Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 196: Rakir’s Flames of Rebellion

Inside the Revalis Clan's main building, the entire hall trembled from the force of mana clashing.

Several elders were pushed back, boots scraping against the floor as they struggled to stand their ground.

One of them shouted in disbelief.

"Grand Elder Rakir... what do you mean by this?!"

Another slammed his palm on the ground to steady himself.

"How dare you attack us?! We are your fellow elders!"

Rakie stood at the center of the hall. His face was filled with arrogance.

"How dare I?"

He laughed hard and then shouted.

"How dare you! You fools still cling to Raviel like blind dogs!"

He stomped once and released a heavy pressure with his domain, forcing some elders down to one knee.

One elder gritted his teeth, sweat dripping down his chin.

"Rakir! Have you lost your mind?! Raviel is your Patriarch!"

Rakir laughed loudly.

"Patriarch? Don't make me laugh! That brat only gained that position because the previous Patriarch chose him!"

He pointed at the elders with a shaking finger full of rage.

"But now? Raviel is dead. His corpse is probably rotting somewhere."

The elders flinched, some gasping, some trembling with anger.

"That's a lie!"

"You don't know that!"

Rakir grinned darkly.

"Oh, but I do. Once he's dead, the clan needs a stronger leader... someone like me."

He spread his arms wide, letting his aura explode.

"And today, I will remove all the trash who still sides with Raviel!"

A few elders slowly stepped forward, forming a defensive stance despite shaking legs.

"If you think we'll let you take over by force…"

"…then we'll drag you down with us!"

Rakir's grin only widened.

"Good. Come and try."

He slammed his foot into the floor, and he fully opened his domain.

[Blazing Tyrant Domain]

Flames began to cover and change the whole building into a domain of flames.

Several elders were blasted backward, hitting pillars and crashing onto the ground.

"Agh!"

"His… domain… It's too strong!"

Even third-realm elders tried to stand, but their knees buckled under the overwhelming pressure.

Rakir sneered as he slowly walked toward them.

"Pathetic! You call yourselves elders of Revalis?"

One elder struggled to rise, arms shaking violently.

"Rakir… this power… When did you reach this level?"

Rakir laughed, lifting his chin smugly.

"While that brat Raviel wasted time trying to 'better the clan,' I cultivated. I grew stronger and strong enough to claim what should've been mine from the start."

He waved his hand lazily, sending a whip of flame crashing into three elders at once.

BAM!!

They were sent flying, rolling across the burning floor.

Rakir clicked his tongue.

"Trash. All of you... are trash."

He stretched his arms wide, letting the flames swirl and rise behind him like a giant inferno.

"From today onward, the Revalis Clan belongs to me, Rakir!"

The surviving elders, bruised and coughing, glared up at him through the shimmering heat.

Their bodies trembled, but their eyes were saying that they refused to bow.

Rakir sneered at their stubbornness.

But before he could speak again...

FWIP

Someone rushed into the hall and quickly dropped to one knee.

"Grand Elder Rakir!" The man shouted, panting hard.

"Elder Ralom has failed! He couldn't destroy the God Gym in the town!"

The room fell silent for a heartbeat.

Rakir's eye twitched.

"…What did you just say?"

The messenger swallowed.

"E-Elder Ralom was defeated. The gym still stands… and the people inside are unharmed."

Rakir's aura erupted like exploding oil.

"HOW?! Those brats? Those weaklings?!"

He stamped the ground, cracking it beneath his heel.

"Ralom is a second-realm peak elder! Even if he's weak, he shouldn't lose to a bunch of children!"

An elder on the floor snorted faintly.

"Maybe your men… aren't as strong as you think."

Rakir whipped his head toward him.

"Say that again and I'll burn your tongue off."

The elder spat blood but grinned.

"Do it. Raviel will come back soon. And when he does..."

Rakir cut him off with a blazing kick to the chest.

BAM!!

The man flew into a pillar, coughing violently.

Rakir turned back to the messenger, eyes blazing.

"Go," he growled.

"Take every elder who can still fight."

The messenger nodded shakily.

"Y-Yes, Grand Elder..."

Rakir leaned in, his voice sharp like a blade.

"And burn that place down."

The messenger paled, but he didn't dare hesitate. He turned to run.

Rakir crossed his arms, flames swirling higher.

"Let's see how long Raviel's toys can last."

---

Rynar and Rynor stood at the entrance of the God Gym, arms crossed.

The city around them… was turning quiet.

People hurried into their houses, whispering in fear as they glanced toward the twins.

Rynor tilted his head.

"Looks like everyone got the memo."

Rynar chuckled, brushing his thumb along the edge of his jaw.

"Yeah. They know something big is coming… so they ran."

Rynor rolled his shoulders.

"Good. Fewer people to worry about. Less mess."

Rynar nodded.

"And more space to punch whoever's coming."

Both twins shared a grin.

Then they heard it.

THUMP. THUMP. THUMP.

The low rumbling of soldiers moving in formation.

The twins slowly turned their heads toward the distant street.

Figures began to emerge from the smoke-like haze of dust.

All of them were the elders of the Revalis Clan and have at least the power of the peak second realm.

Their faces were also cold, confident, and dripping with killing intent.

Rynor smirked.

"Ohh… they sent a whole welcoming party."

Rynar cracked his knuckles, eyes lighting up.

"Better than I expected."

More figures appeared, and all of them were marching toward the gym.

Rynor snorted.

"Are they stupid? They should've sent more."

Rynar raised an eyebrow.

"More? Thirty is a lot."

Rynor shrugged.

"Yeah, but they're not us."

Both twins stepped forward, blocking the entrance to the gym.

Rynar exhaled slowly, lifting his hands into a loose combat stance.

"Alright… Revalis traitors."

Rynor mirrored him perfectly, electricity crackling faintly around his arms.

"Come on," he said, eyes sharpening. "Let's warm up before Master arrives."
