I the King of bandits of the East Sea

Chapter 50: Chapter 50 Celestial Dragons and CP0

The night grew deeper, and a large ship decorated with a coiled dragon along its hull was docked at the harbor of the uncertain Gray Terminal.

Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army, stood on the bow deck, frowning as he looked ahead at the garbage mountains, where flames had begun to rise.

The Gray Terminal, littered with flammable materials, had caught fire, and once it started, it was nearly impossible to extinguish.

"The Bursam Pirates were clearly dealt with by us, and yet we still couldn't stop the fire…"

Standing on the deck, Dragon muttered to himself with a slight frown.

The plan had encountered a minor error, but it wasn't irreparable.

"Fortunately, I heard about this information early on from Sig and prepared a few refugee ships in advance."

"If all goes well, even if the fire can't be put out, at least the residents can be saved."

Several Revolutionary Army soldiers had already disembarked from the ship, running around the Terminal, attempting to guide refugees to safety.

At the same time, farther out at sea, on a ship belonging to the World Government, someone was also watching the flames rising in the direction of the Goa Kingdom's island.

At the very front of the deck stood a man with a bloated and obese physique, a square-shaped bubble helmet on his head, and a wide white outfit resembling a spacesuit.

This man was none other than the main guest of the Goa Kingdom's celebration, the Celestial Dragon, Saint Charlos.

"Saint Charlos, we've already contacted the Goa Kingdom. This fire was caused by a mountain bandit who set a slum town ablaze… But it has no impact on the Goa Kingdom, where Your Highness is headed…"

Beside him, an official of the World Government explained.

"Set a town on fire? Such a grand celebration, how can you say it's unaffected?"

With a smirk of interest on his face, the Celestial Dragon in the square bubble helmet spoke.

"Change course, full speed ahead. I want to see this grand fire with my own eyes… As for the Goa Royal City, it can be visited anytime!"

"Don't be late, or we might miss the spectacular fireworks."

At these words, the officials beside him all showed varying expressions, some visibly hesitant.

"Your Highness, the Goa Royal City has already prepared a grand welcoming celebration, and the location of the fire is just a slum. There are still bandits there, and it's unsafe…"

"Unsafe?" Saint Charlos interrupted impatiently, asking:

"Isn't CP0 here?"

Behind the Celestial Dragon, a silent white figure stood like a shadow, completely motionless.

This person wore a sharp, white suit and a crying-face white mask that covered nearly all of his skin. Despite being dressed entirely in white, he exuded a faintly chilling aura.

He was a member of CP0, the World Government's top-secret intelligence agency.

Although a spy organization, it also included many powerful individuals.

In particular, those CP0 members stationed in Mary Geoise, the Holy Land where the Celestial Dragons resided, were said to be no less powerful than Navy Admirals and were referred to as the strongest shield of the Celestial Dragons.

Of course, the World Government wasn't extravagant enough to assign Admiral-level powerhouses to protect traveling Celestial Dragons.

Thus, the World Government's ship changed its course, significantly increasing its speed.

Originally expected to arrive at dawn the following day, the Celestial Dragon's vessel now sailed toward the Gray Terminal in the Goa Kingdom.

A few hours later, Sig was walking through the garbage-filled Gray Terminal with his band of mountain bandits.

The fire had grown immensely, and everywhere he looked, flames blazed into the sky, while waves of oppressive heat swept through the area.

Sig's expression grew increasingly grim, and sweat began to form on his forehead as he stared at several corpses lying on the ground.

"Boss, we've already arrived at the territory of the Bursam Pirates. These bodies here are all members of their crew," a bandit said after inspecting the corpses.

"They all died from blade wounds and gunshot injuries. They were probably dead long before the fire broke out," he explained.

Sig's heart gradually sank.

What was going on? If the Revolutionaries were the ones who acted, then why did the fire still break out at the Terminal?

Before Sig could think further, a somewhat familiar voice suddenly rang out.

"Sig-BOY!"

The Okama King, Ivankov, jumped out with his huge face leading the way. Beside him were several Revolutionary Army soldiers.

"Our Revolutionary Army's plan encountered a little hiccup, but there's no time to explain now..."

"We've prepared several ships to take in the refugees. Come with us," Ivankov said simply.

Of course, Ivankov had his own little Revolutionary Army agenda.

Providing Sig with ships to escape not only solved his immediate crisis but was also a significant gesture of goodwill.

The Revolutionary Army had spent quite some time trying to figure out a way to establish ties with Sig. Now, they'd finally found one.

Sig's reaction was just as Ivankov expected; he didn't refuse.

After expressing brief thanks, the group quickly ran through the blazing trash heaps.

Before long, after rounding a massive pile of garbage, their view suddenly opened up, revealing the port.

In the harbor, there were five or six medium-to-large sailing ships docked. Revolutionary Army soldiers were directing groups of refugees onto the ships.

However, the ship that Ivankov had arranged for Sig wasn't an ordinary refugee vessel—it was none other than the pirate ship that had previously belonged to the Bursam Pirates.

About half an hour later, the fleet, now fully loaded with refugees, set off toward the open sea.

"This is going too smoothly—almost so smooth that it's surprising," Sig remarked as he stood on the bow of the pirate ship, turning slightly to speak to Ivankov beside him.

"Still, it's all thanks to your Revolutionary Army. The preparations were incredibly thorough. These ships are probably enough to accommodate the entire town's population."

Sig looked ahead and soon, a hint of surprise appeared in his gaze.

As the fleet rounded a mountain, the view suddenly broadened, and he caught sight of a large ship heading straight toward them.

Judging by the ship's size, it dwarfed not only the refugee ships the Revolutionary Army had prepared but also the pirate ship Sig was currently aboard. It wasn't even much smaller than Garp's massive battleships.

But what stood out the most wasn't the sheer size of the ship—it was the unmistakable emblem on its sails.

Five solid circles connected by horizontal and vertical lines to form a cross. It was the emblem of the World Government!

"Wow, you Revolutionaries are really something. You even managed to get your hands on a World Government ship..."

Halfway through his sentence, Sig suddenly felt something was off. His words came to an abrupt halt.

The World Government?

Even if the Revolutionary Army had obtained a World Government ship, there was no way they would sail it out without disguising it!
