I and the Witch of Time Who Seeks the Past

Ch. 13

Volume 1 Afterword — Author’s Note

…At this moment, I lift my pen, but find it hard to put words down.

If the results turn out well, then I’ll keep writing. If not, I’ll at least continue to finish what the original draft left incomplete.

That—was what I thought before.

Well, things seem to be looking much better now.

As for Will and Lijedal’s story, I can write more than two million words, since I planned it all out a long time ago. Even if the results aren’t great and only a few readers remain, I’ll still see this plan through to the end.

So… readers who have stayed don’t need to worry about me abandoning this book.

I only hope that the story of Will and Lijedal won’t be buried, won’t be left unnoticed.

That’s all.

By the way, this work was something I started planning after reading Dantalian’s Bookshelf, Irregular Magic Teacher, and playing Dark Souls.

I treasure this book as if it were my own flesh and blood — I won’t give it up.

The shortcomings of the past draft will be revised this time, so I can try to bring readers a better experience. I’ll also continue on a more literary route (the original draft felt like it strayed a little from my initial plan, but I’ll make some adjustments).

I hope readers will leave more comments, more reactions, so I’ll know that people are still following this book.

When I have stockpiled chapters, I’ll post two updates a day — around 1:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

That’s all.

…One last thing: all characters are original. I’ve tried to avoid giving the main characters names that overlap with characters from other works (except Will, since he’s partially based on myself 😓).
