Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

Chapter 194: The Fall of Revalis Begins

The training hall inside the gym in Revalis Clan town was strangely not that loud.

The only ones who were training here were the members of the Revalis Clan, and even then, not all of them trained here.

Most of them had stopped showing up the moment Patriarch Raviel left.

Without him around, the lazy ones lost all motivation, and the ones who stayed...

They were the ones who truly wanted to grow stronger, just like Raviel.

Even Ragric and Rovric were here, drenched in sweat as they pushed through their sets.

Ragric grunted, slamming down his dumbbells.

"Again!"

Rovric wiped his forehead with the back of his arm.

"If we lose to the twins again, I'll never hear the end of it."

Across the room, Rynar and Rynor were doing barbell curls while keeping an eye on them.

Rynar nudged his brother, smirking.

"Look at them suffering. Kinda feels good, huh?"

Rynor stretched his shoulders, pretending to think.

"After all those years of bullying? Yeah… this is nice."

Both twins chuckled and immediately yelled toward the brothers.

"LOWER, Ragric! That's not a full push-up!"

"Rovric, FIX your form! Your back is bending like a shrimp!"

Rovric clicked his tongue but corrected himself.

Ragric glared, jaw tight, but still followed.

They hated being ordered around by the twins, but still...

They knew that the twins had become stronger because of this kind of training, so they could only follow.

On the other side, Rika and Rena were guiding the other members through sit-ups and barbell squats.

Their calm voices balanced out the twins' loud corrections.

Even so…

Rynar looked around and sighed.

"It's still too empty."

Rynor nodded while adjusting his grip on the barbell.

"What can we do? Until Master and Patriarch Raviel return, nobody's coming."

He exhaled and placed the bar back on the rack.

"But the moment news spreads that Patriarch won his fight…"

He smirked.

"This place is going to explode."

Rynar grinned, bouncing lightly on his heels.

"Yeah. After that, every member will crawl in here begging for training."

Rynor crossed his arms.

"Good. Then we can bully them properly with proper form this time."

Both twins laughed, their voices echoing across the nearly empty gym.

Then suddenly the gym's door was opened, and an old man stepped inside.

Rynar cracked his knuckles.

"Well, well… A new victim showed up."

Rynor grinned.

"Rika, Rena. Go handle the customer."

Rika and Rena walked over with relaxed smiles.

"Welcome..."

But before they could finish, the old man suddenly shouted.

"From now on... this so-called gym is CLOSED!"

Rika's and Rena's smiles immediately disappeared.

Rika frowned.

"What did you just say, old man?"

Rena stepped forward.

"This gym was built by Master Garion and personally approved by Patriarch Raviel. Who do you think you're talking to?"

The old man laughed, bending forward slightly as if mocking them.

"Raviel? You think that brat is coming back? Hah! Don't make me laugh, girls."

Rika narrowed her eyes. "Say it clearly."

He smirked.

"Raviel and your so-called 'Master Garion' are probably dead by now. And that means…"

His hand shot forward, a sharp burst of mana exploding toward them.

Rika and Rena jumped back instantly, skidding across the floor.

Rynar and Rynor rushed toward the entrance.

"What the hell?! Who are you?!"

The old man straightened his back proudly.

"Listen, kids. I am Elder Ralom. From today on, the Revalis Clan answers only to Grand Elder Rakir."

His smile twisted into something cruel.

"And my job is simple... Erase everything connected to Raviel."

The twins froze for a moment, unable to believe what they heard.

Rynar clenched his fists.

"What… a rebellion? Now?!"

Rena nodded quickly.

"It seems so. The clan has turned against Patriarch Raviel."

Rynor shouted.

"But Patriarch left for only two weeks! How can they dare betray him?!"

Rika gritted her teeth.

"Elder Ralom said Patriarch Raviel and Master Garion died."

Both twins stared at her and then burst out laughing.

Rynar slammed his foot on the ground.

"Dead? Master Garion? No chance."

Rynor shrugged, confidence burning in his eyes.

"Master is the strongest person we've ever seen. Unless the world exploded, he's not dying."

The twins turned back to Elder Ralom, expressions sharp.

Rynar smirked.

"Alright then…"

Rynor raised his fists.

"We'll protect the gym. No matter what."

Rika and Rena moved to stand beside them.

The four disciples tightened their stances, getting ready to protect the gym.

---

Garion sat on the edge of the flying ship, legs dangling casually over the side.

Then suddenly a new system screen appeared, surprising him.

"…Huh? What now?"

[System Alert]

[Emergency Detected: Revalis Branch's God Gym is under attack.]

[New Mission Objective:]

[Defeat Grand Elder Rakir]

[Protect Revalis Branch's God Gym]

[Secure all Revalis Origins]

[Reward: Surprise]

Garion's eyes widened for half a second before a slow grin spread across his face.

"Ohhh… so that old brute finally snapped."

He stood up, stretched his arms, and hopped toward the railing.

His ship flew side-by-side with Raviel's, close enough that he could shout across.

Garion cupped his hands around his mouth.

"Raviel! We need to go faster!"

Raviel, who was talking with Rendric, turned sharply, frowning.

"Why? Did something happen?"

Garion pointed in the direction of the Revalis Clan.

"Your grand elder's rebelling right now. And he's attacking the God Gym."

Raviel's eyes went round.

"What?! How do you know that?!"

Garion smirked. "I have my own way."

He tapped the screen with one finger.

"I only know that the Revalis branch gym is being attacked. So we need to hurry unless you want your clan to burn itself down."

Raviel gritted his teeth. His hands curled into fists as he forced his ship to accelerate.

Aveline stepped forward beside him, her expression stiff.

"How can it happen today? Could it be..."

Garion shrugged lightly.

"Seems like your grand elder and his grand elder are working together."

Aveline's eyes narrowed, her jaw tightening.

"I see… so this is why Agram was so confident earlier."

Garion smirked again, eyes sharpening.

"Well… looks like we'll clean two messes in one day."
