Chapter 373: Supremes’ Army Meets the Devil Horde
The alliance under the four Supremes gathered quickly.
Orders were shouted, weapons were checked, and soon an army of soldiers stood ready.
Each of them wore a special suit designed to resist the corrosive ether of the Devil Nest.
The Hero Supreme raised his hand. "Today, we march into the core area."
"We will crush the Heavenly Demon Sect before they can spread further."
The Beastman Supreme growled, slamming his fist against his chest.
"Kill them all. Take their method. End this madness."
The soldiers roared in answer, their armor clanking as they prepared to move.
But before they could take their first step, the ground shook.
From deep inside the Devil Nest, a terrifying roar echoed.
The sound rattled bones and made the soldiers flinch.
The Mage Supreme's eyes widened."That roar… it's not a normal devil."
The earth cracked open, and then it began.
Countless devils surged out of the nest like a black tide.
Their claws scraped against stone, their fangs gleamed, and their bodies were covered in Zain's demonic ether.
"Hold the line!" the Cultivator Supreme shouted, drawing his weapon.
The soldiers raised their shields, but the horde slammed into them with terrifying force.
Screams rang out as formations broke.
And then, above the devils, came the true nightmare.
On top of the beasts were dozens of sect girls, each one riding a devil like a war steed.
They raised strange black guns, infused with demonic ether.
"Fire!" one of them shouted.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The air was filled with gunfire.
But these weren't normal bullets. They glowed black and green, sizzling as they flew.
Every shot carried corrosive ether, and when the bullets hit shields or armor, they melted instantly like burning acid.
One soldier screamed as his shield dissolved in his hand.
Another fell as his armor cracked and melted, his skin smoking.
"They're… they're using corrupted weapons!" a soldier yelled in panic.
The Hero Supreme's face darkened. "Brace yourselves! Don't falter! Push them back!"
But the girls only laughed, their whips cracking, their blades flashing, their bullets tearing through the lines.
The devils howled louder, slamming into soldiers and scattering them like toys.
From behind the horde, Velra's playful voice rang out as her whip cracked.
"Let's see how long you can last against us!"
Above the battlefield, Savra spread her arms wide.
"Burn them all! Leave nothing standing!" she shouted, her fire sweeping forward.
The Cultivator Supreme stepped forward, his eyes narrowing.
"Do you think you can defeat us with mere devils?"
He slammed his palm into the ground.[Grand Celestial Array].
The earth shook and the sky rippled. A massive glowing array spread across the battlefield.
His allies roared as their strength and defense doubled, while the devils staggered as heavy pressure crushed them from above and below.
The Hero Supreme raised his hand, golden light bursting from his armor.
[Eternal Bastion],a holy fortress, appeared around their forces.
Radiant walls rose high, giving his allies defense, regeneration, and courage.
Enemy movement slowed, their strength drained by the holy light.
The Beastman Supreme growled, his claws slashing through the air.
[Crimson Hunt Territory], blood-red mist poured out, filling the air with killing intent.
Enemies were forced into fear, their strength weakening.
But to his surprise, the Heavenly Demon Sect girls only smiled.
Not a trace of fear touched them. His eyes widened. "Damn it! Why doesn't it work?"
The Mage Supreme's staff glowed as countless runes formed in the air.
[Arcane Dominion], a massive rune circle, covered the ground.
Ether swirled more smoothly, spells cast faster and sharper.
Fireballs and lightning bolts rained down as other mages joined in, boosted by her domain.
For a moment, the four True Supremes' powers overlapped, turning the battlefield into their perfect stage.
Devils stumbled, Heavenly Demon Sect girls were forced back, and the fortress-like aura made the Supremes feel unstoppable.
But then Zain stepped forward, his crimson eyes glowing faintly. He looked around, then smirked.
"Impressive. Your domains are powerful. But too bad…"
He raised his hand. The ground beneath them pulsed black and red, spreading outward.
The air turned heavy, the walls of the Hero's fortress cracked, and the arrays dimmed.
"This area," Zain said, "already belongs to me."
His aura flared violently.
[Heavenly Demon Sect], his territory swallowed everything, the devil nest ether twisting to his will.
He tilted his head, mocking. "Why don't we make this fair for you?"
With a single motion, the domains of the four Supremes shattered.
Their auras collapsed instantly, the glowing fortress fading, the rune circle breaking, the bloody mist vanishing, and even the celestial array crumbling.
The Supremes froze, shocked.
"What?!" the Hero Supreme shouted. "How did our domains vanish?!"
The Cultivator Supreme clenched his fists, his face dark. "This… this is impossible!"
The Mage Supreme staggered back, her staff trembling in her hands. "Our domains… erased?"
Velra tilted her head and gave a teasing smirk.
She cracked her whip against the ground, making the soldiers nearby flinch.
"Don't worry too much about it. Our boss just banned domains in this place. To be fair, we can't use ours either."
Savra crossed her arms, flames sparking between her fingers as her crimson hair swayed in the wind.
"But I don't think we need domains to deal with you."
The four Supremes frowned deeply, their auras flaring in frustration.
At that moment, a soft breeze cut through the battlefield.
A faint shimmer appeared behind Velra and Savra, and suddenly Zelia stepped forward.
Her calm steps echoed against the broken ground, her blade already in her hand.
Her cold eyes scanned the four Supremes.
"I want to take on those two," she said quietly, pointing her sword at the Hero and the Cultivator.
"They should be the strongest ones."
Velra laughed lightly, swinging her whip back over her shoulder.
"Okay, big sis. That leaves me with the Mage. Perfect."
"I've been wanting to play with another girl like before."
The Mage Supreme's eyes narrowed, her grip tightening on her staff.
Savra rolled her shoulders and snapped her fingers, a burst of flame igniting around her body.
"Then I'll take the Beastman. Let's see if his body is really strong enough to endure my sacred flame."
The Beastman Supreme growled, his fangs bared. "You'll regret those words, flame witch."
Zain, standing in the back with his hands folded behind him, simply smirked. His crimson eyes glowed faintly.
"Good. Each of you, show them the strength of the Heavenly Demon Sect."
The battlefield tensed, the clash about to explode once again.
