Hero Hack: Reversing Heroes and Raising Harem

Chapter 365: Scar of the Old Sect

The other three Supremes stared at the Cultivator Supreme, surprise clear on their faces.

The Mage Supreme tapped her staff against the floor, her brow furrowed. "How can this be? The name is the same."

"Could this new force truly be connected to the old sect? Perhaps… the heir of that sect?"

The Hero Supreme leaned forward, his fist tightening on the table.

"If that is true, then this is not some new group."

"This is the return of something that should have been erased long ago. This is bad. Very bad."

The Beastman Supreme slammed his clawed hand onto the table, his teeth bared in anger.

"Then all the more reason to crush them now before they rise again! Better to kill weeds while they're still small."

The Mage Supreme shook her head slowly, her staff glowing faintly.

"But you saw the scout's report. That woman alone killed a Supreme-level devil with a single strike. If they truly have more members like her…"

The Hero Supreme scowled, his armored fingers drumming on the table.

"That's exactly why they must be destroyed quickly. If we wait, they will only grow stronger."

The Cultivator Supreme raised a hand, his eyes narrowing. "Do not be so hasty."

"If they truly practice the demonic cultivation art of the old Heavenly Demon Sect, then the corrosive ether here will not harm them."

"The Devil Nest, which poisons us, is nothing but nourishment to them. In other words… this place is their playground, not ours."

The room fell into silence for a moment.

The Beastman Supreme's tail lashed against the stone floor.

"Tch. That means every step we take here puts us at a disadvantage."

The Mage Supreme bit her lip, then spoke softly. "And if they really are descendants or survivors of the old sect, then perhaps…"

"They have been waiting for this moment. To reclaim what once was theirs."

The Hero Supreme's eyes hardened. "Then we cannot let them succeed. The Alliance cannot tolerate such a threat rising again."

The Cultivator Supreme nodded slowly, his hands folded behind his back. "I agree. But rushing into war will not be wise."

"The Alliance will suffer great losses if we fight them now without knowing their strength."

The Mage Supreme tilted her head, her staff glowing faintly as she spoke.

"Then what do you suggest? We cannot simply sit and watch them grow stronger."

The Hero Supreme leaned closer, his eyes sharp.

"Exactly. If we delay, they will spread their roots deeper. So tell us, what should we do?"

The Cultivator Supreme looked at each of them in turn, his expression calm but serious.

"The best move is not war. At least, not yet. First, we go into the Core and meet them face-to-face."

The Beastman Supreme's claws scraped against the table as he growled.

"Meet them? You want us to talk instead of fight?"

The Cultivator Supreme held his ground."Yes. If they are truly strong, then we can negotiate."

"Let them stay in the Devil Nest, as long as they never step out of it."

"We can leave this cursed place to them. After all, it has always been their kind's domain."

The Mage Supreme frowned, her grip tightening on her staff.

"And if they refuse? Or if they claim more than the Core?"

The Cultivator Supreme's eyes narrowed, his voice cold. "Then the situation changes."

"If they are weak, or if they dare to step out of the Devil Nest, the place outside will become our playground."

"And we will crush them without mercy."

The Beastman Supreme let out a harsh laugh, his fangs gleaming.

"Hah! That is more like it. If they show weakness, I'll be the first to tear them apart."

The Hero Supreme sat back, his armor creaking as he crossed his arms.

"Very well. Then it's settled. We send word to prepare… and soon, we step into the Core ourselves."

The Mage Supreme exhaled, looking uneasy.

"Let us hope they can be reasoned with. If not… then blood will spill."

The chamber grew quiet again, the weight of the decision heavy on them all.

---

Zain stood at the centre of the Devil Nest, inside what was now the Heavenly Demon Sect's base.

The buildings had been rebuilt from the ground up. Training grounds echoed with the sound of strikes.

A large kitchen and dining hall filled the air with warmth and voices.

Around the sect, a huge circular stable had been raised.

Inside it, devils paced and growled, tamed into livestock.

They were food, walls, and guardians all at once.

Zain looked over it all with a smirk."This is only the beginning," he said quietly to himself.

Velra walked up beside him, "You've outdone yourself, Master. From ruins to a fortress in just weeks."

Savra leaned against a nearby wall, arms crossed, smirking.

"Hmph. It looks less like a fortress and more like a kingdom already. You even made pets out of devils. Bold as always."

Zelia stood calmly near the training area, her sword resting on her shoulder.

"It's organised. Strong. A true sect foundation."

Zain's smile widened. "Of course. This is my sect. I need to make it amazing. And also it's not over yet."

He turned and looked at the glowing runes behind him.

A massive teleportation gate pulsed with power.

"I built this device to link our base here to the one in B-Zone. From now on, there will be no gap between us."

He gave the order, and one after another, girls began to appear through the light.

They looked around in awe at the massive base inside the Core.

Velra grinned, her eyes lighting up."Ah… finally, some familiar faces. The sisters from B-Zone are here."

Savra tilted her head, amused. "So this is what you've been hiding, Zain. Not just four of us… but a whole army of women."

The Hero-hunting girls from B-Zone bowed their heads.

Many of them wore collars glowing faintly with Zain's mark.

"Master," one of them said, "we've come as you ordered."

Zain looked over them. His eyes burned with quiet pride.

"Good. You are no longer just survivors. From now on, you are members of the Heavenly Demon Sect."

The numbers had grown beyond what anyone would expect.

Before Zain had entered A-Zone, the sect only had 303 members.

Now, with those rescued, recruited, or drawn to him, the number had already reached thousands.

Velra chuckled and leaned against him playfully. "Thousands of loyal sisters, all under you. If this isn't a true sect, then what is?"

Savra gave a low laugh, flicking her finger as a flame danced over her hand.

"From the way they look at you, I'd say you've already stolen their hearts. Demon indeed."

Zelia simply nodded, her calm voice carrying more weight than any teasing.

"With numbers, training, and leadership… the Heavenly Demon Sect can no longer be ignored."

Zain raised his hand, and the entire hall fell silent. All eyes turned to him.

"From this moment," he said, his voice cold and certain, "the Heavenly Demon Sect is no longer a hidden name."

"We are a true sect. This is our home, our fortress, and our future. No one will take it from us."

The members shouted together, their voices shaking the walls of the Devil Nest.

"Heavenly Demon Sect!"
