" Are you sure she could be trusted? She abruptly disappeared last night without saying a word." Kate asked with some worries in her voice. She was the youngest member of the group which meant she was quite new to these type of events.

" She is right. I also checked the location where she told us to come. There is nothing there except for a heritage sight. It’s quite far from the city too. We should be careful and just forget about it. If she asked, we can say our schedule kept us busy." Candice agreed with the young model’s assessment.

She was a rising star in the fashion world who recently joined the Victoria’s Angels lineup.

But she had been in the fashion business for the longest being discovered by her agent at the tender age of fourteen when she was visiting marketplace in her hometown. It was one of those events that completely changed her life.

Robyn flicked her curly hair listening to their chatter. She didn’t know what compelled her to take part in this ’experiment’. Maybe because how well Anastasiya talked or she really like the photos she showed her but for some reason when she saw his face, she felt a spark which she never felt before.

Unlike them, she was barely in fashion circles. Since she was in school she always wanted to become a singer daring to produce her own music. In last few years, she could safely say that she had achieved her dream of becoming famous beyond her belief. If she walked out right now, eight out of ten people would recognize the nubian beauty.

She enjoyed immense success in her career but she wasn’t very lucky in her personal life. She struggled a lot not finishing the school which meant she had to some things which she wasn’t proud of to get recognized.

People always praised her unique voice calling her once in a generation talent but in those early years she had to work her butt off to get the recognition from the music labels. Even now, she would get unsavory comments about her heritage, nonetheless after a grammy and worldwide hit, no one could deny her talent!

" Maybe you are worried because of your boyfriend. I told you that he is not a good person but you seem to be smitten by him for years at this point. If you don’t want to go than you can head back. I am going." Miranda proclaimed.

What others didn’t know that Miranda knew Anastasiya personally. She also knew her past and the organization she was connected to. Anastasiya been in Paris for almost half a decade and had attended countless fashion events most of it for business purposes.

Such crowded environment was perfect for any secret talk and also a way for parties who had aversion to violence, meet in secret. Anastasiya also once helped Miranda get rid of a stalker few years back. They were about the same age so after their business they hit it off maintain a cordial relationship whenever they met in the future.

The reason why she accepted her ridiculous proposal was because she was curious. From what she knew about Anastasiya, that woman didn’t like any man much less advocate for one so animatedly. She knew there was something going on between her and that man and she wanted to find out what.

Anastasiya only promised them they would get to relax after the event at some remote location and she trusted her enough to know that they wouldn’t be harmed.

" You don’t have to say bad things about him. He is a good man-" Candice wanted to refute but Miranda cut her off again.

" Good enough to not get involved with your best friend? I mean if he loved you so much why wasn’t he here with you? Just accept it, he only likes you because you bring some much needed attention to his own career. He has been in the industry for a decade unlike you he achieved nothing and is only known for being your partner.

What’s more controversial is that you were not even eighteen at the time when you met him."

" Enough! No one is forcing anyone to go there. If you don’t like it, you can go back home. There is already a car waiting for you to take you back to the airport." Robyn chimed in hearing their senseless arguments. During these last few days, they got to know about each other and from what she had heard, Candice seemed to be influenced by this man a lot.

There was no use of arguing with what she believed, she would soon find out about the nature of their relationship. She also knew it wasn’t anyone place to tell her what to do with her personal life. They could separate amicably, unlike her, these three would need to work together in the future because they belong to the same agency.

" Excuse me." Suddenly they heard a voice. The last girl also arrived carrying a small rolling bag with her. All four of them didn’t know why Anastasiya chose her to begin with, she was quite and kept to herself for the whole week.

Unlike others, Robyn didn’t feel she could succeed in such a cutthroat industry. She thought about talking with her when they were alone, she didn’t want her to go through unpleasant experiences because of her submissive nature.

" Miss Disha, you are late. Let’s go." Miranda welcomed her with a smile. She first found it troubling to pronounce her name but that was normal. The fashion industry was like a large ocean where people from all around the world mingle for a spot of their own.

Being the oldest among the group, she had quite a lot of exotic friends but never someone from her country. With some training and some touch up, she could see her transform into something special. In the end, Candice separated from the group begrudgingly heading to the vehicle heading for the airport.

She was only following them to make an impression on the senior supermodels like Miranda but it seems they had many differing visions for the future, at least that’s what she would tell other if they asked about it.

Meanwhile, Robyn, Miranda, Disha and Kate climbed the SUV which was heading for the destination outside the city. They didn’t talk much during the journey but Miranda made a phone call to inform Anastasiya when they were in the vicinity. The dirt road leading them further inside the forest was particularly a worrisome sight.
