Hunting MILFs in a Trash Eroge

Chapter 121: The guild master

The village guards were still gathered outside the adventurer guild when Damien stepped out.

The moment they saw him, their backs stiffened and their expressions turned tense.

Even now, after everything, they still couldn't shake the overwhelming presence he gave off.

Beside Damien, Susan walked with calm, elegant steps, her warm smile lighting up her features.

She seemed relieved—maybe even proud—that she had successfully completed his registration.

Her black hair shimmered gently as the sun caught it, and her brown eyes seemed softer whenever she glanced in Damien's direction.

"It is unfortunate the guild master isn't around…" she said as they approached the waiting guards. "She wanted to meet you personally…"

Damien's eyes narrowed slightly.

'She?' he thought.

He had known from the game that this particular guild existed, but the guild master's identity had never been revealed—not their name, face, strength, or even gender.

It was one of the many mysteries the game never bothered to explore.

A strange glint flickered across Damien's eyes.

"Well…" he said with a relaxed tone, "I'm also eager to meet her. Whenever she's around."

Susan smiled, though she didn't notice the way Damien's eyes shimmered in thought.

Just then—

A violent gust of wind roared through the area, whipping across the guild surroundings.

Dust swirled across the ground, leaves scattered everywhere, and the guards instinctively staggered back a step.

The sudden change made Damien lift his chin slightly.

A massive shadow swept across the ground.

It covered the adventurer guild, stretched across the building, swallowing everything beneath it.

Damien's gaze narrowed, and he slowly looked up toward the sky.

High above, there was a shape—circling, gliding, its wings cutting through the air with a terrifying grace.

It was a monster.

A massive one.

It looked like an enormous eagle, its wings so wide they cast a shadow that blanketed nearly the entire street.

Each feather was pitch black, absorbing the sunlight instead of reflecting it.

Its talons gleamed faintly—even from this distance—as though they could tear through steel.

A chilling, oppressive aura poured down from it, heavy and suffocating.

Villagers walking nearby froze and trembled.

Adventurers who had been chatting suddenly stopped mid-sentence, fear gripping their throats.

Some guards instinctively reached for their weapons, but their hands were shaking.

The pressure…

The sheer weight of its presence…

It crushed down on everyone like an invisible hammer.

Except Damien.

He didn't flinch. He didn't shiver. He didn't even blink. His expression remained calm.

'The aura emanating from this monster… it's a B-rank.' he thought, his face squeezing into a slight frown.

A monster of this level shouldn't be anywhere near a small village like this. And yet—it was here, descending without hesitation.

However, he didn't sense any killing intent from the monster, which was why he still remained calm despite such a powerful beast hovering above him.

Without warning, the massive bird tucked its wings inward and dropped toward the ground.

BOOOOM!!!

The beast landed with earth-shaking force, dust and wind exploding out from the impact.

The shockwave slammed into the guild walls, rattling windows, making several adventurers stumble backward.

The villagers screamed.

The guards nearly collapsed.

But Damien's eyes simply narrowed, sharp and unreadable, as he stared at the giant creature that now towered before him.

The shadow it cast over the surrounding buildings dissipated slowly, revealing a magnificent and fearsome beast in all its glory.

Its massive eagle head was immediately striking, the sharp curve of its beak and the piercing black eyes commanding attention.

Its feathers shimmered in the sunlight, a deep, dark black that seemed almost unreal.

The wings stretched wide, casting a chilling shadow over the crowd of adventurers and village guards.

Each feather looked perfectly aligned, but their sheer size alone was enough to inspire awe.

Damien's eyes scanned them carefully, noting the powerful musculature beneath that allowed them to support the enormous creature in flight.

Yet, as he followed the creature's body downwards, it became clear that the rest of its form was far from ordinary.

Unlike a typical eagle, the monster had the body of a lion: sleek, powerful, and built for both speed and strength.

Its chest was broad and muscular, its limbs solid and toned, a perfect fusion of feline agility and avian power.

The contrast between its wings and body was startling, but somehow harmonious, each part complementing the other in deadly elegance.

Damien's eyes moved to the creature's tail.

It was short, tipped with thick fur that bristled slightly as if sensing the tension in the air.

The tail swayed gently, balancing the beast's movements with the same precision one would expect from a masterful predator.

Then, he examined its limbs.

The forelimbs were equipped with enormous golden talons, each claw curved and sharp enough to pierce steel with terrifying ease.

In stark contrast, the hind limbs were more reminiscent of a lion's, padded paws with claws suited for gripping and tearing.

The unusual combination of talons and paws only reinforced the creature's status as something legendary, something beyond ordinary beasts he had encountered in his life or in the game.

Damien's eyes widenenes slightly.

'This creature in front of me… is surely… the legendary griffin I've always heard stories of.' he exhaled in awe, the kind that comes from finally seeing a mythical creature long dismissed as fiction.

From its appearance alone, it was easy to confirm its identity: the mix of eagle and lion, the wings, the talons, the body, and the tail—it matched every tale he had ever heard.

He remembered stories from Earth, tales of griffins guarding treasures, fiercely loyal and deadly to anyone who dared approach.

He had always thought them purely fictional, myths meant to excite the imagination of children and adventurers alike.

Yet here, standing before him, the griffin exuded a presence that was mystical, almost otherworldly.

Damien felt a shiver—not from fear, but from the overwhelming realization that some legends were rooted in reality.

'Inspect.' he thought almost immediately, his eyes shining in excitement.

[Specie: Griffin]

[Rank: B]

[Health: 1300/1300]

[Mana: 1400/1400]

[Description: A young griffin under the command of Emma Volte, an adventurer]

Damien's brow furrowed slightly as he read the description.

Unlike the simple inspections he had grown used to—where only the species, rank, health, and mana were displayed—this one included a brief note about the owner.

This was because [Inspect] was now level 3, so it showed more details how it normally would.

He shifted his gaze slightly, following the line of the griffin's back.

True to the description, there was a figure standing there.

A human silhouette, poised confidently atop the beast, exuding an aura of authority and control that matched the griffin's formidable presence.

Susan, who had been standing beside him with a mixture of awe and nervous anticipation, gasped sharply.

Her eyes widened, and she took a small step back, her voice trembling as she stuttered, "Guild… master?"

Then, almost in perfect unison, every adventurer and even the village guards dropped to a bow, their voices trembling as they echoed:

"Guild master…"

Several adventurers lowered their heads so fast that their armor clattered loudly against their knees.

The village guards had pale faces, their bodies trembling from the pressure radiating from both the griffin and the woman standing atop it.

Even those who had never seen her before instantly recognized her authority—the only one who could ride such a creature and descend with that kind of presence.

The figure standing on the griffin's back suddenly jumped down, landing lightly on her feet without creating even a speck of dust.

As she straightened, her full form finally revealed itself to everyone present.

She was a stunning woman, undeniably beautiful, with short brown hair that barely brushed the top of her shoulders and pitch-black eyes that seemed to absorb the sunlight.

She wore a set of light armor, sleek and form-fitting, the type designed for mobility rather than defense.

But despite being light, it did nothing to hide the curves of her body—her chest plate clung snugly to the two huge fleshy mountains on her chest.

A deep cleavage peeked from them, showing the top of her tantalizing, milky breasts.

Her slim waist widened into a wide set of hips, as well as thick, toned thighs which were outlined by the short armour skirt on her.

A soft, radiant smile rested on her lips, the kind of smile that appeared warm and approachable but held an unspoken strength behind it.

The moment she formed that smile, the hearts of almost every man present skipped a beat. Several adventurers gulped loudly; one guard even blushed and nearly dropped his sack.

With familiarity, she turned to her massive griffin and gently patted its neck.

The enormous beast, which moments ago had exuded terrifying pressure, immediately lowered its head and purred—a deep, rumbling sound strangely similar to a giant cat being pleased.

The men around her flinched at the unexpected cuteness of the sound, while the griffin nuzzled her palm obediently.

Damien's eyes shone faintly as he observed her, the corner of his lips lifting slightly.

'So that's the guild master…' he thought, studying her every movement.

He had already activated [Inspect], and her details were displayed clearly before him:

[Name: Emma Volte]

[Class: Beast Tamer]

[Health: 500/500]

[Mana: 910/910]

[Age: 35]

[Description: A strong woman who cares about only strength. She hopes to one day find a man who can subdue her.]

The description made Damien's eyebrow rise ever so slightly, but he kept his expression calm as Emma Volte finally turned her attention toward him.

She stepped forward, her armor glinting under the sun, her gaze locked onto his with an intensity that made even Susan stiffen beside him.

Then, with that same warm smile that was already driving the adventurers insane, she said softly:

"It's nice to meet you… Damien Cross."
