I Become a Landlady in the Game World

Chapter 303: Is It Related to Them?

"Hope Village has brought the scenery into the territory."

"Is this open to everyone?"

The question burst out from both Brooke and Paul's mouths simultaneously.

The sight of a park in this relatively pristine world was not uncommon, but what was rare was transplanting it into a territory.

In other territories, if they had such a park, it was essentially the private domain of a Lord or Nobles.

After all, every inch of land in a territory was worth its weight in gold.

After saying this, the two looked at each other and then laughed.

"In Hope Village, anything is possible," Brooke said.

"Shall we take a walk in the park first?" suggested Lola, looking at the excited children.

"Sure, I'll be with you all day anyway," Brooke said directly.

Beth and her husband Paul, each with three kids in tow, had no objections either.

And no sooner had the adults agreed than the little ones had already rushed into the park.

Only after entering did they realize that there were quite a few people in the park, and many of them had brought their children.

Inside there were clearly visible roads, and the roadsides were filled with greenery, with tall and short plants, immersing oneself in this environment, one felt a sense of comfort from deep within.

"Mother, come over here."

Allen, who had hurried ahead, already began to call out excitedly; the others soon joined in the clamor.

One could hear them, but not see them, as the short figures had obviously been obscured by the vegetation at a corner.

The adults quickened their pace to catch up.

Around the corner, they saw a wooden pavilion, forming a circle, and at the center was a large square with all sorts of strange-looking... equipment.

Some people could sway back and forth on them, some could stand on top and twist their hips, some needed manual operation, some involved stepping, some had two people sitting on each end rocking up and down, some sat on a long wooden board swinging back and forth... and the most eye-catching was the large house right in the middle, which had become the main stage for the children, constantly climbing the stairs to the top, then whooshing down the slide.

Allen and the others had already eagerly entered their playground, surrounded by other kids their size, and the air was filled with the sounds of continuous laughter, innocent and full of childish fun.

And on the connecting corridors of the surrounding pavilions, the adults sat, each smiling with their child, eyes fixed unwaveringly on the scene.

Beth, Brooke, and the rest were no different.

Beth watched her three kids, seeing how Allen, although caught up in his fun, still knew to take care of the two little ones, and felt very relieved.

Brooke and Lola watched their shy child play over and over again, left with nothing but joy.

Paul and Lilith, meanwhile, worked as a team, with Paul watching their son and daughter, and Lilith taking their little daughter, Lucia, to swing on a swing set nearby.

Lucia's health wasn't good, and she could only partake in this gentler "toy."

In no time, the little ones were playing to the point of sweating profusely and then returned to their parents' sides, even bringing back with them some schoolmates they had enjoyed playing with.

What surprised Beth and the others was that Allen had brought back a group of Tiger-man cubs.

Though only the same age, the Tiger-man cubs' size and stature seemed to be almost twice as large.

When facing Beth and the others, they were nearly as tall, and more significantly, they exuded a sense of strength that seemed to dwarf them.

The physical constitution of the Beastmen was indeed enviable.

Their Talent in the Combat aspect was truly favored by the heavens.

"Hello, uncle, hello, aunties!" the Tiger-man cubs said in their soft voices.

Their large, robust bodies matched with the tender voices truly made Brooke and the others feel a sense of incongruity.

But for Beth, Lola, and Lilith, who were initially a bit uneasy,

they had always perceived Beastmen as fierce and brave, with Professionals seeming as simple to squash as ants before them, and even after arriving at Hope Village, learning of the friendly Beastmen towards humans, a shadow lingered in their minds.

Yet, upon hearing their voices, the three immediately came to a realization.

These Beastmen, just like their own children, were still kids.
