Harry Potter: The Lightning King

"Grandma, don't you think it is too soon to pick the next head of the Vole family?" Ask Mrs Vole.

"I already made up my mind," said Delila.

Harry walks over to Cassandra, holding the cage and congratulate her "Congratulation Cassandra, by the way I think the fox is interested in you"

The fox who was hiding in the corner of the cage, moved to the front of the cage and was looking at Cassandra. The 9 tails fox have white fur with hint of red on its ears, eye circles, and the tip of both paws and tails. The fox also has a fire symbol on its forehead. The fox was staring at Cassandra with its big red eyes.

Cassandra saw how cute the fox looks and took it out the cage. The fox starts sniffing around Cassandra's hand and then it bit her. Harry and Dumbledore stop everyone from acting and explain the reason.

"Blood Bond? How come I never heard of it?" Ask Cassandra.

"Because Blood Bond is such a rare occurrence so many people don't know about it and the requirements is strict" said Delila "thanks to Harry's vial, you have a Blood Bond with the 9 Tails Fox"

After Delila finish explaining, the 9 tails fox finish the Blood Bond. Then it rubs its head on Cassandra.

Harry understood the Fox gesture and told Cassandra "I think it want you to name it"

"How about you name it since you found it," said Cassandra.

"Is it a boy or a girl?" Questioned Harry.

"It's a girl," said Cassandra.

"Then how about Nina?" Ask Harry

"That is fine" said Cassandra and she start to feed Nina, some food.

"So, what is the benefits of having the Blood Bond?" Ask Mrs Vole.

"Everyone that have a Blood Bond, can call their magical creatures to their side when they are in danger" said Dumbledore "in matter a fact, Harry also have a Blood Bond. You can try it with him. Delila just have to release some killing intent"

Delila did what Dumbledore said and then Harry hand(the one Qilin bit) start to spark with electricity. Then Rin flashes out of Harry's hand bearing its fang at Delila.

The Vole family saw the scene with amazement, but Delila was more surprised in seeing a Qilin and the Qilin is Blood Bond with Harry.

"His name is Rin; don't worry he won't bite anymore" said Harry and then he brought Rin closer to Cassandra

Cassandra was intimidated by the look of Rin but when he got closer, she feels calmer, so she reaches out her hand and pets Rin.

"He is very gentle" said Cassandra and then she thought of something "Harry is this one of the eggs we bought from the pet store?"

"Yes, I thought I already told you" said Harry "anyway the other already hatched as well"

"What was it?" Ask Cassandra.

"It was a Frost Phoenix, but Harry managed to mutate it and now it has both fire and ice elements" Dumbledore decided to jump in "Harry it's almost noon and I think your family is getting hungry"

"No need to rush, how about you invite your family over and have lunch here. I hope you don't mind Harry; I miss your cooking for a while," said Delila

"Sure, and it shouldn't be a problem. Can you get someone to get this list of ingredients and then pick up my family?" Said Harry.

"No problem, Shine" Delila shout for the house elf and she appeared "I need you to get this list of ingredients and then pick up Mr Potter family"

"I promise I won't mess up" then Shine flashes away

"Harry, I didn't know you can cook," said Cassandra

Harry flicked her on the forehead and then said "there is a lot of things you don't know about me"

After a while, Snape, the Frost Phoenix, Dudley, and Petunia appeared with Shine who is holding a sack full of ingredients. Then she led Harry to the kitchen while Delila and Mrs Vole entertain the guest.

Harry decided to make Beef Wellington while cooking up some steaks for the magical beast. Then he uses magical cooking surprising Shine who was on the side.

"Wow Mr Potter, you have some amazing ability," said Shine.

"Would you like me to teach you so you can serve the Vole family better?" Ask Harry

"No, it's Mr Potter spell and I can't learn it without Ms Delila permission," said Shine.

"That is fine, everything is all set here would you mind keeping an eye on it?" Ask Harry

"No problem, you can leave it to me," said Shine.

"Thanks" said Harry and then he returns and join the group. He got to the living room and saw all the girl talking. Mr Vole and Snape was having some chat while Dumbledore and Dudley were eating pastries.

Cassandra saw Harry walking over and questioned "what are you doing here? Are you supposed to be cooking?"

"I just use one of my spells" said Harry then he explains the magical cooking.

"Such a handy spell maybe you should teach me," said Cassandra.

"Sure, it shouldn't be a problem," said Harry

"Cassandra, don't you think you are asking for too much from Harry? First the 9 tails fox egg. Then he saves your life, and he improve your Bloodline" said Delila "now you ask for one of his spells"

"It's just a cooking spell, I don't think its too much," said Cassandra.

"Wait until you eat his food then you will know how important his cooking spell is," said Delila.

"It can't be that important" said Cassandra not believing Delila "anyway Harry, your Phoenix is beautiful"

"Yes, she is but I never seen this kind of Frost Phoenix before," said Delila.

Harry explains the detail of the phoenix and how he managed to mutate it.

"So, it can help with brewing potions?" Ask Snape

"Yes, but you have to ask it to help yourself," said Harry.

"Does it have a name?" Ask Snape

"No, I wait until she finds her Blood Bond then they can name her," said Harry

"So, if its Blood Bond with me, I can keep it?" Ask Snape.

"Sure" said Harry. After hearing what Harry said everyone want to give it a shot to Blood Bond with the Frost Phoenix

Snape steps up first and try to bribe the Phoenix, so he took out some Phoenix's blood. The Phoenix looks at the vial then looked away. Snape saw the blood didn't work so he tries to talk to it but when he got closer the phoenix released a Frost nova around itself. Snape managed to put up a barrier before he got hit by the Frost nova but he can still feel the chill around him.

"This phoenix have a temper, so if you don't want to be frozen by it, you have to be certain that it want to Blood Bond with you" said Harry, making everyone disappointed.

Shine suddenly appeared in front of everyone and said "food is ready"
