Chapter 373
Side Story: The Final Chapter – 7
The graduation ceremony quietly came to an end without anything special.
There were no grand celebrations, no graduation albums surrounded by crowds. Just a few friends gathered for some photos, took pictures with their parents, and received a few pieces of evidence for graduation. That was it.
My parents, wanting to stay with me since it was a graduation day, saw my girlfriend cling to my side, locking arms with me, and they left with beaming smiles.
As I waved goodbye to my parents taking Yujin with them, I turned to my girlfriend.
No, girlfriends.
“It’s amazing. No one is paying attention to us, they don’t even come close.”
“We’ve seen it before several times. What’s so amazing about it, sis?”
Lize, fascinated by how everyone perceived us as one, and Erica, teasing her for it, said it was just magic they had seen before.
“Graduation, experiencing it feels a bit ticklish.”
“Right? About alcohol… We can’t, right? Maybe in this mood?”
Iris, shy about the graduation word, and Claudia, wishing she could drink, licked her lips in regret.
“Being a student has nothing to do with Minerva—Ouch! Ouch! Surrender!”
“Choose your words wisely, child. It means I have nothing more to learn, right?”
“What are you doing in such a noisy place?”
Aurora, who tried to bring up age, found herself grabbed by the head, Minerva smiling ominously, and Kaiquilia looked at both of them with a sigh.
“Congratulations on your graduation, Delta.”
“You are now a true adult. Though you were an adult in another sense before.”
Luna offered me a bouquet she must have found somewhere, while Floretta made a cryptic joke about a different kind of adulthood.
“Really, isn’t underboob with jeans a bit too revealing, Your Holiness…?”
“It should be fine. Others can’t see us anyway, right, Stella?”
Stella worried about the revealing pope outfit, while Selene reassured her that it didn’t matter since no one could see us.
“Hehe, everyone is so big… It’s quite a comparison, heehee.”
“If you want, I can make your body bigger. How does that sound?”
Nix, usually gloomy while looking up at everyone, and Eclipse, offering to make her a new body, added to the atmosphere.
All of them were beauties that could dominate any situation they were placed in, but none of them paid attention to anyone around.
Only a few friends tried to congratulate me but were swiftly shut down, leaving while muttering about how I was with a truly fierce woman.
“Why didn’t you let them say hello? It wasn’t for them, it was for me.”
“Why should I? Today, you belong only to us. I can’t allow anyone but your father and mother.”
It was probably more so because Kaiquilia was next to me.
If it had been someone with a gentler personality like Lize or Claudia, or even the popes and Stella, or Aurora or Eclipse, they might have allowed at least a greeting.
‘…But could Aurora refuse outright?’
It seemed possible that even Aurora would not have rejected them outright.
After three years, she had grown so much taller that people might think she was twins with Kaiquilia. With her appearance came a significant shift in mood and personality, mostly resembling Kaiquilia.
While her mischievousness hadn’t completely disappeared, focusing on Brightest Darkness 4 had made her quiet, giving off a distinctly imperial aura as she sat, crossing her legs and gazing down at her surroundings.
So, it wouldn’t be too surprising if she behaved like her aunt.
‘I guess Kaiquilia found it unexpectedly appealing.’
Kaiquilia seemed to genuinely appreciate Aurora’s demeanor. She appeared somewhat proud as well.
“Let’s start heading back slowly.”
Thanks to our extremely limited social interactions, no one came looking for us anymore. I opened a portal and sent my girlfriends back to our apartment first.
All thirteen of them disappeared into the portal without a hint of hesitation, as if the last three years never existed. As I was about to follow them through, I paused and looked back.
I probably wouldn’t come here again. I took a moment to imprint the campus into my memory before stepping into the blue light.
We all knew that the only thing left for us was one thing.
The wedding.
The day when our titles for each other would change.
I had heard my parents dropping hints about it for years, so I couldn’t have missed it. The excuse of being a college student to escape their hints was now over.
Later, I learned that my girlfriends had been subtly planting ideas in my parents’ minds one after another. Seeing their daughter’s intention to marry, my parents were eager to push me forward.
It seemed strangely out of character for them, but the pressure was increasing, so perhaps it was for that reason.
“So, about that…”
Even if the real wedding would happen in Eclipse’s world, I still had to do a show for my parents here.
To do this, I asked my parents for help.
“Great idea, Juhwan. I’ll take care of everything.”
“Got it. I’ll look into it.”
As soon as I expressed my intent, my parents began moving with great enthusiasm. They were so eager I had to repeatedly tell them not to overdo it.
“Mother role? Me?”
I decided to assign the role of the girlfriend’s mother to Lana. Initially, I thought of replacing both parents with clones, but Aurora had asked if it was okay for Lana to be her mother.
“That works great. Let’s do it right away.”
Lana accepted with enthusiasm, feeling like she was officially recognized as Aurora’s new stepmother.
When I joked that it meant she was old enough to be a mother, she bolted over to tell Aurora. Though she was indeed older than Lana, Aurora chided me not to tease about age.
Lana seemed a bit more shocked by that.
“Creating a clone… Is a task of a higher dimension since we’re creating a new life.”
Our only task concerning the wedding was to pick what we liked from the list that my parents brought back, but there was something else we genuinely needed to do.
It was to create the woman who would stand by my side.
Since Earth followed a monogamous system unlike the world of Eclipse, we decided not to limit ourselves to just one. Eclipse confidently smiled, saying she’d take care of it.
“…Honestly, I was a bit surprised.”
“Right?”
Though a bit anxious, Eclipse managed to create a being that contained all thirteen of our traits perfectly.
Really, goddesses were really something else.
“Wait a second! Who’s moving my arm?”
“Must be one of us!”
“Don’t move! My legs are tangled!”
“I’m not the one moving!”
“Ah, I’m starting to get used to this feeling.”
“So this is what it feels like not being able to use magic? Fascinating.”
“…What in the world is this situation? I can’t show my face in front of Delta.”
“It’s much more uncomfortable than moving in twos, Evangelina.”
“It’s unavoidable, right, Seraphica?”
“Me, having one body with the Popes…”
“Calm down, Stella.”
“Hehe, I’ve grown taller. Viewing from up here feels like this.”
“Definitely, a 30cm difference does feel high.”
From then on, it was a stage where my girlfriends had to overcome together.
The thirteen of us decided to share our souls and control our shared body together, but with the cacophony of voices and creaking limbs, it was evident that it wouldn’t be smooth sailing.
However, it wasn’t long before it became manageable, and perhaps aided by the goddess’s support, we synced our movements swiftly. It only took thirty minutes for stability to set in.
“Now, let’s begin, you!”
Truthfully, it felt like it was because of the bait I had thrown.
Out of sheer curiosity about what would happen when thirteen bodies merged into one with me, my girlfriend proudly opened her arms as soon as the transformation was complete.
As promised, I embraced that body and headed towards the bed.
To sum it up, reaching climax was also achievable in that transformed state.
The wedding went off without a hitch. It wasn’t a situation where anything could go wrong, to begin with.
As promised, my parents confidently expressed their encouragement and planned everything perfectly from start to finish, and Lana fulfilled her role diligently.
I was indeed nervous learning there were twelve others in the ‘daughter’s’ body besides Aurora and hearing the list of who they were, but thankfully, no mistakes occurred.
The roles of the fathers and acquaintances on the girlfriend’s side were all filled by clones. If the truth were to come out, everyone from Earth would be shocked, but what could I do about that?
As long as we didn’t get caught, it was fine.
“I’m off now.”
“Son, why do you sound like you’re leaving far away?”
When my mom remarked on how I sounded like I was leaving far away, I felt a twinge, but as long as no one connected the dots before the people involved vanished, I managed to hide my expression.
We announced our marriage on the day we crossed over to Eclipse’s world. A single man marrying not just one but thirteen women, an unprecedented event in the history of the Aiternum Empire and Raphael Holy Kingdom.
So, it was natural that both the Empire and Holy Kingdom were thrown into chaos.
It was already enough to cause a stir just by being a man marrying thirteen women, but these women were among the strongest and most powerful figures on the continent.
However, the stir created was quite the opposite. While the Empire was bewildered by the sudden announcement, the Holy Kingdom celebrated it as if they expected it.
While the Empire floundered in confusion, the maids—who had already recognized me as a noble—moved swiftly, and it went without saying that the Holy Kingdom was the same.
“The identity of the goddess…”
“I know. It’s unavoidable.”
While everything else had been made public, one thing remained a secret: the identity of Eclipse. Simply stating she was the creator of this world would lead to predictable chaos.
Eclipse had seen the future through foresight and agreed with my opinion. Seeing her shake her head surely indicated it was a horrifying future.
As time passed, the moment of fruition was growing near, after an entire month of preparation.
