"This guy is heavy." carrying Ninomiya, Akame limps at the side of the sewers.

She thinks to herself that the bullet did quite a bit of damage to her leg.

She talks to herself, "Thanks professor for this amazing armor."

The hole in her leg is not bleeding and circuits fry.

"I need repair for sure."

She lets Ninomiya off on the side and sits there.

The dirty water flows on the middle as dry space with moss is on the sides.

Ninomiya is asleep, so she took her chance and rants about him being an asshole.

All that ranting wakes up Ninomiya, his eyes slowly open as he looks at Akame.

His sleep is slowly opening up.

"Akame?"

Ninomiya gets up, but is pushed back to the ceiling from his own strength. He doesn't feel pain, but immense strength.

He falls to the ground, "huh?"

Confused, he asks Akame.

"What's going on, another dream? Another illusion? Weren't we being hunted down by a sniper?"

From the edge of the sewer a shadowy woman like figure appears,

"It isn't a dream nor an illusion, what you saw and experienced was reality."

Akamei senses something wrong, "Who are you?"

The figure gets out of the shadow,

"I'm the one who saved you, Akame."

Hiori appears,

Ninomiya shakes his head,

"Why are you here in a place like this Hiori, explain to me!"

Akame is stuck in a state of thinking.

Hiori tosses something to Ninomiya,

"Wear this on your right arm."

Ninomiya grabs it.

"What's this?"

Hiori explains that it is a device that suppresses his powers to a minimum. Just him being in a state of rest without suppression is enough for a mere human to disintegrate into ash.

"But is this all true?", asks Ninomiya.

Akame comes back to her senses,

"How did you survive that professor? I need an answer! Please, tell me you haven't sided with that monster?"

Hiori touches her neck and Akame goes to sleep mode.

"What did you do?"

"Oh nothing, just made her sleep so I can examine her later.", Hiori states with a cold look.

Hiori explains to Ninomiya that Akame was a cyborg.

Ninomiya's eyes widen as Hiori says, "Open left arm."

A top of her skin pops off, revealing a cyborg arm with 5 glass like memory chips.

Hiori is filled with excitement, "Good, it's still there."

Ninomiya questions why this is his sister, she turned out to be a freak.

He can't believe that a world like this exists.

But he has no clue why they are in a place like this.

He questions Hiori demanding answers to which Hiori places her hands on Ninomiya's shoulder and says.

"Listen Ninomiya, forget what you were told as a kid."

Ninomiya freaked to the point of insanity, laughing.

"Was it all even real?"

Hiori punches his face,

"Ow.", said Ninomiya.

Hiori rubbed her fist, "Everything is real to the bone."

Hiori looks at Akame, "Our world is dead, the year is 2195. I was six when she came, in a day my mother died at her hands. Dad and I escaped with a small army using the only time machine we had.

Seeking hope we went to pray, in that prayer we found you. A kid who fell from the skies, fate we must say. An alien that you are, you were wounded I must say. Your brain was so damaged it was a miracle you survived. Your body was so hot it would melt the room you were in.

Dr.Sez developed a small machine capable of suppressing your powers to one of a mere human."

Hiori got tired of explaining,

"So that's it, I really am not human. These illusions and dreams are really true. Then it must be who I was.", said Ninomiya with his eyes down to the ground.

Hiori looks at Ninomiya from the side and lifts Akame.

Hiori said to Ninomiya, "You hold great power, Akari is of the same species as you. Defeat her and you might gain what you are looking for. Your memories."

Ninomiya feels uneasy, "My whole life just turned out to be a big fat lie. What are you even expecting me to do?"

Ninomiya thinks at the corner while Hiori is looking at him with calm eyes.

Ninomiya had one last thing to say,

Ninomiya asks Hiori, "If you can surely guarantee myself being able to escape this illusion of a world, how can I be a help to you?"

Hiori laughed and replied, "You need to save the world, idiot."

Hiori disappears into the darkness and Ninomiya follows soon.

[Outside the sewer]

"Instruments show targets moving towards a tunnel leading to the forest.", Alice says while on the radio.

[Year: 2199]

Kage sitting sipping coffee, "What's this photo on the desktop? Who is that?"

Akari had a face down look, and Kage understood.

"Did he die a good death?"

"No, he didn't deserve to."

[A flashback of Akari crying with a corpse fading away in her hands burning away and the scraps of cyborgs filling the whole area as if a mass battle took place.]
