help but feel uncomfortable again. So he stood up, approached her.

The goat-horned maid was surprised to see Mart, but was startled to see that he had a dagger in his hand.

Mart raised the dagger and she closed her eyes. She only felt a tug on her hair, when she opened her eyes Mart had moved away again.

"Better safe, than sorry," Mart thought as he kept a lock of the goat-horned maid's hair in his demon ring.

When Mart sat back down, Iristel said to him somewhat excitedly:

-We are close now.

Even though the sun would soon be rising, the bright and captivating lights that distinguished Zazel City would not be extinguished until the shadows of night disappeared completely. For the motto of City was:

"There is no place for night, where light abounds."

When they arrived at the entrance to Zazel City, a gray-winged, dark-skinned, all-black-eyed demon with white pupils, wearing a white uniform with gold trim, approached Sitan to inform him that the demon vehicle needed to be inspected before it was allowed to enter the city.
