"As am I." Lady Eg'Valla said with a smile.

"Same from me," Gurndin said, blowing a smoke ring.

Theo then focused on the next box.

"It's offerin' ye' a core!" Exclaimed Gurndin. "Accept it!"

Eg'Valla chuckled. "I would tend to agree with our resident Dwarf Lord. A Homestead Core is something similar to a Dungeon Core, but it is for residential areas. For it to start as a Homestead Core is a great boon. Normally, you must find a Failed Dungeon Core and craft it into an item that will then become a Homestead Core."

Theo nodded. "Okay, and last question, It is offering me a title, a perk, or a token."

"Which ones?" Patriarch Karzun asked, his tone interested.

"Title Sir, Perk Soilshape," Theo took a breath, "and Token Divergence."

All three of the divine beings looked at Theo and spoke almost in unison. "Pick the Token."

Theo nodded and began selecting things.

Julia heard Theo asking about his bonuses and the unanimous response from the three divine entities. She decided to confirm her own and ask as well. "Just to be clear, I have Title Hearthmistress, Perk Hearthbond, and Token Divergence. I should pick the token as well?"

Patriarch Karzun nodded. "It would be wise."

Julia looked over at Theo, who had his eyebrows scrunched together as he worked through his selections. She smiled and turned to her own, picking as best as she could.
