Hokage Teacher: With Dimensional Teacter System

Chapter 45: Chapter 46: Mastery of Yin Attribute Chakra Nature Transformation

With a swift motion, Kakashi appeared on the stage.

"Kakashi, do your best!" Rin Nohara cheered for him.

Watching Kakashi use the Body Flicker Technique to get on stage, Obito felt envious. "Such a show-off. I've got to learn the Body Flicker Technique too."

"Kakashi Hatake is no ordinary competitor. He's one of Konoha's renowned prodigies. If I recall correctly, this is your second time participating in this competition, isn't it?" The host gave Kakashi a slightly more detailed introduction due to his fame.

"Yes," Kakashi responded coolly, maintaining his aloof demeanor.

"Kakashi Hatake, what jutsu will you be demonstrating today?" the host asked.

"Earth-Style: Earth Wall," Kakashi replied.

Once the host stepped back, Kakashi swiftly formed hand seals, and his chakra surged.

"Earth-Style: Earth Wall!"

As Kakashi executed the jutsu, the ground trembled slightly. A thick, solid wall rose steadily behind him, massive in both height and width.

"This level of Earth-Style ninjutsu..." A judge stared at the long, solid Earth Wall in amazement, momentarily lost in thought.

Ordinarily, such a powerful display of ninjutsu would earn an automatic perfect score. However, with one perfect score already given, awarding another would complicate the rankings. After some deliberation, the judge reluctantly raised the sign displaying a perfect "10."

"This guy is as freakishly skilled as ever," Asuma muttered, unsurprised by Kakashi's prowess.

"Beating Kakashi in a ninjutsu contest will require even more effort," Guy reflected, recalling a prior sparring match where Kakashi's overwhelming strength left little room for counterattack.

Seeing one of the judges award a perfect score, Obito began to worry. If Kakashi also received a perfect score, how would the first-place winner be determined?

"Ten, ten, ten. Kakashi Hatake's total score is 30! Incredible! This is the second perfect score of the day, marking the first time in the competition's history that two contestants have achieved perfect scores!" The host exclaimed.

The caliber of participants in this competition was unusually high. Two perfect scores in one day were unprecedented. For context, someone like Tetsuka Uchiha, whose skills were formidable, could have easily claimed first place in the last competition.

"What rotten luck," Tetsuka grumbled, frustrated. He had initially believed he stood a chance at first place, only to be pushed down to third.

Still, he couldn't deny the legitimacy of the results. Both Kakashi and Obito's performances were genuinely superior.

"It's a pity you didn't participate, Shisui. You'd surely have earned a perfect score too," Tetsuka remarked.

Tetsuka had great faith in Shisui. Though older than Shisui by two years, he acknowledged Shisui's superior talent.

Shisui simply smiled, choosing not to comment. He had no interest in the competition and, knowing how much Obito desired first place, saw no need to participate.

"Are you satisfied now? If you want to defeat me, you'll need a few more years of training," Kakashi remarked as he descended from the stage.

"What are you bragging about? We both scored 30 points, and I scored first! By that logic, I win," Obito argued indignantly.

"You scored 30 points because that's your limit. I scored 30 points because it's the maximum," Kakashi retorted calmly.

"You...!" Obito stammered, his face flushing red.

"Alright, you're both amazing. No need to argue," Rin said with a helpless smile, stepping between the two.

Meanwhile, nearby, the event organizers and merchants gathered to discuss the tie.

"What do we do with two perfect scores? How do we determine the winner?"

"Why not hold a tiebreaker? Have them perform another jutsu," one merchant suggested.

"That could work, but it seems unfair. Obito is still a student, and mastering even one Fire-Style jutsu at this level is already remarkable," another merchant countered.

"Why not declare them co-champions?" a new voice interjected.

The merchants turned to see a blonde-haired man wearing a forehead protector standing beside them.

"You could use the dual championship as a promotional opportunity to offer discounts and attract more customers," the man suggested with a smile.

The merchants considered the idea and quickly agreed. It was a clever strategy to boost foot traffic to the shopping district, perfectly aligning with the competition's primary goal of increasing sales. After all, the prize money for first place was only 8,000 ryō.

"You seem to have a knack for business. Ever thought about opening a shop here?" one merchant asked the man.

"No, thank you. I'm just a passing Chūnin. This competition is fantastic for encouraging the village's youth to train harder," the man said with a smile before departing.

He had intervened solely to ensure Obito's victory. If there had been a tiebreaker, Obito would undoubtedly lose to Kakashi.

With the last competitor's performance concluded, the final rankings were announced.

"First place: Obito Uchiha. First place: Kakashi Hatake. Second place: Tetsuka Uchiha..."

Thanks to the blonde man's suggestion, Obito and Kakashi were declared co-champions.

"You got lucky this time, but I'll definitely beat you next time," Obito declared, still exhilarated by his victory.

"When your strength matches your mouth, maybe you'll manage it," Kakashi quipped, his sharp tongue leaving Obito speechless.

Despite Kakashi's remarks, Obito couldn't stop grinning. Holding his first-place reward—a beautifully crafted silver kunai and 8,000 ryō—he was overjoyed.

At the moment the rankings were announced, Obito's training mission was also completed.

[Disciple Obito Uchiha's training mission completed. Rewards received: Chakra +800, Ninjutsu Proficiency Scroll, Yin Attribute Chakra Nature Transformation (Proficient).]

Seeing the notification, the blonde man's expression softened. The rich rewards justified his 20 days of effort.

Eight hundred chakra points alone would have required forty B-level mission completions.

The Ninjutsu Proficiency Scroll was another excellent prize, capable of instantly elevating any learned jutsu to proficiency level.

But the Yin Attribute Chakra Nature Transformation was the most satisfying reward of all. Among chakra transformations, Yin and Yang were exceptionally difficult to master. As the knowledge of Yin Chakra Nature Transformation flooded his mind, the man couldn't help but smile.

Opening his stats panel, he began reviewing his updated data.
