Hermione slowly woke up to the feeling of emptiness next to her.

The shadow of where Lucifer once slept still present on the mattress.

Before Hermione could question the red headed girl anymore on the subject, she had dashed off into the next room and slammed the door.

Hermione collapsed back onto the bed, sighing in annoyance...

Around ten minutes later, both Hermione and Ginny made their way downstairs to the kitchen to find the rest of the Weasleys and Harry sat around the room, eating various food items.

Hermione scanned the room, looking for the only person she wanted to see, but he didn't seem to be there.

"Where's Lucifer?"

"He's gone out for a bit, dear. Toast?"

"Maybe just some coffee, if I may?"

"Of course, Hermione...."

Days later.

Lucifer awoke early in the morning they were leaving for the World Cup, earlier than anyone else as a matter-of-fact.

Even his bed partner was still fast asleep.

After using the bathroom, he walked down the stairs and over to the couch, sitting down, unable to stop himself from yawning.

He pulled out from his Pouch the book for Grade 7 Spells, and was reading up on a peculiar Spell that he was surprised to see in a Standard Book of Spells.

It was the Blasting Curse.

"Confringo?"

It was a simple enough spell, only requiring the user to point their wand and say the incantation.

It seemed simple enough, he'd have to try it out when there was no risk to another person.

It was a half hour later when both Arthur and Molly came downstairs.

"Lucifer? What are you doing up so early?" She asked him.

"I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep, so I just stayed up," he said with a smile to her.

"Was Hermione making loud noises, again? Ginny seemed to have been quite furious, and even shocked with her past few days?" Molly said as she walked up to him.

"No, it wasn't her snoring," Since he was using the Silencing Charm, no one can hear Hermione's scream out in pleasure every night they'd been at the Burrow since the first night.

"I'm glad to hear it. You probably don't want a large breakfast, using a Portkey can cause you to lose it very quickly," she said with a light laugh before going into the Kitchen.

Arthur sat down in his usual chair in the Dining Room to read a letter from someone, Lucifer didn't ask who.

Lucifer wasn't sitting at the table because he didn't want to take up a seat someone else could use.
