HINATA IS BROKEN

Chapter 38: Chapter 38: Is This Rasengan? No, It's A Big Spiral Wheel

Time flowed by in the blink of an eye.

Inside Naruto Uzumaki's body, the Nine Tails savored every moment of the boy's frustration. Whenever Naruto struggled to control his chakra or failed to gather it into a sphere, the beast chuckled inwardly, brimming with satisfaction.

"Serves him right!" thought the fox with a smug expression. "If I don't teach this brat a lesson, he'll continue thinking he can boss me around."

Naruto's persistent attempts to practice Rasengan became a source of daily entertainment for the fox. Each failure seemed to deepen its sense of pride.

"I'll let him stew a bit longer," the Nine Tails mused. "Maybe, if he learns some humility, I'll help him with the missing details later. Maybe."

---

Meanwhile, at the Hokage's office, Sarutobi Hiruzen met with Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura to discuss the upcoming graduation of the new generation of Genin.

"Here's the tentative class placement," said Sarutobi, handing over a detailed list of names.

The trio, who had worked together for decades, began reviewing the document. However, the atmosphere quickly grew tense when Koharu's expression soured.

"Hiruzen, what's the meaning of this?" she snapped, slamming the papers onto the table. "You're allowing Naruto Uzumaki to graduate?"

"He is a ninja of Konoha. He follows the same rules as everyone else," replied Sarutobi calmly, puffing on his pipe.

"This is unacceptable!" Koharu retorted. "Naruto is the Nine Tails' Jinchūriki. Letting him leave the village is far too dangerous. What if enemy nations target him?"

Despite the pushback, Sarutobi's resolve remained firm. "Kakashi will lead his team. I trust him to handle any situation."

Their heated discussion was interrupted by a thunderous explosion echoing from the direction of the village's back mountain.

"What's that noise?" Koharu asked, alarmed.

Sarutobi immediately summoned an Anbu operative, who confirmed that the source of the disturbance was the back mountain.

"Not good!" Sarutobi exclaimed, his thoughts racing. Could this be an enemy attack? Or worse, had Naruto's training spiraled out of control?

---

Back at the scene of the explosion, the once-tranquil lake in the back mountain had been utterly transformed. The water now cascaded into a massive crater, and the surrounding trees lay scattered in a chaotic mess.

Sarutobi Hiruzen arrived at the scene alongside Anbu operatives, his heart sinking at the devastation before him.

"Third Hokage, this looks like a large-scale explosion," one Anbu member remarked.

Sarutobi shot him a look that clearly said, I'm old, not blind. His irritation was short-lived, however, as his concern for Naruto overshadowed all else.

"Search the area immediately!" he commanded. "And find Naruto!"

---

Elsewhere, in Naruto's modest home, the young ninja panted heavily, staring at his hands in awe.

"Man, I might've gone overboard this time," he muttered.

Inside him, the Nine Tails was equally dumbfounded. It had expected Naruto to flounder endlessly without the key information for mastering Rasengan. Yet, against all odds, the boy had stumbled upon something extraordinary.

Naruto's dogged determination had led him to an unconventional approach. He discovered that heavily compressing chakra right from the start made it easier to keep it stable. However, this method required far more chakra than normal, forcing Naruto to tap into the Nine Tails' chakra to supplement his own reserves.

The result was a densely compressed purple sphere that, while unstable, had immense destructive power. When Naruto realized the ball was about to explode, he instinctively hurled it into the nearby lake, causing the massive detonation that now had the entire village on high alert.

---

Naruto, blissfully unaware of the commotion he had caused, beamed with excitement.

"Wow! This Rasengan is incredible!" he exclaimed. "Thanks, Big Fox! You're a way better teacher than Iruka-sensei."

The Nine Tails' jaw practically hit the floor.

"That's not a Rasengan!" it wanted to shout, but pride held its tongue. If word got out that the so-called "mighty Nine Tails" had inadvertently helped Naruto develop a completely new ninjutsu, it would never live it down.

Instead, the fox cleared its throat and said, "Ahem. Brat, I hate to break it to you, but what you just made isn't Rasengan."

"Huh?" Naruto frowned. "Then what is it?"

The fox hesitated before responding, "Well, it's… um… a new ninjutsu! Yeah, that's right. You accidentally invented a new technique."

Naruto's eyes lit up. "Really? I made my own jutsu?"

"Of course," the Nine Tails replied, feigning nonchalance. "Not bad for a stupid human like you. But now you need to give it a proper name."

Naruto rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "Hmm… how about… the Big Spiral Wheel?"

The fox winced. "You have the creativity of a rock, but fine. Call it whatever you want."

---

As Sarutobi Hiruzen watched the events unfold through his crystal ball, he couldn't decide whether to laugh or cry.

Naruto had certainly caused a massive disturbance, but the sheer ingenuity behind his accidental creation was undeniable.

"Kushina," Sarutobi muttered under his breath, "your son truly takes after you—reckless, stubborn, and full of surprises."

Little did anyone know, Naruto's journey with his "Big Spiral Wheel" had only just begun. The path to mastering the true Rasengan would be long and challenging, but for now, the village's most unpredictable ninja had made yet another mark on history.
