I Know the Secret to Surpass Level 100

Chapter 589: Level 101

"I have no intentions of crossing over so soon, Mister Frederick," the woman said. "I am still capable of sustaining my life for a longer period of time. It won't be long before Malice is defeated and I shall be fulfilled."

"That is true, however..." Frederick paused. "You cannot know what else the Black Queen has in store. We both saw how different the ongoing catastrophes are to what was written. This is a case of a different kind, future being rewritten."

"Perhaps Elliot isn't the only being that is looked after by the gods," the prophecy sighed. "Do you think Malice gained another favor from another force?"

"Perhaps," Frederick placed the cup of his tea. "And Almighty-forbid, these force could further alter the course of fate."

"The Almighty is not here," the prophecy looked up at the cloudless sky. "There is only... us."

--

Malice stepped back after feeling the presence of a pulse from Elliot's body. She raised her hand, summing blades made of darkness. "He's really still alive?!"

She spun and fired the swords, aiming them for the boy. Francoise grunted, conjuring a dome of cosmic energy. The swords were blocked by the dome, but the latter was on its limit just after being hit by a few attacks.

"She got stronger," Francoise commented, summoning layers of domes around them. He watched as a smirk found its way into Malice's lips.

The woman floated, hands opened at either side of her. The winds blew around her, forming a gentle twirl of energy. "So, your shields cannot stand a barrage of my attacks. It would only make sense because I don't think you're not known as the defense-type."

Francoise grit his teeth, already worried about how Malice was able to see through him. She was right in her assumptions. Francoise was a powerful heavy-hitter with him being able to launch a multitude of attacks simultaneously. However, his defensive capabilities are rather low.

His shields were weak and his knowledge of complex defense magic is limited. He was a glass cannon, but that was the problem now.

"Let's see if you stay standing after I'm done with you," Malice grinned. Her eyes slowly turned black as her fingers followed. The skin on her body started to turn into paper-like texture, peeling and corroding. "I hate this body."

Malice growled, summoning hundreds of swords that are noticeably larger than the ones she summoned before. "This will ensure my victory. You shall die in my hands, old fart!"

Francoise could only watch as the swords rained down on them. His domes were breaking one by one, and the more it broke, the closer the swords were to them. He was trying to replace the broken domes, but it was impossible. He was already at his limit.

"Damn it!" Francoise growled. Just when he was about to lose hope, a hand was placed on his shoulder. He felt chills travel down his spine as he felt the large aura behind him. "Finally, you're awake."

"Thank you," Elliot whispered. He stepped forward and raised his right hand. It was then that the swords stopped their movements. Malice noticed the large presence and could only gulp. It was a terrifyingly powerful aura, one that would make her feel like an ant in front of a giant.

"I have had enough of you," Elliot looked at her. Malice felt him gazing into her through the layers of domes and the swords that blocked his view. She didn't understand how he was able to see through the distance, but she felt the horror that she unfold.

"What in the...," Malice whispered, feeling the terror in front of her. "But... How?"

Elliot vanished, making Malice protect herself with layers of barrier. She was anticipating an attack from all directions, considering Elliot received a huge power up.

"How much has he grown?" Malice asked herself. She grunted and looked around, trying to find the boy. "It's impossible to recover from a stab through the heart. He should've died when I killed him, but why?"

When she was busy thinking, a faint presence appeared behind her. Malice spun and launched a barrage of swords. She was now desperate to end the fight, and it was showing.

"You have lost your touch in just a minute, Malice," Elliot teased, appearing in front of the Black Queen. "Are you really that scared of me?"

Now that she has a full view of what Elliot currently looked, it was now evident that the boy changed drastically. His appearance was altered heavily. Although his physical structure remained the same, he now has glowing porcelain white skin, burning white and black hair, and his eyes were now of bright purple.

"You don't look like a human," Malice said. "You don't even look like a Demon. How are you the son of my daughter?"

"Because I'm not just a Demon," Elliot grinned. "I'm the son of a Demon... and an Angel, the Boy of Black and White."

Malice froze after hearing those words. Her body couldn't move, shocked by the revelation she just heard. "So, you're born of Black and White, son of Melissa the Black Princess and Reginald the White Prince."

She looked down, Elliot staring at her intently. Malice suddenly looked up and rained swords towards Elliot. The boy smirked and protected himself by creating a single layer of dome around him. If there was one thing he learned from fighting against Malice, it's that she was not fair. She will use tricks and deception to her fights just so she would win.

"I already knew that!" Malice yelled. "It is why I broke Melissa's mind. She betrayed me! She left me and went off to explore the Realms with her lover. And then what did I get in return? This body has been damaged.

After one child, it could not bear another one. This body is a mess! I hate this, I hate it!"

Malice yelled, bursting a powerful aura that shocked the Realm. She growled, black energy coating her body as she stared daggers at Elliot. The woman was furious and was now willing to go on an all out fight against the boy.

"I don't think you fully understand your position here, boy," Malice growled. "You are nothing but a child. I have lived centuries and centuries and gained immense power over the years. My power has reached peaks that's never been reached before. You cannot possibly defeat me now."

"Oh, I can," Elliot smirked. He brandished his sword, allowing it to bathe in the light of his body. When the light reached the weapon, it transformed. As it basked in the light, the blade morphed, taking in two colors. One was black, and the other was white.

The handle also morphed, the Crystal Gem now was purple and the guard transformed into three pairs of wings, taking in the colors of the side of the blade they were on. The handle was now wrapped with a mix of black and white cloth, and the pummel was now shaped like a diamond with engravings at the center.

"My chains has been broken," Elliot said, raising his left hand over his head. A sphere of spinning energy, both with black and white aura, appeared over his opened palm. His fingers danced under the surge of power that he was conjuring."

"What..." Malice couldn't speak as she watched the power appear over her.

"I am now Level 101."
