Chapter 188: You Messed In The Wrong Day
Garion was just about to step forward when another old guy appeared beside Agram.
He had the same ugly look and twisted grin just like Agram.
Dahlia's face darkened.
"Another one...?
Agram smriekd proudly, pointing toward Raviel.
"Raviel, don't think you can beat me today."
Raviel narrowed his eyes.
"I wasn't planning to lose to you at all."
Agram laughed loudly.
"You just fought Aveline, and both of you must have been really tired, and of course, Aveline was injured. Neither of you can win against me now."
He lifted his hand towards the newcomer.
"And to make sure of it... I even brought some help from outside."
The second ugly elder stepped forward with a crooked smile.
Agram smirked wider.
"Meet him, Elder Kalzor."
Kalzor cracked his neck and let out a rough laugh.
"Finally. I'll get any woman I want after this, right?"
Agram nodded.
"Of course. Anyone you desire."
Kalzor licked his lips, eyes sliding toward Aveline.
"Even the Matriarch herself, right?"
Agram clapped his hands.
"Of course. She'll be yours. After all, we're remaking the clan."
Gasps filled the arena.
The female members backed away, fear on their faces.
Aveline, still pinned by the vine, glared murderously.
"You filthy animals…"
Raviel clenched his jaw, fists shaking.
"You… you dare talk about her like that?"
Agram shrugged with a mocking smile.
"Why not? She's lost her value."
Raviel's aura burst instantly, flames roaring around him.
"Say that again! I'll cut off your...!"
Kalzor raised his hand lazily.
"Relax, Raviel. You can barely stand."
Raviel stumbled slightly as he was pretty exhausted from the ultimate attack.
Garion stepped forward one step.
Both elders turned to him in confusion.
He smiled warmly.
"Oh good. Two of you."
He loosened his shoulders.
"You just saved me time."
Agram snorted.
"And who exactly are you? Some muscle-head from a low-level sect?"
Garion's grin widened.
"You'll find out soon."
Arden, watching from behind, whispered.
"Master… you're really going to fight both?"
Garion cracked his knuckles.
"Of course."
Raviel frowned.
"Garion! Don't get reckless. They're at Third Realm."
Garion winked.
"Then it'll be fun."
Kalzor narrowed his eyes.
"Do you really think you can handle the two of us? You're just a..."
Garion cut him off with a smirk.
"Before we start… I need to thank you."
Agram blinked. "Thank me? For what?"
Garion pointed at Arden.
"For giving me the perfect excuse to beat the living shit out of you."
Arden gulped.
"Oh no… Master's going full mode…"
Dahlia crossed her arms, a grin spreading.
"Dead men walking."
Eliza sighed softly. "Pity."
Clara laughed. "Nah, they deserve it."
Agram and Kalzor glared at Garion, mana flaring.
Garion smiled calmly.
"Shall we begin?"
But before he could take another step, Arden suddenly inhaled deeply and moved forward.
Everyone turned toward him in surprise.
Arden clenched his fists, his shoulders trembling, but his eyes were steady.
"Master… let me handle Agram."
Garion raised an eyebrow. "You sure?"
Arden nodded firmly.
"I've awakened my [Unique Physique]. I won't run anymore. I should be able to fight him… and…"
His voice hardened.
"…I want to."
Aveline looked at him in shock.
"Arden…"
Agram scoffed.
"You think you can beat me, brat? You couldn't even stand up to the men of your own clan before."
Arden didn't even blink, and his expression turned cold.
"That was before."
He took a step closer, green aura rippling behind him like living leaves.
"Now I'm different."
Garion smirked with pride.
"Good. Then take your revenge."
Arden nodded once.
Garion pointed his thumb toward Kalzor.
"And leave this ugly bastard to me."
Kalzor flinched.
"WHAT did you just call me?!"
Garion sighed.
"You're ugly. It's not an insult. It's just information."
Clara snorted. Eliza covered her mouth. Dahlia grinned openly.
Raviel, even while injured, laughed under his breath.
"That's Garion for you…"
Agram laughed darkly.
"Arden, you think awakening some nature power makes you strong? You're still worthless."
Arden raised his hand and pointed straight at Agram.
"Come then."
He lowered into a natural and straightforward stance.
"I'm going to beat you, Agram. Not just for me… but for my mother."
Agram's smile faded.
Garion stepped back beside his other disciples, cracking his knuckles.
"Well then…"
He looked at Kalzor, grinning from ear to ear.
"Let's start the first round."
Kalzor stepped forward, veins bulging.
"You'll regret picking me."
Garion shrugged.
"Unlikely."
And then, he raised a finger.
"Wait a minute."
He turned around casually, looking at Dahlia and the others.
He then pointed at the chaos behind them, where the riled-up male clan members began to rush toward the female members, who were preparing to defend themselves.
"All of you. Go and help those women. Take down the male members."
Clara cracked her knuckles, grinning.
"Finally! I've been waiting for a reason to hit these guys."
Eliza adjusted her sleeves, calm as always.
"Understood. We'll control the situation quickly."
Dahlia lifted her fist.
"Master, what about the ones who run away?"
Garion smirked. "Chase them."
Clara raised a thumb. "On it!"
Dahlia and the others went straight into action.
Dahlia leapt down with a punch, Clara charged like a wild boar, and Eliza was weaving through the crowd with smooth movements.
On the other hand, Arden held his position, locking his eyes on Agram.
Aveline watched the disciples moving together, eyes widening.
"Raviel… Garion's people are strong."
Raviel smirked, exhausted but proud.
"That's the God Gym for you."
Kalzor clicked his tongue, annoyed.
"Hey! I'm talking to you, muscle idiot!"
Garion slowly turned back to him, rolling his neck.
"I heard you."
Kalzor grinned, gripping his weapon.
"Good. Then come..."
Garion cut him off again with a smile.
"Just so you know… you messed with the wrong clan."
He cracked his knuckles.
"And the wrong master."
Kalzor snarled. "Stop talking and fight!"
Garion stepped forward, eyes sharp.
"Oh, don't worry."
He lifted his fist.
"I plan to end this in one punch."
Kalzor froze.
"...One?"
Garion's grin widened.
"Punch."
The air tightened.
The ground cracked under Garion's feet.
Agram looked at him, expression twisting.
"…That monster."
The battles were about to begin.
