Chapter 105: Lack Of A Dancer, Teach Female Soldiers To Dance! (4/5)
"The door's open! Let's get out of here!"
"Yeah, we're done for if Doflamingo shows up!"
"Hurry, everyone!"
At the threshold, one prisoner shouted at Finn, "You opened it for us, now don't block the way or we'll make you move!"
Chaos broke loose as pirates and prisoners scrambled for freedom, surging toward the door like a flood.
Finn's eyes narrowed. Most of these people were ruthless criminals—letting them loose was not an option.
He calmly lifted a finger and aimed at the rushing crowd. A burst of energy shot from his fingertip, expanding in an instant.
"Advanced Finger Pistol!"
Boom!
The blast from Finn's attack sent the oncoming mob flying, their bodies thrown through the air like leaves in a storm. Screams of shock and pain filled the room.
Finn's cold voice cut through the chaos: "Anyone else want to try? I won't hold back next time."
The people, eyes wide with fear, froze in place. Those who had been hit by the attack struggled to stand, groaning in pain.
He raised his finger again, and the remaining prisoners scattered, no longer willing to test his resolve. The scene grew eerily quiet, the madness replaced by a heavy sense of dread.
One by one, even the most stubborn of pirates stopped fighting. Blood pooled on the ground where the fallen lay, lifeless.
"Let me make myself clear." Finn's voice echoed in the silent hall. "I'm Commander Finn of the Marine Independent Battalion, Monkey D. Finn. You're no longer going to turn into toys, but that doesn't mean you're free. Ordinary civilians will be released after an investigation, but as for the rest of you… expect prison."
At this, a group of prisoners wearing Marine uniforms stood, relieved and grateful. But others weren't so eager to go back.
"Damn Marine scum! They'll just toss us in Impel Down!"
"Yeah, we can't let him take us without a fight!"
A few desperate pirates lunged forward, determined to break through.
Shhh! Shhh! Shhh!
Finn's finger pistols pierced through the air, each shot finding its target with deadly precision. Hearts and heads were struck down as easily as if they were practice dummies.
The floor was soon littered with corpses, a river of blood forming from the fallen pirates. Their once-feared names now meaningless, they died without ceremony, powerless before Finn's might.
The remaining pirates, watching in horror, dared not move.
Finn surveyed the silent crowd. "Any of Donquixote's cadres still here?" he asked.
Suddenly, all eyes turned toward a man with a baby hat and pacifier—Senor Pink. He was forced into the spotlight, unable to hide.
"Damn it," Pink muttered under his breath. He had hoped to keep a low profile, but that was no longer an option.
Without hesitation, Finn tossed a pair of seastone handcuffs toward Pink. They landed with a heavy thud, the sound echoing through the hall.
Pink's face twisted with rage and humiliation. "You think I'm just going to let you cuff me?!"
"Underground Swimming!" he shouted, diving into the ground, his devil fruit ability allowing him to swim through the earth itself, ready to strike from below.
"Careful, sir! He can attack from underground!" a Marine soldier called out in warning.
But Finn's Observation Haki had already locked onto Pink's every move. As the ground shifted beneath him, Finn's fist came down with tremendous force.
Boom!
The earth exploded upward as Pink was ripped from his underground cover. Finn grabbed him by the hair, slamming him back down with a sickening crash!
The ground trembled from the impact, and Pink lay motionless, defeated in an instant.
Marine soldiers quickly moved in, securing Pink in the seastone handcuffs Finn had thrown earlier.
"Sir!" one of the soldiers saluted.
"Good work," Finn nodded at the Marines, knowing they had likely been targeted by Doflamingo for their integrity. "Which base is closest to Dressrosa?" he asked.
"The G-5 branch, sir," one Marine replied.
At the mention of G-5, Finn's expression darkened slightly. That was the base controlled by Vergo, a notorious spy for Doflamingo.
"Contact the base commander and have them send reinforcements immediately," Finn ordered, tossing a phone transponder to the soldier. While Vergo himself might be compromised, the rest of the G-5 Marines could still handle the cleanup.
After giving further instructions to secure the area, Finn turned to his crew. "Let's head to the arena," he said, moving forward without hesitation.
It didn't take long for Finn and his group to reach the arena, but something was off. The usual guards of the Donquixote Family were nowhere to be seen.
Inside, the crowd roared with excitement, unaware of the chaos outside. On the main stage, a fierce battle was underway.
In the center of the ring, two figures stood back-to-back, surrounded by Donquixote Family members. It was Cyrus, the one-legged gladiator, and his daughter, Rebecca, both bloodied and exhausted.
"They're surrounded by Donquixote's top fighters," Violet said, her voice trembling. "Please, Master Finn, save them! I'll do anything—be your servant, a slave, whatever you ask—just help them!"
Finn glanced at her, amused. "You've mentioned being my servant a few times now. How about this—if I save them, you come aboard as a dancer for my crew?"
Violet blinked, confused, but after a moment, she nodded. "If you save them, I'll join you. I have no desire to stay here anymore."
"Deal," Finn said with a smirk, then turned his attention to the battle.
In the arena, Cyrus and Rebecca were facing impossible odds: Diamante, Mahabais, Lao G, Dellinger, and Jora—all high-ranking members of the Donquixote Family.
"Rebecca, even if we die today, we'll avenge your mother," Cyrus muttered, struggling to stay on his feet, his missing leg making it nearly impossible to dodge Diamante's flying attacks.
Rebecca gripped her sword tightly, blood dripping from her wounds. "I won't let them win, father," she vowed, though her strength was waning.
Finn watched the scene unfold and sighed. "Looks like I caused another chain reaction after scaring off Sugar," he muttered to himself. "Time to clean up this mess."
"Tashigi," Finn called over his shoulder, "why don't you give these guys a little practice?"
"Yes, sir!" Tashigi responded eagerly, drawing her sword.
In a flash, she leaped into the fray, her blade cutting through the air with deadly precision. The Donquixote Family had no idea what was coming for them.
