Harry Potter: Toji Potter

Chapter 103: Meeting Kenpachi Zaraki

Ichigo regrouped with Harry and Yoruichi near the labyrinthine streets of the Seireitei. Before they could strategize their next move, an overwhelming spiritual pressure flooded the area, oppressive and wild like a hurricane.

From the shadows emerged Kenpachi Zaraki, his crazed grin stretching ear to ear. His pink-haired lieutenant, Yachiru Kusajishi, perched on his shoulder like a cheerful harbinger of doom.

"You," Kenpachi growled, pointing his jagged sword at Ichigo. "You're strong. Fight me."

Ichigo sighed, glancing at Harry and Yoruichi. "Really? Now?"

Harry chuckled, leaning casually against a wall. "Oh, go on. He looks like he'd cry if you said no."

Kenpachi charged with reckless abandon, his monstrous reiatsu ripping apart the ground beneath him. Ichigo stepped forward, his eyes narrowing. As Kenpachi swung his blade, Ichigo vanished.

A burst of static echoed—a Sonido—as Ichigo appeared behind Kenpachi, landing a devastating slash across his chest. Blood sprayed into the air, and Kenpachi let out a delighted laugh despite the injury.

"You're faster than I thought," Kenpachi said, turning with unbridled excitement.

Ichigo didn't respond. Instead, he used Pesquisa, his senses honing in on Kenpachi's chaotic reiatsu. Every flicker of movement was clear in Ichigo's mind as he evaded Kenpachi's frenzied strikes, using Hierro to block or redirect the few blows that grazed his defense.

Kenpachi's grin widened as he charged again, his swings wild but terrifyingly powerful.

From the sidelines, Harry began clapping. "Impressive, Ichigo. But that's enough fun for you."

Without a word, Harry silently cast Accio, pulling Ichigo out of the battle like a ragdoll.

"Hey!" Ichigo protested, flailing in midair as he landed near Yoruichi.

Harry stepped forward, still dressed impeccably in the gentlemanly attire he'd worn since arriving in this world. Not a single speck of dirt, blood, or sweat marred his suit.

[Writer's Note: Honestly, what the hell, Harry? Who doesn't need a washing machine? You're out here slicing up Kenpachi Zaraki, dodging explosions, and looking like you stepped out of a luxury catalog. Meanwhile, I'm still debating whether to do laundry or buy more socks. Unfair. Absolutely unfair.]

"Stop interrupting Author!" Harry said to nobody in particular, confusing the People there and successfully pissing the Author off even more. Though the battle recommenced now.

Kenpachi laughed as Harry approached. "You're gonna fight me now? Don't disappoint me!"

Harry didn't respond. He Flash Stepped forward, delivering a low slash at Kenpachi's legs. Kenpachi leaped instinctively, but Harry was already in the air, delivering a brutal kick to Kenpachi's midsection.

The sheer force sent Kenpachi hurtling toward a wall, but Harry, moving faster than even Kenpachi could register, appeared there first. With a precise slash across Kenpachi's back and a neck-chop for good measure, Harry incapacitated the Captain and flung him gently toward Yachiru.

Yachiru caught Kenpachi effortlessly, her small frame belying her strength. She smiled up at Harry, her sharp eyes betraying her intelligence.

"Will you tell him?" Harry asked, crouching to meet her gaze. "About what you are? About your name?"

Yachiru's smile faltered. "Kenny's not ready. He has to get stronger first. He has to stop holding back." Her voice was tinged with sadness.

Harry nodded. "Fair enough. But let's make a deal—if we can weed out the traitor among the Captains, I'll make sure your Kenny gets strong enough to hear your name. Deal?"

Yachiru's smile returned, brighter this time. "Deal!"

Meanwhile, Uryū Ishida and Orihime Inoue had teamed up to navigate the chaos of the Seireitei. Orihime's defensive and healing abilities proved invaluable as they avoided direct confrontation.

Uryū adjusted his glasses. "We can't afford to be reckless. Ichigo's brashness is going to get us killed if we're not careful."

Orihime nodded. "But we can't just leave him alone! We have to support him somehow."

Their conversation was interrupted by an approaching group of Shinigami. Uryū activated his Quincy bow, firing precise arrows to disable their attackers non-lethally.

"Let's keep moving," he said, motioning Orihime to follow.

Sado "Chad" Yasutora found himself face-to-face with Kyoraku Shunsui, the Captain of Squad 8. Despite the Captain's laid-back demeanor, his aura was impossibly heavy.

"You're a brave one," Shunsui said, drawing his dual swords. "But bravery won't be enough."

Chad clenched his fists, activating his Brazo Derecho de Gigante. The two clashed, Shunsui's elegant and unpredictable swordplay contrasting with Chad's raw, overwhelming power.

Despite Chad's best efforts, Shunsui's experience and skill proved too much. With a well-placed strike, Shunsui disarmed Chad, leaving him on the ground, battered but unbroken.

"You've got a lot of heart, kid," Shunsui said, sheathing his swords. "Don't lose that."

Chad nodded, his resolve unwavering despite his defeat.

Back with Harry, Yoruichi, and Ichigo, the group gathered their bearings. Yoruichi crossed her arms. "We've wasted enough time. Let's go."

Harry smirked. "Agreed. Rukia's waiting. Let's hope we don't run into any more surprises."

As they moved toward the tower where Rukia was being held, the Seireitei's Captains prepared for the invaders, and Aizen continued weaving his plans in the shadows.

The true battle was only just beginning.
