I Level Up To Fight The Gods

As Zeus' life force left his Divine Flesh, his Soul or Spirit fled with great anger and disgust, disgusted over his simple defeat against the White Demon, Ragna Kent. Who defeated him with tricks.

" Tricks, tricks..., I've been defeated with tricks!!!? "

" I, Zeus, of all people!? " Zeus was so frustrated over this reality, he never felt so wronged as ever before.

" But still, thanks to me being connected to the [Universal Reboot Device] and being a Divine, my very spirit could still lurk around untouched, with this, I should immediately return to Vlad Ragna and... " Zeus stops as his spirit suddenly sees something in front of him, something sinister.

" What!? Why are you here? " Zeus asked but was replied to in silence.

" Are you mad? I already used most of my full strength to attack him, I should've won, but- "

" You were 'tricked', how unexpected. " the reply came from the sinister thing.

" Perhaps 'he' was that prepared when facing you, he used your shortcoming. "

" But still, you made the right call to flee and return to Vlad-Ragna, the vessel is ready. "

" Oh really, thank goodness... " Zeus replied with gratitude.

" If that's the case, then I should be leaving, I need a newer body as fast as I could. "

" For whatever your reason being here, I hope you could help deal with the mess I've made, my old body is still on the ground though."

" See you soon...! " Zeus' very spirit leaves the place, leaving whoever he talked to present in the scene, a presence that only allows Zeus to realize his presence as it looms around his old Divine Body, touching it.

" Body and Soul are just like any machine..., "

" Without an intelligence, natural or artificial, any machine will cease to function and just stay there to rot, unmoved by someone or something. "

" Now as the former intelligence behind it is gone, perhaps it's time for another to take hold over this empty husk. " said the 'presence' as it imbued something into Zeus' old body.

Ragna gave the potion to the beaten-up Shiva, confused him about why he spared him.

" What's the catch here, White Demon? " Shiva asks.

" Or should I call you, Ragna Kent? " Shiva asks even more, beginning to stand up in his healed body.

" You have many things to answer me..., and you will do it or I'll make you do it, Lord Shiva " Ragna says as he returns to his White Demon form, letting Twelve rest for a while.

" Make me what, child!? " Shiva tries to gather his strength.

" I will not betray my comrades..., I- "

" September 6th, 2015! " Ragna interrupts Shiva.

" Do you remember that time? The time I was..., 'saved'? " Ragna asks as he reminds Shiva that he was one of the gods present at the time.

" Why are you asking 'that' out of a sudden? " Shiva asks, his face shows discomfort.

" I see, so you were there when the gods faced Indura, the Divine Vixen. "

" I may have to ask things outside the main topic here, but I'm asking you here to close the dots of the 'unfinished business'. " Ragna tells it calmly, so calm that even Shiva scoffs him for doing this in the middle of the war.

" Unfinished business, pft! "

" Look here, look around you, we do still have 'unfinished business'... "

" The battle here is not done until you and I come out as the one on top. " Shiva reminds Ragna but Ragna decides to release his pressure over Shiva while making sure he moves Libra's scales a bit to threaten him.

" You should've thanked me for even breathing in front of me right now. "

" At this timeline, I rarely spare my enemies out of compassion; even you here were sparred because I wanted answers. "

" So please, Lord of the Svarga Pantheon... "

" You better talk to me wisely. " Ragna tells Shiva making him realize that fighting Ragna right now will not end in his victory.

" Fine then, I'll follow your orders for now... what did you want to know? " Shiva asks as Ragna immediately asks him about everything that he remembered during that date.

" Yes, we did all fight Indura from the Celestial Pantheon..., as things happened, perhaps after we knew she killed your parents, Ragna Kent... "

" We have no choice but to use things in our arsenal, even if we had to use every variable factor that suddenly appeared during that scene. "

" The 'Black Giant'. " Shiva mentions something, as Ragna's memories show him flames after his 'torture' on that date.

" Go on... " Ragna orders Shiva to continue as some flashbacks are getting filled into his memories.

" The Black Giant's appearance was sudden, it rampaged, dealing with Indura's lackeys that she happened to bring around, it was a huge help for us at the time considering Indura herself was already a challenge. "

" I don't know why I have to answer this to you, but if you're here to just ask me about the specific details of the most traumatic day in your life, then... "

" I understand, I already have what I wanted to hear... " Ragna says it as he then raises his arm onto Shiva showing it slowly turns black which makes Shiva startled.

" Wait, wait, hold on..., hold on..., Why's your hand like that, what- "

" Before that particular day, before Indura gave me the 'Yakan Curse'*... "

" I remembered now that I was already powerful, powerful enough to make a step on top of the power rankings of the humans of Earth. " Ragna states while looking at his hand.

" But, Indura tear my life asunder, just like she tore my granddaughter's entire life of servitude to her and your kind in the Previous Timelines... "

" Why would she do that? Is it because of envy? fear?..., Fear of an abnormal strong human or creature could disrupt her Divinehood? "

" Not only did she take away my parents but also threw away much of my original potential, which made me have to endure being 'Ungifted' for years. " Ragna clenched his transformed black fist.

" Is that why you hate her? " Shiva looks at Ragna's face.

" By 'her', I mean all of 'us', the Divine? Is it because of your life as an 'Ungifted', the death of your parents or perhaps... your Granddaughter in the Previous Timelines? " Shiva asks the question—the question he should've not asked to Ragna at that time.

" YOU SHOULD'VE LEFT OUR FAMILY IN PEACE!!! " Ragna shouts in his anger, so loud that even Shiva is surprised.

" If the likes of you didn't interfere with our lives, then all of this wouldn't be happening. "

" But it seems you Diviners can't really help yourselves, don't you? In the end, you will always have to interfere in mortals' lives! " Ragna says it loud, but then he slows down.

" Yeah, you will, especially when the Deviants are being kept around as troublemakers... you can't rule the humans without them being their public enemy. " Ragna says it a sigh, realizing the thing he said is inevitable.

" So what do you want me to do, Ragna Kent? " Shiva asks, being calmer than usual.

" Do you want me and the others to say that we're sorry or something? What do you want? " 

" It doesn't matter what I want... " Ragna replied.

" Even with your reconciliation right now, you and your kind will mostly do it again in the next timeline, of course you can... "

" Especially when the mortals' memories are always wiped out then sure, things will always be better for you, but not for me. "

" What I want is to destroy the Timeline Reboot. " Ragna says it which made Shiva so pissed to even release some of his recovered power.

" You're insane...! " Shiva gets pissed about it.

" Do you have any idea what you've desired!? " Shiva asks Ragna while Ragna just shows him his transformed hand to Shiva.

"Well, that is what I'm going to do... "

" You could argue if this is my real desire or not but we all know a person's actions are not judged by their initial desire, right? "

" Not you, not me, even if we had pure or cosmic reasonings for a desire..., we will still face challenges..., believe it. " Ragna says it which makes Shiva so frightened in his mind that he can't comprehend the pressure Ragna's giving him right now.

"( Tsk, this kid..., there's no stopping him now. )"

"( Should I fight him now, while Libra's being activated... )" Shiva looks at the Item as he wonders whether he should make a move or not.

But suddenly...

" Challenges, huh? " A voice comes, startling both of them as it came from the corpse of Zeus himself.

" What the- " Ragna was shocked as Zeus's corpse rose up.

< WARNING > < WARNING >

As the corpse rises up, the head suddenly grows the 'Horns of Corruption.' which startled Ragna and Shiva.

"( Wait a minute, now!? )" Shiva gets startled when he sees Zeus with his horns.

" System, what's going on!? " Ragna asks the System, ordering it to scan on Zeus which immediately gave a disappointing result.

Seeing that didn't work, Ragna then looks at Shiva, he stares at him, asking him for answers. But at the time, Shiva could only witness in shock Zeus' transformation as Zeus' body grew into a gigantic form alongside his horns.

As the body grows, it then sets its eyes on Shiva, immediately rushing over him, which makes Ragna flee, fearing he will get any damage. 

"( Crap, I forgot... )" Ragna sees Zeus capture Shiva with his now-gigantic arms, pressing it onto his head, squeezing it as Shiva's horns also appeared.

* Giant Zeus opens his mouth and bites off Shiva's horns. *

" Zeus, no! " Shiva shouts in pain as he falls off; his body suddenly becomes weakened, and his muscles shrink.

" Wait a minute, don't tell me his powers are also stored in those Horns? " Ragna suddenly realized, for he forgot the other function of the Horns aside from showing the gods' corruption, for it also functioned as a storage, the storage of 'corrupted power' the gods obtained through Timelines.

With that said, it is debatable if Shiva might survive once his horns have been eaten, but the problem that Ragna cared about now is how powerful Zeus is right now, after being buffed with Shiva's powers, transforming him even more whilst his Status becomes more undetectable.

* Zeus roars. *

" Shit! " Ragna curses.

" This is even worse than Poseidon! Are the Olympians always this unpredictable? " Ragna asks himself while being pissed. Never expected that Zeus' Corrupted Horn Transformation would be as similar like Poseidon's. Perhaps this is fate, or perhaps is just them being brothers thus they ressurected the same way, stil...

Ragna had no choice but to deal with it, slowly transforming himself from his hands.

Screams of Angels and their fellow bretheren roars, as their divine forms are being burned by the flames of a certain Sun God.

" Death to those who defy the Divine... " said Ra-Horakhty the Allfather of the Eigyptian Gods, the Burning Sun God.

Ra-Horakhty, is one of the most powerful Allfather's in the Earth's Pantheon. He was considered powerful to even once dared himself to fought Zeus so long before his defeat. Even when he's defeated, Zeus still acknowledged his strength especially in his power of the sun.

For Ra, like the sun itself, he destroys everything simply by being there, there's no need for him to use his fists or kicks, nor even using a Divine Weapon whatsoever. Only with his pressence alone, he could kill those who dare defy him and bring absolute domincance to wherever he goes.

" Only fools who dares to fight the Diviner who harbors the Sun's power. "

" For we who harbors it are the 'Peak of Divinity'! " Ra tells as he then remembers some certain comrades of his that shares the same power like the Takamagahara Sun Goddess, Amaterasu, The Svarga Sun God, Surya, and also...

The Ultimate Sun God, the God of Divine Flames, the Divine Sun Lion himself, Marticorax.

" Now do you understand, Angels..., your resistance against us are futile as long as I remained. "

" None of you had the chance to defeat me, NONE! " Ra release more of his unrelenting burning power as it burns the things around him.

[ With this, Ra's Divine Pressence alone are enough to destroy the nearby enemies, making him untouchable, like the Sun God that he is. ]

[ Only two Diviners of the Sun, that were able to master this skill perfectly, one is none other than Ra-Horakhty himself and the other is Marticorax. ]

As Ra-Horakhty release his divine might, he looks at the burning scene below, arrogantly crossing his arms as he gets so bored after the mundane resistance.

" Resistance is futile, after all..., hmph! " Ra concludes, but suddenly.

" Are you sure 'bout that? " a voice comes behind Ra, a burned entity that somehow enters his burning divine radius and punched him, instantly deactivating the divine pressence's activation, knocking him on the ground from the very heavens he shines.

As Ra landed into the earthly grounds, the burned entity showed himself in front of him, it was Warwick, Ragna and Seraphim's Nephilim son. He stands before Ra, standing still despite the burns around him that somehow didn't affect his body that much.

" How dare you!? Who do you think you are!? " Ra asks his attacker which the attacker then responds.

" Reveal mine self? … Why should I reveal mine self unto a 'dead god'? " Warwick asks Ra, pissing him off as he challenges his Divinity. Meanwhile, Seraphim looks from afar, looking at her son still using her old ways.

" It seem someone has been sleeping for too long, tsk tsk. " Seraphim could only judge her son's behavior, wondering how in the divinity she could produce a child like this, a child who after woke up, immediately challenges a god.
