I got reincarnated in the world of Attack on Titan

That place seems suitable to carry out my plan

- Historia Pov -

It's been a few days since Kaiser has been here, and although I've been helping my grandparents with their work in the fields and taking care of the farm, my thoughts continue to wander to that charming boy with snow-white hair.

"ah... I don't know what I was thinking, but there's no denying that Kaiser is very handsome, hehehe..." My cheeks began to flush unconsciously, and I found that my thoughts were going in a million different directions.

"Historia, what are you doing spacing out there!" My grandpa yelled at me, which startled me, but I hurried over to help bring a relatively large can to his side. The large can I carried contained fresh cow's milk because I had just recently milked the cow directly by myself.

My grandpa and I were heading back to the house when I asked him, "Grandpa, what are we supposed to do with all this milk?" I was feeling a little befuddled at the time.

"of course all of us are going to drink it, but most importantly you are going to drink it."

"I know that, but doesn't it seem a little pointless if we can't finish it?" This is a question I've been having in the back of my mind because it makes me sad to think about all of the food and drink my family has been throwing away.

Because not only is this milk thrown away, but also eggs, meat, honey, wheat, bread, fruit, and other things that are in such plentiful supply on this farm.

When I suggested to my grandparents that they give it to a nearby village that I am sure needs it more than my family does, my grandparents chose to remain silent and told me to ask my father about the matter.

And the response that my father gave me really surprised me to the point where I was at a loss for words to react to it. My father said that the villagers and I were very different, and he talked about things that I didn't understand, but I understood one thing if my father looked down on people that way.

In the end, all I could do was stuff my sorrow deep down inside of me and only occasionally express my disappointment to my grandparents.

"Listen, Historia..." before grandpa could continue his words, his face looked a little stiff, and he immediately became silent.

My grandpa's behavior suddenly changed, and at first, I was confused. However, after I saw my mother reading under a tree, which is one of her favorite places to sit, I was able to piece together the missing piece of the puzzle.

The two of us then tiptoed past my mother without uttering a word. Even my grandfather gave off the impression that he was uncomfortable being around my mother, and despite this, I couldn't help but sneak a nervous glance in her direction every so often.

But unexpectedly, my mother, who is normally icy, has never liked me and won't even look at my face, suddenly looked at me still with her cold gaze, my heart was racing, and I hastily lowered my head shyly.

A smile appeared on my face without me noticing, and when I tried to glance at my mother again, I was a little disappointed when I saw her staring back at the book in her hand.

'Lately, mother began to act strange,' I thought to myself.

Strange, but what I mean is more toward the positive in my opinion, because for some reason these days, I occasionally caught my mother staring silently at me, even though I didn't know what she wanted and I also didn't dare to ask directly, but what was clear was that it made me a little happy.

'Does this have anything to do with Kaiser?' is a question often asked in my head. But as soon as I thought of him, a warm feeling rushed through my heart.

My Pov

"Nothing has changed about this place," I said in a low voice as I looked out over the vast farms and fields in front of me, and in the distance, I could already see the old house where Historia lived.

I did not waste any time and went straight to the old house, following the path in today's beautiful weather. But then I found Milch, who stood still in the carriage side and did not follow me.

"How long are you going to stand there, Milch?"

Milch was slightly surprised and hurriedly replied, "shouldn't I just wait here?"

"This time, I need a little help from you, so come quickly with me," after saying that, I started walking, and I could hear the sound of Milch's footsteps hurrying behind me.

Milch asked me this after she had finally caught up to me and walked next to me. "Don't you want to... ahem... do that to the blonde girl, Kaiser?"

"No, this time I only have business with Alma," I responded, and after Milch heard my response, I could see her silently sighing while nodding her head.

Along the way, I didn't find Historia, who usually helps her grandparents in the fields, but even though I really want to see little Historia working hard on the farms, I can only be disappointed.

At the ranch entrance, I saw Historia's grandma, she was herding the sheep, cows, and horses out to roam in this expansive green field, and when she saw me approaching the ranch, she simply waved her hand with a friendly smile on her face.

I then smiled while muttering, "That place seems suitable to carry out my plan."

Soon after, I spotted Alma's figure, and she was sitting under the same tree as the last time I saw her while reading a book and wearing a stoic expression.
