I Am Extraordinary Alone

Chapter 680: Aerial Battle

After the time suspension effect was lifted, Fujiwara Makoto instantly transformed into dozens of Wei Tianyang. They stretched out their Bone Knives and lunged at Cha Na, with one of the illusions pulling Fujiwara Makoto out of Cha Na's long blade.

She screamed, partly out of pain and partly out of anger.

Cha Na's eyes erupted with fury as he looked at the throng of Wei Tianyang illusions rushing toward him and shouted loudly: "This is such a desecration!!!" With that, the blade-like hair and arm spikes extended several meters, and his body spun into a whirlwind of swords, slicing through the purple crowd as if chopping fruits.

The illusion Wei Tianyang noticed and grabbed Fujiwara Makoto's collar, throwing her tens of meters away. In mid-air, she created another Wei Tianyang, who held her and flew away with great force.

Cha Na's sharp blades cut through the illusions surrounding him. They were not purely physical blades, but manifestations of Divine Power Tianyang's anger. He leaped into the air, soaring 30 meters high, and then a flying sword emerged from his hair, which he grabbed and flew toward Fujiwara Makoto.

Within a breath, Cha Na caught up with the fake Wei Tianyang and loudly declared: "Traitor! Even if you've escaped Him! You still want Him to protect you! How weak is this!!"

Fujiwara Makoto did not pay attention to Cha Na; she had long ceased to speak to him.

The illusion Wei Tianyang landed, setting her down, and suddenly ballooned into a black giant who turned and punched at Cha Na.

Cha Na sneered, not dodging or fleeing, gripping his silver blade and slashing directly at the fist. As he swung the sword, a white vortex formed into a whip several kilometers long, slicing the black giant's entire right arm in two.

When the whip hit the ground, the surface seemed to be swept by a strong wind. Fujiwara Makoto was blown six meters high, unsure of how far she flew. In the air, she once again conjured a Wei Tianyang, who held her and darted into the deep forest.

Cha Na looked down from above, seeing the giant shattered into purple magic dust, while his sword left a scar several kilometers long on the earth. Wherever it went, the forest was forcibly split, the river changed course, and a small village on the horizon was swept into disaster.

Cha Na scanned around, searching for Fujiwara Makoto. At that moment, a fireball struck him from behind, exploding with a boom and sucking the air around him dry.

His silver-white body was unharmed by the ambush; he turned furiously to see six men and women clad in purple hooded robes standing on the ground.

Is it more of Fujiwara Makoto's creations? He looked closely, his four eyes zooming in, only to see under the hood not semi-transparent purple humanoids, but distinct human faces.

"We are the Warlock Association's Purple Robe Grand Masters! You've violated regulations of dangerous sorcery usage!" The bearded leader said.

Cha Na didn't understand what he meant; swords flew from his hair and landed at his feet. He let go of the blade, crossed his arms, stood on the flying sword, and floated above their heads, replying: "What is this?"

Kenhardt couldn't comprehend Cha Na's language, turned to speak with other purple-robed warlocks, then said: "Surrender! Perhaps we can clear up this misunderstanding!"

Cha Na drew a flying sword, and twisted his forefinger.

The flying sword instantly darted down, flickering silver in the sky.

"Careful! This creature is uncommunicative!!" Kenhardt shouted.

In a moment, the female warlock beside Kenhardt opened a blue semicircular force field. When the flying sword approached and entered the force field range, it had no effect, striking the female warlock directly.

Due to Cha Na's flying sword being over four meters long and half of it plunged into the ground upon landing, when the female warlock was struck, it was akin to taking an RPG blast bodily, ripping her apart. Sixty percent of her body was shattered by tremendous inertia, flying everywhere, with some remains on the flying sword.

Kenhardt was shocked and exclaimed: "That's not magic!! The force field didn't work!"

No sooner had the words been spoken than the tail end of the flying sword embedded in the ground began to sway left and right. Kenhardt combined his hands, blue light bursting from his eyes, instantly constructing a magical wall three meters long and wide in front to protect everyone behind.

Others began supplying magic to Cha Na; three warlocks slowly transformed their right hands into blue, then a long, rod-shaped lightning gradually formed in their hands, which they threw at Cha Na.

Cha Na did not dodge, observing the three Lightning Guns hitting his chest and belly. Lightning surged on the surface, crackling, yet posed no threat.

The flying sword embedded in the ground suddenly unlocked the soil and spun over, rolling toward Kenhardt's magical wall, easily shattering it, slicing Kenhardt into two amidst blood, then rolled toward those behind him, slicing all the warlocks into strips within two seconds.

After killing everyone, the flying sword flew up into the sky, speeding toward Cha Na, the tip aimed at his head.

As the sword was about to touch his face, it abruptly stopped. He turned, scanning the sky around him. The flying sword slowly merged into his hair.

Erratic air currents surged in the sky, unknown creatures roared from afar, and soon, three red dragons suddenly descended from clouds hundreds of meters away.

Cha Na focused intensely, seeing people in silver armor seated on the dragons' backs. He tilted his head slightly in surprise.

"There they are! Over there! We're Level 16 Red Dragon Mages! Don't surrender, then die!!" The dragon riders shouted, their voices amplified by magic, echoing through the heavens.

The three dragons quickly flew to his side, circling around him. Cha Na observed the dragons: similar to the descriptions he saw in storybooks as a child—lizard bodies, bat wings, and snake tails.

And the warlocks riding the dragons wore white robes, looking like armor from afar.

"Look! That creature is huge! Not human!" One warlock exclaimed.

"Go tell Grand Mage Galagan! And Lord of Lion! Quickly!" Another warlock urged.

Then one of the three dragons left the circle, quickly flying away.

The next instant, Cha Na's form suddenly blurred into a Shadow, seemingly teleporting in front of the fleeing dragon. His silver-white body retained some heat from the rapid movement friction with the air.

The dragon reacted instinctively, spewing Dragon Flame at Cha Na, igniting a crimson explosion in the air. The warlock on the dragon's back raised his hand to cast a spell, enveloping himself and the dragon in an unknown yellow light film.

Before the flames died out, Cha Na burst through the fireball, wielding the flying sword in his right hand. With speed imperceptible to the eye, he wildly slashed several times, reducing half of the dragon's body to mince. Large chunks of viscera and dragon's head rained down with meat fragments.

The white-robed warlock saw this and decisively jumped off the dragon to escape, but at the moment of jumping, was caught by Cha Na's hand gripping his head!

"You demon!!" The white-robed warlock screamed.

Cha Na's thumb pressed the warlock's chin, four fingers grasped his head; with a slight force, pop, squished it into a blood mass.
