Chapter 364: Let me show you what is called level suppression

The Five Elements Sect vessel sped across the sea, smashing through a swarm of incoming ships one after another. These vessels varied, some were produced by local forces, while others were special ships purchased from Player Island.

No matter the ship, they were as fragile as paper mache in front of the Five Elements Sect vessel, utterly incapable of stopping it.

"We're surrounded. It seems this matter has indeed escalated quite a bit," Gu Shanhai rubbed his temples, finding himself the target of a joint attack.

The reason was simple: he had moved the island, inciting envy among the other royal families. Islands were originally fixed, presenting a multitude of threats to the royalties.

But now it was different; someone could actually possess the ability to rid themselves of this vulnerability. Naturally, they wouldn't hesitate to hunt down and capture Gu Shanhai to acquire this secret.

Unfortunately, the royal families couldn't take action in the ocean regions. But no matter, they were wealthy and had hired a significant number of sea dwellers to try and catch Gu Shanhai alive.

Under the enormous bounties, the sea dwellers worked tirelessly.

The reward wasn't just from one royal family, but a substantial sum pooled together by multiple families, an amount that could make even the players on Player Island envious.

But upon realizing they were pursuing Gu Shanhai, they all backed off. They may be greedy, but they weren't fools.

Hunting down a player suspected to be among the top ranks, possibly the very pinnacle, was tantamount to seeking death.

As for being hunted by the native residents, well, that was a minor issue. Which player didn't have a warrant or two on their head? It was just a matter of degree.

In so many worlds, there was always one or two unresolved grievances or resentments. As a player, one was bound to offend some nobles and get wanted.

"To be honest, I never expected to be attacked for such a bizarre reason..." Gu Shanhai muttered.

The sea dwellers were just so-so; in this world, Gu Shanhai only feared the divine entities themselves. Everything else was manageable, not a big issue.

He was taking action now because if he just walked away, the opponents would surely think he was scared. Better to fight until they trembled in fear.

This situation must have the ocean itself stirring things up behind the scenes, planning to suppress Gu Shanhai.

How could they tolerate this renegade leader to roam freely outside?

With the Five Elements Sect vessel ramming around chaotically, the sea dwellers' ships were left in disarray, dying the area red.

Death was normal; such a large island crashing into them, not to mention the ships, even the people would be shattered.

"A bunch of losers, at least look at the level difference between us. They dare to go head-to-head with me with just a ship, how low-grade," Gu Shanhai looked at the cleared sea surface, his tone filled with contempt.

The initial design of his Five Elements Sect vessel was for him to wield it and smash enemies. With such strength, Gu Shanhai didn't believe there could be a stronger ship in this world.

"Yo..." Little White pointed with its hoof at the monitoring screen, suggesting that something high-end was approaching.

Gu Shanhai glanced at the screen, a huge shadow erupted from the bottom of the sea, ten times the size of his Five Elements Sect vessel.

Seeing this, even Gu Shanhai's eyes twitched. What kind of people were they dealing with? Just as he tried to show off for once, not even two minutes passed before his bluff was called.

It was a sea ship, probably belonging to one of the sea dweller forces. It wasn't truly coming from the bottom of the sea but was transported here through some transcendent ability.

"This thing definitely isn't man-made," Gu Shanhai realized at first glance that this ship was extraordinary; many of its structures were illogical. The ship also had an aura akin to that of a living being; Gu Shanhai could feel its vitality.

It was certain, the ship was likely a tribute in worship to a divine entity, as a reward.

Such a thing wasn't impossible. The owner may have offered several dominant sea beasts at once, thus obtaining such a powerful reward.

"Smash it to pieces," Gu Shanhai sneered. He was petty and vindictive, not to mention no gentleman, so anything that came up would be settled right then and there.

Being big was useless, what mattered was who was truly tougher.

Hearing this, Little White didn't hesitate and floored the throttle. The Five Elements Sect vessel surged forward unflinchingly.

The other side also noticed the Five Elements Sect vessel's movements, but seemed puzzled.

However, seeing the charge of the Five Elements Sect vessel, they decisively backed off. The large ship flickered and vanished once again, like a phantom.

Thus, the Five Elements Sect vessel was left charging at empty water.

At this moment, Gu Shanhai's face darkened: "This bastard is a true coward, what a waste of such a large frame."

"Yo~" Little White seemed to say that the other side wasn't truly dumb; faced with the Five Elements Sect vessel's combat prowess, who wouldn't have second thoughts? Perhaps to them, the ship was dearer than their own offspring; how could they let it be destroyed.

"You say it as if it's a case of good cabbage being spoiled by pigs," Gu Shanhai retorted.

Seconds later, the ship's silhouette reappeared a kilometer away from the Five Elements Sect vessel, this time much more cautious, wary of another collision.

Then, a tall figure emerged at the bow of the great ship.

"With that size, about five meters, a veritable small giant," Gu Shanhai observed the figure on the monitor. The figure was dressed in peculiar armor, wielding a long sword.
